Chapter 2968: Truth and Falsehood

On Ye Liuyun's side of the battlefield, Duan Jiao also released over a thousand Foreign Tribe army Unified Realm strongmen who surged forward and together bombarded the Altar.

Ye Liuyun also launched a Spiritual Soul Attack, first targeting the Foreign Tribe's Sovereign of the Ninth Layer's Soul to begin devouring it.

The thousand Foreign Tribe Unified Realm strongmen combined their force, and with a single strike tore apart the multiple layers of Formation protecting the Altar.

The Altar was instantly shattered, and the entire Xingqiu was ripped open and gradually collapsed under the onslaught of those strongmen.

Ye Liuyun and his companions immediately rose into the air, fighting while siphoning the Primordial Power of the planet.

At the same time he was contacting Duan Jiao: "This place seems like a trap; you pilot the Spirit Cat Warship, lead the main army to monitor the already‑engaged forces and watch their surroundings. The Foreign Tribe may use the warship's speed advantage to rush over."

Duan Jiao replied affirmatively, immediately withdrawing those Foreign Tribe strongmen, piloting the Spirit Cat Warship onward, guarding the flank of the main army and keeping an eye on the battlefield's movements.

After Ye Liuyun eliminated the strongmen here, he did not idle, continuing to rapidly devour Divine Soul Power.

The Foreign Tribe set a trap here, but it was easily breached by them, leading him to think the Foreign Tribe must have other schemes and it wouldn't be that simple.

Where is that Bone Beast army hidden? If they can't be found, they remain a constant threat.

The forward forces have already been deployed, the battle has begun, and it's now too late to retreat.

The other armies are also progressing smoothly; the Unified Triple Demon Beast easily destroyed the Altar. The Foreign Tribe guarding the Altar could not stop them at all.

Now the Second Clone has already summoned all Demon Beasts to reinforce the Demon‑Expelling Corps. The Demon‑Expelling Corps has the fewest numbers and the greatest pressure, and Ye Liuyun worries they will suffer heavy losses.

Yu Xiaofeng also simultaneously commanded the main army and monitored the outskirts of the battlefield to prevent a Bone Beast legion ambush. He only relaxed a little after the Foreign Tribe's Spirit Cat Warship arrived.

Ye Liuyun's side has the fewest numbers, but facing tens of thousands of Foreign Tribe, they cannot be wiped out instantly; they can only speed up as much as possible. In a short time, all Foreign Tribe above the Seventh Layer here were slain by them.

The Demon Beasts that the Second Clone brought have already rushed to reinforce the Demon‑Expelling Corps; the Spearhead Unit also has over a thousand Unified Realm strongmen, who are slaughtering the Foreign Tribe indiscriminately and have not detected any danger. He is therefore not too worried about these two armies.

"Strange, who did the Foreign Tribe intend to ambush with this trap?"

At this moment, Ye Liuyun also halted and began to scan the surroundings with his Golden Pupil. The remaining Foreign Tribe's cultivation levels were low, so his interest waned; it was better to further observe the battlefield.

After scanning, he also discovered a problem.

"So they were planning to ambush me! It seems these Foreign Tribe know our deployment tactics well!"

Ye Liuyun's Golden Pupil spotted a small dot in the distance that grew larger, and in the blink of an eye he recognized it as a new‑type Foreign Tribe warship.

"The Foreign Tribe army is rushing to meet the enemy, the Bone Beast legion has appeared!" He immediately issued orders to the Foreign Tribe legion.

Later, he also ordered the Second Clone to withdraw from combat and monitor the outskirts of the main army's battlefield to prevent any further Foreign Tribe attacks on the main army.

The Foreign Tribe army immediately rushed over, heading toward that Foreign Tribe warship. Meanwhile, the Foreign Tribe warship, after seeing Duan Jiao's Spirit Cat Warship charge at it, stopped instantly.

Before the two warships could meet, the Second Clone transmitted a message saying it had also spotted a new‑type Foreign Tribe warship rushing toward them.

Now even Yu Xiaofeng and the other Leaders could not tell where the Foreign Tribe intended to attack.

The Foreign Tribe's deceptive maneuver, true and false, truly left them baffled.

Yu Xiaofeng could only launch two Spirit Cat Warships first to intercept that Foreign Tribe warship.

Ye Liuyun glanced at the battle on his side and immediately ordered the Foreign Tribe's Spirit Cat Warship to return and assist the main army.

"Go ahead without worry; the Foreign Tribe warships here should only have a few Foreign Tribe strongmen. Otherwise, when they see Duan Jiao's warship, they would have deployed their soldiers."

"What if they did it on purpose?" Yu Xiaofeng worried that Ye Liuyun might be surrounded.

Ye Liuyun told them not to worry: "It's fine. Even if their main army is here, I can hold out until Duan Jiao rushes over."

"Yes!" Duan Jiao replied, and immediately rushed to guard the main army.

The Foreign Tribe warship opposite, seeing them leave, instantly turned and fired toward Ye Liuyun.

Ye Liuyun immediately launched two Spirit Cat Warships to intercept, while ordering others to accelerate the extermination of the Foreign Tribe here.

Lei Ming, Long Nv and other Monster Beasts instantly exerted power, unleashing a wide‑range Lightning Strike, a sweeping dragon tail, and the Nine‑headed Demon Dragon launched a sonic attack, massively slaying the Foreign Tribe. The other women began to gravitate toward Ye Liuyun and were pulled back into the Space World.

When the women withdrew, the Vermilion Bird's flames and Bai Hu's Golden Light all blasted toward the remaining Foreign Tribe.

Ye Liuyun's Golden Pupil at this point confirmed that inside the warship there was only one Foreign Tribe junior Leader and a few Unified Realm strongmen. He guessed correctly that the warship was full of strongmen, and that the junior Leader's Space World might also contain many strongmen.

That Foreign Tribe junior Leader still wanted his warship to clash with the Spirit Cat Warship and break through its interception. They had known the Spirit Cat Warship's defense before, but were unaware that the current Spirit Cat Warships had been upgraded.

But after a single bombardment they regretted it; their warship's Defense Array was instantly shattered, while the Spirit Cat Warship remained unharmed.

Thus the Foreign Tribe immediately abandoned their ship, all jumping out. Their warship was then destroyed by another Spirit Cat Warship. Those two Spirit Cat Warships promptly withdrew, no longer attempting to intercept the Foreign Tribe.

Lei Ming, Long Nv and other Unified Realm Monster Beasts gathered behind Ye Liuyun, ready to join the fight.

Those few Foreign Tribe strongmen charged forward, and the junior Leader suddenly released all the Foreign Tribe within his Space World. The released Foreign Tribe all rode skeletal Bone Beasts, wielded spears, and were of Unified First Layer level.

Through the eye sockets of the Bone Beasts one could see the souls of various ferocious beasts. The aura of each Bone Beast also corresponded to the Unified First Layer level.

These one hundred Bone Beast soldiers and their mounts possessed a ferocity that truly rivaled the Spearhead Unit, with a powerful killing aura soaring skyward.

The junior Leader also mounted a Bone Beast, brandished his spear toward Ye Liuyun, roared, and spurred the one hundred Bone Beast troops to charge.

The Bone Beasts let out a unified roar, charging forward with their soldiers; the Foreign Tribe soldiers all raised their spears straight ahead. Once over a hundred Bone Beasts and spear‑wielding soldiers surged, they would be impossible to stop.
