Chapter 1353: The Demon Wolf Unleashed

"I still have some good things to give you! After the banquet ends, come to my residence and I'll show you everything. I'll also explain this technique to you." Ye Liuyun told A Xing.

A Xing can't read, so even though there's a technique, she can't understand it. She needs Ye Liuyun to explain it to her.

"Fine!" A Xing cheerfully agreed.

After the banquet ended, A Xing hurriedly pulled Ye Liuyun and headed back.

The Clan Chief saw this and smiled inwardly. "Once these techniques are arranged, it will fulfill my daughter's wish!"

After bringing A Xing back to his residence, Ye Liuyun took out the Broken Copper Cauldron and the Demon Wolf egg.

"What are these?" A Xing asked curiously.

"This cauldron is for you to use for alchemy in the future. As for this egg, inside is a Demon Wolf; it can guard you later." Ye Liuyun explained to her.

A Xing looked at the Broken Copper Cauldron and thought it wasn't as good as the one Ye Liuyun had just given her: "I think the original cauldron is better!"

Then she asked Ye Liuyun: "What is a Demon Wolf? How does a wolf end up inside an egg?"

But then she realized that everything Ye Liuyun was doing seemed like a prelude to his departure.

After arranging all this, perhaps he would leave.

Ye Liuyun didn't know what she was thinking, just smiled and told her: "When I finish repairing this cauldron, you won't see it that way! As for the Demon Wolf, I'm not too clear on the details. Just know it will recognize you as its master and guard you."

Next, Ye Liuyun took a drop of blood from A Xing and dripped it onto the egg.

"This is called blood‑marking to recognize the master! The Demon Wolf is still young; this method lets it become familiar with your aura!"

He placed his hand on the egg and silently released Demon Qi.

Quickly, the Demon Wolf inside absorbed all the Demon Qi and blood that Ye Liuyun released.

A Xing now actually didn't want a Demon Wolf. That way perhaps Ye Liuyun wouldn't leave.

But she saw her blood instantly sucked by the egg and couldn't help but stare wide‑eyed, very curious.

Soon the eggshell made a crackling sound. Then cracks appeared and spread larger.

First, Demon Qi fumed out from within.

Ye Liuyun waved his hand and absorbed all the emitted Demon Qi.

"Prepare some meat; this little thing eats a lot!"

Ye Liuyun had A Xing prepare meat to feed the Demon Wolf, which would increase its favor toward her.

"Crack!"

Then a crisp sound, and the Demon Wolf pup stuck its head out of the shell, curiously surveying them.

Ye Liuyun's Demon Qi and A Xing's blood were the first essences it encountered, so it treated both of them as parental figures.

"Awo, awo," the young Demon Wolf whined twice.

"Feed her meat!" Ye Liuyun told A Xing.

A Xing hurriedly brought the meat to the Demon Wolf's mouth.

Before A Xing could deliver the meat, the Demon Wolf snapped it up in one bite, startling A Xing, who couldn't dodge.

"Don't underestimate it; it's at the Yuan Dan double realm!" Ye Liuyun told A Xing.

"Huh? Its realm is that high?" A Xing was stunned.

The Demon Wolf devoured a piece of meat in a few bites, then looked around, yawned, and lay down to sleep.

Ye Liuyun told A Xing: "Pick it up and take it home to sleep! I'll finish repairing the cauldron, and tomorrow you'll see a brand‑new treasure cauldron!"

"It won't bite me, will it?" A Xing asked worriedly: "What is the black vapor emanating from its body?"

"Don't worry, it won't bite anyone, certainly not you. When it wakes, remember to feed it meat! The black vapor on its body is Demon Qi; just think of it as having cultivated a special technique that produces that black vapor." Ye Liuyun explained to A Xing.

Only then did A Xing comfortably hold the Demon Wolf in her arms.

The Demon Wolf squinted, looked at her, then closed its eyes and continued sleeping, nudging its body into A Xing's lap.

"Haha, it's really obedient!" A Xing stroked the fluffy black wolf, unable to put it down.

"Remember, it's at the Yuan Dan realm, so don't be careless; keep a tight rein. If it bites someone, they won't stand it!" Ye Liuyun advised A Xing.

"Got it!" A Xing replied, then carried the little Demon Wolf back to her residence.

Ye Liuyun also brought Ye Tiandao back to the Space World to rest, chatted with Liang Xue and Lei Ming for a while, then went into Xuan Kong Shi to forge a bronze cauldron for A Xing.

"Why is he going to refine equipment again?" Liang Xue asked Ye Tiandao, puzzled.

Ye Tiandao didn't lie, immediately told Liang Xue that Ye Liuyun was refining equipment for A Xing. Under Liang Xue's further questioning, Ye Tiandao revealed everything about Ye Liuyun and himself.

Ye Liuyun isn't skilled at refining equipment; he can only do simple repairs. Fortunately the bronze cauldron lacks missing pieces and is easy to mend.

Inside Xuan Kong Shi, Ye Liuyun spent over ten days, gradually repairing the bronze cauldron.

The current bronze cauldron, after fire‑tempering, has no rust and looks brand new. Its teal‑green copper shows no cracks.

The added fragments also completed the Formation on the cauldron; although it hasn't reached the revered tier, it has attained the spirit‑artifact grade, which is sufficient for A Xing.

He stored the bronze cauldron in a Storage Ring prepared especially for A Xing.

After thinking, he also placed a Foreign Tribe scale armor and two revered‑tier longswords inside.

"Leave it for her future use! Perhaps I won't ever return." Ye Liuyun thought to himself.

A Xing once came looking for him, but he was busy refining equipment, so he sent Ye Tiandao out to receive A Xing.

After Ye Tiandao returned, he also forgot to ask what the matter was.

Not until he finished forging the bronze cauldron did he emerge from Xuan Kong Shi.

Liang Xue called him over and said, "While you were refining equipment, A Xing ran into some trouble; I promised to handle it for you!"

"What trouble? What did you promise?" Ye Liuyun asked initially, not paying much attention.

Even with A Xing's realm, Liang Xue can resolve any trouble.

Then Liang Xue told Ye Liuyun the facts.

It turns out that the day after the banquet, another large tribe, the Sen Tian Tribe, sent envoys to seek an alliance with the Wan Hong Tribe.

And the clan chief only has A Xing as their daughter, so of course they want to marry A Xing.

The Forest Field Tribe, seeing that the Wan Hong Tribe had grown strong, also wanted to form a strong alliance; they therefore, before other tribes, proposed a marriage alliance. This was naturally to be expected.
