Chapter 83: Emergency Meeting, New Member Joins!

【God Chu?】

【Damn, he still hasn't come out after so long?】

【Water Escape Technique?】

【Is he really okay after jumping from such a height? I'm so worried!】

【If you jumped, you'd definitely be in trouble, but he should be fine!】

【Brother Chen: Are you questioning my strength?】

After a wave of bullet comments, the rushing river remained turbulent and surging.

In mid-air, the Micro Sky Eye hovered, searching for Chu Chen's figure on the water surface without a moment's pause!

At this moment, inside the helicopter!

Seeing that Chu Chen had jumped, Ma Ka Lun, who was already on the verge of death, finally caught his breath.

Calming his mood, he tried several times before shakily unbuckling his safety harness, then used all his remaining strength to throw it out the window.

"Whew!"

The moment the danger was lifted, Ma Ka Lun let out a long, turbid breath, and his energy and spirit recovered slightly.

But because of the massive exhaustion, coupled with his brain having been in a state of high tension, he looked extremely weak!

His entire body was covered in filth.

The shiny Mediterranean on top of his head was bristling with hair.

He didn't even know how many times he had wet his pants; he looked like he had just been fished out of the water.

Ma Ka Lun, who had enjoyed smooth sailing his whole life, never dreamed he would encounter such a disaster in his life.

That Huaxia man...

Recalling the scenes from just moments ago, Ma Ka Lun felt a lingering fear. He hurriedly scrambled to pick up the walkie-talkie Chu Chen had discarded, and it took three attempts before he could say a complete sentence: "Go back, return to the Zhuang Yuan, hurry..."

Hearing his order, the dozen or so helicopters soon flew away from the water and embarked on the return journey.

After the aircraft took off again, Ma Ka Lun's hanging heart finally settled.

Seeing this, he shakily took out his Vertu phone and called Xi Lali!

At this time, Xi Lali was leading people to clear the "battlefield" in the mining area. Upon receiving Ma Ka Lun's call, he was very surprised: "God, BOSS? Where are you right now?"

Ma Ka Lun: "I'm on the damn... on that cursed plane..."

Xi Lali: "What about that guy?"

Ma Ka Lun: "He jumped into the Chambeshi River and escaped..."

Xi Lali: "What happened?"

"That hateful guy gave all my diamonds to those damn refugees in the refugee camp... and then..." Ma Ka Lun said, holding on by a thread: "He said some inexplicable things and then jumped off the plane... *cough cough cough*... How is the situation at the mining area?"

The disheveled Xi Lali shook his head: "There were no casualties, but the losses are very serious. Most of our mining equipment is buried in the mine tunnels. Conservatively estimated, at least more than half will be damaged, and those diamonds..."

"Forget about those things for now. You, immediately set off and go find my Century Diamond... and bring it back!"

"?" Xi Lali was stunned upon hearing this.

"That guy threw it into a canyon in Central Africa. Hurry... hurry and go... *cough cough cough*..."

"Understood, Boss!"

"Also, tell the leaders of those mercenary groups under you that I don't care what method they use, they must find that hateful Huaxia man for me! I want to see the person if he's alive, or his corpse if he's dead! Whoever can find him, I will give them 1 billion Euros!"

"No problem, I'll have them start searching immediately!"

At the same time!

Huaxia.

Yanjing.

Inside the Command Room of the Expert Group!

After learning of Chu Chen's exact location, the five experts and ten Pursuit Captains assembled instantly and held an emergency meeting specifically for this!

Standing before the conference table.

Liu Xuemin said very seriously:

"Just now, the Program Team has applied for pursuit authorization from the relevant departments. With this authorization, we can enter and exit any of the fifty-six countries and regions across Africa at will and seek help from officials at any time."

"But for now, since the target's exact location has not been determined, this time, we must act separately. Zhou Yun, your First Team go to the Sahara area in North Africa; Chen Xiong, you and the Third Team go to the Nile area; Zhuang Yan, you and your Second Team go to the Congo River in Central Africa..."

Zhuang Yan was the only female Pursuit Captain in the entire Pursuit Team.

Before this emergency meeting.

She had been responsible for the capture work of other contestants.

This time, being transferred over was also to assist Zhou Yun and Chen Xiong in solving this case involving Chu Chen!

Zhuang Yan had just graduated from Yanjing Police University this year and was an outstanding graduate of the year.

She was born into a police family, and both her father and grandfather were veteran criminal police officers!

Her father, Zhuang Haiyang, was a professor of criminal investigation at Yanjing Police University.

Her grandfather, Zhuang Youde, was also one of the Criminal Investigation Eight Tigers!

Among these eight people.

He was the oldest.

He had the most seniority.

Back in the day, the old man once caught the real culprit among dozens of suspects using only a pack of pickled mustard greens, and was hailed by many as a leader in the field of Trace Criminology in Huaxia.

You could say that.

If not for him, Huaxia's Trace Criminal Investigation technology would have regressed by at least twenty years.

But now, because of his advanced age, he has long since retired to the second line.

Influenced by her family, Zhuang Yan also displayed extraordinary talent for criminal investigation at a very young age!

Her logical thinking is extremely meticulous!

Her IQ is super high!

At six, she could already read Sherlock Holmes fluently, and at ten, she helped her grandfather's colleague solve a very thorny serial murder case!

At eighteen, she was admitted to the Police University ahead of schedule.

During her time at school, her grades in every subject were among the best!

This time, inviting her to serve as the captain of the Second Brigade of the Pursuit Team was partly out of respect for Zhuang Lao, but more so because she is sufficiently outstanding!

As the only female captain, in addition to her professional skills, Zhuang Yan's looks and figure are also heaven-defying.

She is a perfect ten-out-of-ten beauty with great temperament!

She looks very much like the famous movie star Gao Yuanyuan from the previous life, especially when wearing professional attire; her temperament is beyond reproach!

This time.

Regarding being able to participate in the capture of Chu Chen, it could be said that Zhuang Yan had been looking forward to it for a long time and was full of ambition!

Long before attending this meeting, she had heard Captain Chen and Captain Zhou mention Chu Chen's case, and she knew about him robbing an armored transport plane in Mexico, and of course, his Extreme Eight Items!

During this period, she had also been studying this matter.

Come to think of it, many of her viewpoints coincided with those of Chen Zijin!

However, because she had not truly intervened in this case, Zhuang Yan did not have a thorough understanding of some of the specific case details.

If not for this meeting, she wouldn't even have known that Chu Chen had climbed Mount Everest and then escaped to Nepal...

The next second, while she was stunned, Liu Xuemin continued:

"Sun Bo's Fourth Brigade, Li Guozheng's Fifth Brigade, and Zheng Yang's Sixth Brigade, you will remain on standby in South Africa and await deployment! Aside from these six brigades, the remaining four teams will continue to be responsible for the capture work of the other contestants. How about it, captains, does anyone have any objections to this arrangement? If you have any objections, you may raise them now."

After a while, seeing that no one spoke, Liu Xuemin gave the order directly: "If there are no objections, then prepare yourselves and act according to the plan!"

As the words fell.

The ten Pursuit Captains immediately said in unison: "Yes!"
