The author is on a business trip in Beijing these past two days. I originally thought that since I would be busy tomorrow, I would rest after finishing chapter 552, but my excited heart and trembling hands probably wouldn't allow me to sleep, so I finished the final chapter.

At four in the morning, I finally typed out the last chapter. This book is finished~

Along the way, I thank Xieyi, Meng yi shi, Salted Fish Without Dreams, PYHuang, Iced Coffee with Milk, and many readers with long strings of numbers for their support. Sometimes when I wrote poorly or wrote too little, seeing you all still voting really made me feel embarrassed.

Well, to be honest, the update schedule was indeed not good; I never had any bursts of activity, which is my shortcoming. Especially back in May, I broke my update streak many times when I had promised to make up for them, but in the end, dreams were defeated by reality.

Allow me to make a lame excuse here: for these past few months, my wife and I have been taking care of our baby by ourselves with no one to help, so it was truly difficult to find free time, to the point where I have been updating at dawn for the past month, staying up late every day.

A while ago, I suffered from insomnia. When I couldn't sleep all night, I felt palpitations and shortness of breath, and I even thought about whether I should pause. Fortunately, I bought some liver-protection pills to take and caught up on sleep during the day, so I managed to pull through.

The excuses are over; let me report on the results.

This book had 380 initial subscriptions, and now it has an average of 1,749. Although it is still not high, having these results really exceeded my expectations and allowed me to earn some milk money. Once again, thank you all for your support and kindness.

Let's talk about the plot. Although many parts were handled somewhat clumsily due to a lack of experience and there were inappropriate aspects, fortunately, it was generally completed according to the outline.

I have to mention the final volume. The plot of the New Moon Continent was basically about conquest. Considering my actual life situation, I cut out quite a few conquest scenes and accelerated the pace.

Finally, let's talk about the new book.

The author has been thinking recently. I have the idea of continuing to write a lord-style story, but it should be different from the medieval setting; I want to write a world that is purely sword and Magic; I also want to write that kind of summoning lord style...

But I haven't decided yet.

I will take a good rest and adjust over the next few months, striving to have a general outline by the end of the year, and I must also work hard to improve my update frequency.
