Any Magic Artifact that gathers Magic Net Strings while in such an environment possesses, by way of the Magic Net, various miraculous effects under the rules of the Magic Net.

It is easy to imagine that once such a Magic Artifact leaves the Magic Net environment, it must inevitably lose its utility.

However, an Independent Arcane Fire Device is essentially a Spellcaster rebuilding a tiny, private Magic Net, and many Magic Artifacts designed based on the concept of Independent Arcane Fire, such as the Thought Robe or the Yongle City Mythallar, can exist independently of the Magic Net environment.

The Magic Net environment here refers to the external natural Magic Net environment; after all, the Independent Arcane Fire Device itself can be viewed as a micro Magic Net, only it is man-made.

Therefore, "throttling" alone was far from enough; he had to find a way to "open source" the Time Force!
