Chapter 2643: Linshui Town Planning, Floating City Maintenance Base

And south of the residential area was the camp of the Territory Guard, which occupied a considerable area; patrolling the perimeter of the entire territory and entering the forest to clear surrounding threats were all their duties.

West of the barracks, near the Wolfburg River, was the cemetery; its internal layout had basically not changed, only the whole thing had been moved a distance to the south.

Of course, to the east of this central axis of the School, residential area, and barracks, there was still a large area of land; originally this was used for agriculture, but now in Laidun's plan, it was zoned for industrial use.

Attaching his revision comments, Xia Shao sent Laidun's planning map back. Half a day later, Laidun sent a new map. After reading it, Xia Shao immediately rejected the project, which was named "Linshui Village Renovation" but was actually "Linshui Town Construction."

But this was not entirely useless. In Laidun's conception, this place would serve as a temporary docking point for the Floating City, suitable for some major maintenance scenarios; usually, when the Floating City was in the sky, this place could also be used as a sports field.

The workshop area originally built on the south bank of the Linshui River was relocated as a whole to the east, and the land area was also increased by quite a bit; if there was a need, it could continue to expand to the east and south.

In addition, whether it was the Tower of Time or the territory, development in the Main Plane was definitely faster than in the Blue Crystal Plane; the Xiao Wei Wei Mian was, after all, a blank space with almost no infrastructure.

Like the aforementioned setting up of a commercial street in the southern residential area, or for example, the temporary docking area for the Floating City could be built into a real docking point, because Xia Shao knew that with the structure of Chang'an City, it could not land normally on the ground.

Of course, near the 【Xia Xia-Sawier Tongdao】, a north-south commercial street had been built previously to welcome residents from both the north and south to attend the Midsummer Festival simultaneously.

From this surprisingly orderly design, Xia Shao could still see that Laidun had put in a lot of effort, and he was generally satisfied with the future scene described by this planning map, with only some local details needing slight improvements.

This looked like it might be a bit complicated, but Xia Shao already had a vague plan in his heart; when the Linshui Village renovation was mostly done, he could set about building it.

And if it were the new Floating City still under construction with Adamantine as its main material, it would also not be suitable to land directly. The structure would not be much of a problem, but ordinary ground reinforcement simply could not support such a heavy object.

He intended to build a Magic structure capable of bearing the Floating City, rather than letting it land directly on the ground; this Magic structure would be similar to a rocket launch pad or an airport terminal on Earth.
