"Why are you going back to Wuyang? Aren't they after us?" Lei Ming's big eyes blinked as he asked, not understanding why Ye Liuyun would return to die.

"I must rush to Tianyun County City to take part in the trial; lingering here any longer, I might be too late," Ye Liuyun replied.

"Tianyun City? Is it fun? Can't we just go straight there? Why go to Wuyang City?" Lei Ming asked in confusion.

"This little girl probably has never left the house!" Ye Liuyun thought to himself.

"Tianyun City is farther from here; walking would definitely be too late. My schedule is delayed, so I need to borrow the Beast Taming Pavilion's flying birds to rush to Tianyun County City," Ye Liuyun said, frowning.

"Alright, I'll go with you. Let's head back now!" Lei Ming said excitedly.

"The Thunder Source Pearl has already recognized me as its master! How can you say it's yours?" Ye Liuyun asked curiously.

"You don't believe? Ask it whether it was originally mine!" Lei Ming said plaintively.

Ye Liuyun immediately used Divine Sense to communicate with the Thunder Source Pearl.

Upon asking, Ye Liuyun was also greatly surprised. The Thunder Source Pearl was indeed Lei Ming's.

Its whole body was blue fur, flashing with electric light; its limbs were cat‑like, but its tail was like a crocodile's—hard and strong. Only its belly was white fluff.

Ye Liuyun looked at this Thunder Dragon Beast and couldn't help wanting to reach up and pat.

Lei Ming also leapt straight into his arms, rolling around. Ye Liuyun stroked Lei Ming's soft fluff and laughed, "You're just too cute like this!"

Lei Ming blinked, a mischievous face, and said, "Then from now on take me with you; I've never left the house. I've been training in Lei Ming Gorge all my life. If you take me, even without fighting I can get you into Wuyang City!"

"Do you really have a way?" Ye Liuyun asked.

Ye Liuyun put her down, and she turned back into human form.

"Of course! This girl is so clever, nothing can trouble me!" Lei Ming puffed her chest, proudly saying.
