Chapter 119

【Unit Unlocked — Screamer】

Only these three creatures, after being analyzed, unlocked a new unit.

As for the other creatures, after being analyzed, they turned into unique genes.

The genes of those elemental creatures were mostly allocated to the Blood-Throwers.

This gave the blood bombs they threw more elemental attributes.

Besides that, the other units also gained some ability to enhance elemental attacks.

However, the improvement was not as significant as that of the Blood-Throwers.

As for the Crawlers, they also received stronger optimizations.

Especially their movement speed and attack damage received further improvements.

And their appearance also underwent certain changes once again.

The size of the Crawlers did not increase; instead, it shrank slightly.

But this made the Crawlers more agile.

Moreover, their strength did not decrease with the reduction in size.

Instead, it saw a massive increase.

Furthermore, the tier cap rose from Tier Four to Tier Five.

And their rank finally ceased to be Common.

Instead, it leaped from Common to Elite.

This was a huge improvement.

The Crawlers, after differentiating from the flesh worms, finally became Tier Three creatures.

This meant that Lu Cang's minimum combat power had now reached a starting point of Tier Three.

Compared to five days ago.

The Crawlers could reach at most Tier Three; the difference was worlds apart.

In just five short days, Lu Cang's combat power had multiplied several times over.

No... it should be said it multiplied by dozens of times, not just a few.

As for the other units, the Face-Huggers possessed even faster attachment speeds.

And now, the Face-Huggers could not only control neural creatures.

They could also control some elemental creatures without nerves.

This was an improvement gained after analyzing the genes of those elemental creatures.

After this battle, all of Lu Cang's units.

Received very significant ability enhancements.

Lu Cang reviewed all the improvements.

He could not help but sigh to himself.

"This growth rate is simply terrifying."

At this very moment.

A notification popped up.

【Newbie Protection Expired】

【Your Invincible State has vanished.】

Lu Cang looked at this notification.

He felt as though he were letting out a long sigh.

This invincibility that had accompanied him had finally disappeared.

From now on, his path as a Lord would no longer allow him to act recklessly.

However, fortunately, he had upgraded his territory to Tier Five seven days ago.

The most outstanding feature of a Tier Five territory was its various survival methods.

For a Tier Four Lord, once the Lord himself was killed, he died immediately.

Below Tier Five was also the period with the highest mortality rate.

After reaching Tier Five.

The mortality rate of Lords also dropped significantly.

Having reached this stage, Lu Cang already possessed very sufficient self-defense capabilities.

It would be extremely difficult for other Lords to kill him.
