Chapter 3111: Battle the Beast Again

Ye Tiandao and his group even sent two strong Martial Cultivators to reinforce the Ancient Demon Legion and the Demon Race Legion.

The Ancient Demon Legion suffered heavy losses when it encountered a strong opponent once; that opponent used Spatial Power to eliminate more than 150 Ancient Demons, forcing them to request aid from Ye Tiandao.

The Demon Race army also faced several strong opponents, but the Tiger-Headed Beast King cleaved the foes with that void-step warblade. When the reinforcements of strong warriors later arrived, they became safer, yet their cultivation level was low, so the casualties on both sides were not much different.

Ye Liuyun immediately supplied more troops to the Ancient Demon and Demon Race legions, letting them continue training. The two strong warriors stayed in their armies as guards.

Both Demon Race legions also worked at full strength to improve, instantly consuming the corpses obtained in battle and immediately applying the resources they harvested.

Ye Liuyun also had his first clone supply 7,000 soldiers each to Black Rock and Black Mountain as reserve troops, distributing the surplus resources so those reserves could also improve.

The resources harvested by the two Demon Race legions were sufficient; the guild of a single city could support training all their soldiers. Moreover, they had already seized the resources of more than ten Chengzhu Fu and guilds.

Ye Liuyun let them decide whether to train while fighting or rotate soldiers into battle; either way, only 3,000 soldiers could be deployed at a time, preventing the full strength from being exposed.

Ye Liuyun also brought Monster Beasts and merged with Ye Tiandao, Tang Xinyao and their team, using these bandits to spar.

Fighting these bandits was much easier for them. The Monster Beasts and Tang Xinyao's group focused on devouring Souls to boost Divine Soul Power, requiring no time acceleration from the clone's Space World. Most of the battles were fought by Ye Tiandao leading the women.

Ye Liuyun and his clones took turns fighting, tempering Divine Core. Occasionally when they met strong opponents with special powers, he would employ Spatial Power and Heaven and Earth Power.

Only Ye Tiandao, leading those women, fought with full force each time, simultaneously devouring Souls to raise Divine Soul Power, then entered the clone's Space World to accelerate recovery; once healed, he immediately returned to battle, leaving no time for a proper rest.

Ye Liuyun understood their mindset—to quickly strengthen so they could later fight alongside him. So he didn't stop them; the good resources he found were given to them first, allowing rapid improvement.

Magic Vine quietly made a fortune, always slipping into the city ahead of time without acting, specializing in Scavenging Corpses to devour.

Moreover, his Space World was used only to collect corpses, not to expand; intermittently he inserted a Primordial Power infused with Demon Qi, strengthening its Primordial Power. The Demon Qi inside the Space World became so dense that no one could be seen, though the space itself was not large.

His Spatial Power and Heaven and Earth Power required no special cultivation; as his realm advanced, those powers automatically grew.

However, his current realm had risen to the Eighth Unification level; to break through further would demand massive resources, and the advance speed of their party still fell far short of his needs.

Ye Liuyun also led the Monster Beasts, sorting out the Beast World resources from previous battles, and uncovered some special-attribute resources and primordial pills, giving them to the Monster Beasts and women to boost their strength.

Beast meat was reserved as food for the Monster Beasts, and the remainder was stockpiled. The Magic Flood Dragons were distributed among Lei Ming, the Nine-Headed Demon Dragon, and Demon Lion. After they devoured and refined a great many Magic Flood Dragons, their Physical Bodies improved considerably.

Ye Liuyun himself also absorbed some Magic Flood Dragon primordial pills to replenish his Demon Qi, using them to convert Buddha Demon Power.

Of the Divine Soul Power within the Soul Sealing Pearl, Ye Liuyun gave half to Shi Yuan, doubling his Divine Soul Power, so Ye Liuyun need not worry about him in future battles. The remaining half of the Divine Soul Power he gave to his two clones.

After he and the Monster Beasts filled their Storage Yuan Stones and absorbed all resources, Ye Liuyun finally ushered Tang Xinyao's team into the Space World, preparing them to fight alongside the Monster Beasts.

The women were all taken into the Space World by the clones, to

They could fully recuperate, absorb and refine the high‑grade resources collected, then condense Soul, bloodline and Physical Body; after their strength was consolidated, they would emerge to battle.

After arranging everyone, Ye Liuyun used the teleportation Black Tower to return to the Beast World. Their target this time remained the Dragon Clan Tomb. The area they occupied had previously been largely cleared, but within a short span countless beast packs reappeared. It was likely that the Beast World here was overrun, and some beasts seized the place.

Ye Liuyun had no choice but to lead the Monster Beasts and Tang Xinyao's team into another frenzied battle. He instructed Lei Ming, Long Nv, and Vermilion Bird to conserve True Essence, preparing to face powerful Magic Flood Dragons; initially they focused on devouring Souls to raise Divine Soul Power, letting the others do more fighting.

Snow Wolf also joined the fight eagerly; Ye Liuyun took advantage of the early easy combat to help it devour many Souls, cultivating a second Soul. Though slightly weaker than the original, now one Soul hides while the other attacks, making it safer.

Ye Liuyun also sent it into the Soul Secret Realm to compress and condense its Divine Soul Power. Afterwards its primary Soul could actively strike Souls that surged into its Sea of Consciousness, no longer needing Ye Liuyun to help devour Divine Soul Power.

Snow Wolf finally patched its weak Soul, becoming even more devoted to Ye Liuyun, wholeheartedly assisting him in battle.

Ye Liuyun used his Golden Pupil to scan the Beast World, locating some beasts with special powers, then used Red Eye to command them to approach for him to slay.

Some beasts, though possessing special powers, were not strong enough to fully unleash them; as Ye Liuyun killed them, he lamented their luck—had those beasts fully manifested their powers, killing them later would be difficult.

Soon, Ye Liuyun gathered several Sun Fire and Yin Fire Primordial Powers, as well as two beasts bearing Thunder and Lightning Power Primordial sources. Though these flame and thunder powers were still modest, concentrating them into a single clone would let that clone's flame and thunder powers match Ye Liuyun's own.

Vermilion Bird also captured a Huo Hu; that Huo Hu's Soul and flame power were not weak. Vermilion Bird wrestled with it for a while before finally killing the Huo Hu.

Through this battle with the Huo Hu, Vermilion Bird gained deeper insight into illusion techniques, expanding his future repertoire. His flame power will thus greatly increase. He also captured a metallic Barbarian Ox, devoured its Soul, and plans to return to absorb its metallic Physical Body power, strengthening his own Physical Body.
