Chapter 288: Crazy to the End

Ye Liuyun, with ferocious beasts and the Holy Martial Academy disciples, stationed in the Da Zhou Royal City for more than ten days.

The Tianyun King, during these ten days, took over the entire Da Zhou dynasty. He also announced to the whole dynasty that the Da Zhou royal family was annihilated and renamed it the Tianyun Dynasty. The former Tianyun King ascended the throne as the new Tianyun King, leading the Tianyun Dynasty.

Moreover, the most important military authority of the dynasty was transferred very smoothly. Having seized the military power and the former royal family's wealth, the new Tianyun Dynasty also settled down steadily.

In the Royal City, no major unrest appeared. Families that tried to cause trouble were instantly exterminated by the disciples of Lingyun Pavilion. The order of the Royal City gradually recovered.

The Ye Clan also took root in the Royal City.

Ye Liuyun instructed the Ye Clan's ancestors and Clan Chief not to become complacent. Especially the Ye Clan youths must be strictly restrained. He also had the Clan Chief set stricter rules for the Ye Clan youths to prevent them from causing trouble everywhere.

Afterwards, he left the new king fifty Holy Realm ferocious beasts, two thousand Sea Transformation realm beasts, and six thousand True Essence realm beasts as trump cards to guard the new dynasty.

He himself, together with one hundred fifty Holy Realm ferocious beasts, one thousand Sea Transformation realm beasts, and all the Holy Martial Academy disciples, boarded his warship and left the Tianyun Royal City.

On the flying boat, everyone gathered to celebrate.

"Alas! Coming all this way for nothing, the Da Zhou Dynasty was far too easy to defeat! It was wiped out in two blows!" Jiang Yuan complained.

"Indeed! This time Lingyun Pavilion basically looted half of the Da Zhou royal treasure; I feel a bit guilty!" Tie Jun laughed and said.

Ye Liuyun smiled and asked, "Do you really want to fight? Aren't you afraid of death?"

"Of course, we came out to train in battle! Besides, you have Heavenly Gang Realm skeleton puppets, plus one hundred fifty Holy Realm ferocious beasts—who are we afraid of?"

Hao Chengfeng exaggeratedly raised his neck and spoke, making everyone laugh.

"Since you're not afraid, shall we go straight to exterminate the Blood Demon Sect?" Ye Liuyun asked with a sly grin.

"Uh… are you serious?" Everyone instantly stopped laughing, looking at Ye Liuyun in shock.

"If you dare go, then it's real. If you don't, I'll send you back!" Ye Liuyun gave no direct answer, not returning to their question.

"And then, you'll go to the Blood Demon Sect yourself?" Tang Hao caught the implication and asked.

Ye Liuyun just smiled without replying; everyone kept looking at each other, thinking of one word: "Crazy!"

This Ye Liuyun, his daring is truly huge! But then they thought carefully and it seemed not impossible.

After thinking for a while, they all looked determined.

"Junior brother, you're being overly cautious! If you want to go all the way crazy, senior brother will firmly accompany you! Even if you don't take others, you must take me, senior brother!" Hao Chengfeng was the first to speak with a smile.

Tie Jun echoed, "Our Lingyun Pavilion was founded by you, the sect master yourself; for such a big matter, you can't abandon us!"

"Exactly, now that we're out! Do you still want us to go back? Those Blood Demon sect scum have created so many Corpse Demons to plague people; the sect won't handle it, we will!" Jiang Yuan and others shouted together.

"Fine! Since you all say so, we'll head straight for the Blood Demon Sect!" Ye Liuyun immediately changed the flying boat's course toward the Blood Demon Sect.

The people on the flying boat were both excited and thrilled. They were about to attack the Blood Demon Sect headquarters—a major sect.

The news that Ye Liuyun had just annihilated the Da Zhou Dynasty had already shocked all major sects, families, and dynasties. If they now marched on the Blood Demon Sect, the entire Northern Region would go mad.

The Blood Demon Sect's high officials did not expect that the Heavenly Gang strongman they sent was directly wiped out.

"Could it be that Ye Liuyun has a Heavenly Gang realm master backing him? Otherwise how could he dare to overthrow the Da Zhou Dynasty!"

The Blood Demon Sect's high officials generally held this view.

"For now, let's put Ye Liuyun aside! Think of how much effort our sect has spent, how many disciples have died because of one person!" Internal dissent arose within the Blood Demon Sect.

"But those killed by that kid—just let it be?" Some insisted on continuing to hunt Ye Liuyun.

In the end, the high‑level meeting ended without result; those who wanted to hunt kept sending people to track Ye Liuyun, while those who didn't turned to dealing with Corpse Demons.

That day, the scouts searching for Ye Liuyun suddenly reported that he was almost at the Blood Demon Sect headquarters.

The sect leader Blood Demon was stunned: "What's this kid's intention? Coming to die? He can't be that stupid. What is he doing? Trying to destroy my Blood Demon Sect? That would be even dumber!"

He could not figure it out, so he sent several Elders to investigate; none returned. What arrived instead was a Heavenly Gang realm skeleton puppet, over one hundred fifty Holy Realm ferocious beasts, and a large group of Holy Martial Academy disciples, all charging toward the Blood Demon Sect.

"Is this kid really crazy? He dares to storm into our Blood Demon Sect! Kill him!" A Blood Demon roared, issuing orders to the whole sect. Instantly, alarms rang throughout the sect, and all disciples, urged by Elders, rushed outward to kill.

In the sky, the skeleton puppet led all Holy Realm ferocious beasts and Holy Martial Academy disciples, specifically slaying the Blood Demon Sect's high officials and Elders.

On the ground, Ye Liuyun led one thousand Sea Transformation realm beasts and Lingyun Pavilion's Sea Transformation disciples, slaying Blood Demon Sect disciples.

Ye Liuyun wielded the Nine Dragons Mountain-flipping Seal, continuously smashing toward the Blood Demon Sect's base, reducing it to ruins; many disciples died inside the buildings before they could escape.

Blood Demon Sect disciples and Elders who emerged all suffered heavy losses. Especially the high officials, who were taken down one by one by the skeleton puppet. Two Heavenly Gang realm Elders were eliminated with a single strike.

The Blood Demon Sect's mountain‑guard formation was shattered by Ye Liuyun in a few blows. Ye Liuyun's Golden Pupil saw through the formation, so he struck first.

While the Blood Demon Sect had not yet realized the danger, he destroyed the formation.

Without the mountain‑guard formation, the sect's defense dropped sharply. On some formation‑protected hills, Ye Liuyun chose not to force attacks, focusing on killing the outside disciples.

Several Heavenly Gang realm Elders of the Blood Demon Sect rushed out, only to be eliminated one by one by the skeleton puppet.

This raid left the Blood Demon Sect awash with blood, many Elders and disciples perished. On Ye Liuyun's side, because the front‑line were beasts, personnel losses were minimal.

The Blood Demon, eyes blood‑red, charged straight at Ye Liuyun. Ye Liuyun threw the Nine Dragons Mountain-flipping Seal, striking him, making him stagger, then opened a Thunder Fire Domain, devouring his soul.

That Blood Demon was no fool; he had swallowed a demonic pill beforehand. Yet after his soul was corrupted, he still fell to the alternating attacks of Hell Mingshe and Ye Liuyun's two golden‑armored souls, finally having his soul absorbed. His Storage Ring was also taken by Ye Liuyun.

At this moment, Hell Mingshe was already near its peak soul state again. In this period, it had absorbed many souls together with Ye Liuyun, including several Heavenly Gang realm strongmen, so it grew rapidly.

With the Blood Demon dead, the Blood Demon Sect became leaderless, descending into chaos.
