The Soul's blazing flame and the Five‑Color Thunder Punishment enveloped the enemy's front line. The Magic Vine seized the chance to strike, ambushing the opposing Leader and disrupting their command.

They were never a match for the Skeleton Soldiers; once their formation faltered they had no resistance, and the Skeleton Soldiers broke into the army, slaughtering soldiers everywhere.

The Martial Cultivators inside the Royal City now dared not rescue them. Instead, the defending soldiers sealed the gates to prevent the chaos from fleeing into the city and bringing the enemy inside.

Even soldiers who ran to the gates were stopped, leaving no retreat.

With a booming shout, a Martial Cultivator resembling a Royal City Elder suddenly appeared in the air and rushed toward Ye Liuyun's position.
