Elemental Planes are a type of plane that is relatively easy to discover. Existing between the concept of Elemental Origin and the Material Plane, they can be considered the predecessor of the Material Plane.

Elemental Origin - Elemental Plane - Material Plane, and the Material Plane includes habitable and uninhabitable (by human definition) ones.
