Chapter 2913: Showing Up at the Door

Ye Liuyun had just entered the Space World; he hadn't even started cultivating when he was called out again by the shouting outside.

"This lass, she's come looking for me again!"

Tang Xinyao blinked, then with a teasing smile asked: "Aren't you going to invite me in to have a seat?"

Seeing Ye Liuyun suddenly change his tone, she stopped feigning ignorance and wanted to go inside to talk with him; otherwise speaking outside would be overheard. Their rooms all had formations that could block detection.

Ye Liuyun said nothing, unaffected by her words, just stared at Tang Xinyao, waiting for her to get to the point.

Tang Xinyao also waved her hand, no longer intending to joke with Ye Liuyun, and wanted to speak her purpose directly.

Ye Liuyun also slightly restrained himself, crossing his arms as he looked at her.

"I and Senior Sister Qianyu have organized some disciples to go on an expedition. By chance I discovered the traits of your monster beast, and wanted to pull you into retirement. "So now, is my strength enough?" Ye Liuyun directly asked her.

"Of course it is! I think your strength could even beat Senior Sister Qianyu!" Tang Xinyao said, looking at Ye Liuyun.

Ye Liuyun noncommittal, just continued: "But I don't necessarily have to go with you! Where are you going to explore? What resources are there? I need to see if it's worth my trip."

"Are you busy?" Tang Xinyao immediately shot back.

Ye Liuyun gave her a look: "Even if I'm not busy, I don't want to make a wasted trip!"

Tang Xinyao showed a troubled expression: "The place we're going is absolutely worth the trip. Once I tell you, you'll understand. But this matter is of great importance—I dare not tell you unless you first agree!"

Upon hearing that, Ye Liuyun realized that the place Tang Xinyao wanted to go was probably forbidden by the clan, so they dared not leak it beforehand.
