"Sure enough, the outpost commander betrayed again!" Ye Liuyun also began to admire Qiong Qi.

Qiong Qi laughed, "That was inevitable! But he would never dare to reveal our arrangement!"

"Elder Tianhuang, we can't hold out! They outnumber us!" another Elder under him urged.

"Alright, we'll retreat to the outpost, retake it first, and regroup there."

Tianhuang's group wasn't familiar with Eagle Beak Island, only knowing the outpost. So Tianhuang cut off, and the others rushed toward the outpost.

"Block them; let none escape!" the Chang Family Elder shouted, leading his men to pursue them.

Chang Family members stationed before the outpost formed a defensive line, intercepting Tianhuang's party.

A few Elders beside Tianhuang tore a gap in the Chang Family's interception force and led their men into the outpost.

The outpost's overseer originally wanted to dissuade Tianhuang from entering, but the Chang Family's pursuit was so tight that if they didn't go in, they'd be killed.

"At worst I surrender again! Since Tianhuang's group has entered, they can't get out. No one will know I betrayed the Lie Mo Sect."

So he gritted his teeth, and instead of warning Tianhuang, he charged in with Tianhuang's group.

"Chang Family? What exact grudge do you hold against our Lie Mo Sect?" Tianhuang asked, puzzled.
