Chapter 69

He only saw that this facehugger's outer shell kept shedding its skin.

From within the carapace, more and more writhing flesh buds and tentacles extended outward.

【Would you like to name it?】

"Hmm… name it, then."

No matter how you put it, this is the sole supreme being among the troop types.

It still has a certain special quality to it.

Ordinary facehugger units have no effect on lords.

If a lord is controlled, it will be considered dead.

In the end, it will still resurrect within the territory.

As for the corpse, it will directly turn into specks of light and vanish.

This is also the reason Lu Cang had not used facehuggers to control lords before.

Because even the corpse doesn't exist.

The basic principle of a facehugger controlling a creature is still through manipulating the opponent's nerves to control its actions.

If even the corpse doesn't exist, naturally there's no question of control.

With Lu Cang's bestowal of a name.

A species was fully generated before Lu Cang.

【The Replacer — Huggy】

【Grade: Mythic】

【Tier: Fifth Tier】

【Attack Rating: 100】

【Defense Rating: 35000】

This defense rating has the bonus of the Secret Steel organization.

So it's extremely high.

【Abilities: Parasitism, Adhesion, Bloodsucking, Memory Reading, Energy Absorption】

【Special Ability: Replacement — Can completely replace an enemy creature's identity and survive under that identity.】

【Special Ability: Nerve Residue — When "Huggy" replaces a creature's identity, it leaves behind nerve medium within that creature's body. Once "Huggy" has replaced a creature for a sufficient amount of time, that creature will be completely assimilated into the replaced state.】

【Special Ability: Memory Sync — During the process of replacing a creature, "Huggy" will read its brain activity and obtain the creature's memories.】

【Creatures replaced by "Huggy" are considered to be in a long slumber, not considered dead.】

"This…"

Lu Cang looked at the evolved creature.

These abilities were simply too outrageous.

"It can completely replace a creature's identity?"

"Interesting."
