One rule of battle is; never turn your back to an opponent.\" Grey suddenly scolded the woman as he shook his head in disappointment.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Lifting his hand up, a thick earth wall quickly burst out of the ground between Alba and the beast.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The tongue slammed into the wall and instantly, cracks appeared on the surface but surprisingly, the wall held.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>This gave Alba enough reaction time to leap backwards at the right moment because the next second, the wall crumbled down.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The moment it did, another opponent was seen in front of it.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Fenrir!\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Lightning swirled around his hands, crackling with lethal intensity then—\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>BANG—!\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>He thrust his hands forward unleashing a devastating beam of lightning that shot at the beast with deadly speed.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Strangely, the beast didn’t move for a moment until it suddenly leaped up high into the air dodging the beam at quickly tore a crater into the earth.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>While mid air, the beast’s tongue lashed towards Fenrir who quickly swung his hand sending a lightning bolt into the organ and veering it off course.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The beast let out a pained shriek.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Swooosh—!\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Two arrows from Lilly quickly flew overhead launching towards the beast.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>But unfortunately, it landed back down before the arrow could connect, the beast had already landed back down.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>And the moment its feet touched the ground, it exploded towards Fenrir.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Before it could get close, a shriek from above drew its attention only to see twenty wind swords oribing the air like satellites.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>And in one fluid movement, they screamed towards the beast.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Seeing this, the creature quickly curled over making sure its back was facing the weapons and in a flash, the elemental swords connected.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>But due to the beast’s spiky back, they were unable to pierce through and only ricocheted off like it was nothing.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Dashing in from the side was Killian. Red sword slashing through the air and sending a fiery slash towards the beast.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>But it was all in vain as the slash landed on the beast’s hardened back.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>It failed to do damage.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>That was when—\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"Gotta pay you back for almost killing me.\" Alba’s voice was heard raging from above.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Glancing up, her swords could be seen crossed in an X shape and without hesitation, she swung them in unison sending a crimson x slash flying towards the beast.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The creature wasted no time in trying to leap away.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Before it could, the ground beneath its feet suddenly turned muddy and it could be seen sinking in.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Turning around, Grey could be seen crouched down with his hands firmly planted on the ground.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The beast clawed desperately as it was being sunk in.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Smashing its claws into the hardened ground in front of it, it tried pulling out when Alba’s slash smashed into its back.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>A blast of wind erupted out as the attack tore a deep gash through its back, blood splattered in the air for a moment.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>A devilish grin appeared on her face as she landed a metre away from the beast that managed to pull itself out of the sinking mud.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Its red eyes flashed with fury as it stared at the humans in front of it.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>For some reason, Grey wasn’t going on the attack yet. He still held his lightning swords in hand.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>With a fierce roar, the beast’s tongue shot out, wiggling like a snake and lashed at Alba.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The woman took a firm stance as she bent down in an instant allowing the tongue to fly past her.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"I hope you like hot things though.\" Grey’s calm voice echoed from behind as he snapped his fingers sending a fireball hurling into the beast’s open mouth.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Booom—!\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>It detonated causing the beast to roar loudly as it staggered backwards in fiery pain.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>This stun gave Fenrir enough time to leap into the air.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Swinging his hand down, a huge lightning sword screamed down and rocketed towards the beast like a meteor.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Sensing the attack through its hazy self, the beast quickly leaped away dodging the attack as it tore a gaping hole through the ground.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The beast and Fenrir stared at themselves for a moment while airborne.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Fenrir was about to attack when the tongue whipped towards him again at lightning speed.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\"Shoot.\"\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The tongue was too fast for him to dodge or send a counter attack.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>But there was no need to as Alba shot into midair.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>With her swords crossed, she swung it unleashing her signature red slash that collided with the tongue.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>The attacks fought against eachother strongly as the slash tried tearing through the tongue while the acidic nature from the tongue tried burning through the attack.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>There was no winner as both attacks retreated.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Only for the beast to suddenly shoot out spikes from its back like a porcupine would.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>That was when Brook finally made his move as he quickly darted forward.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Shield in place blocking the spikes with all his might while his feet went sliding across the ground for a few moment.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Being a stage five warrior, Brook shouldn’t be battling the beast but his advantage he had was his shield hence he was able to block attacks.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>And this gave enough time for Fenrir to wrap himself in fierce lightning and pushed off the ground with immense force that a five metres wide crater swiftly yawned open.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>He shot forth like a lightning projectile himself moving as fast as light and before the beast knew what was going on, Fenrir smashed himself into the beast with all his might.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>A thunderous bang was heard as the ground beneath the duo split open in an instant.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>That wasn’t all, the beast was lifted fully from the ground and flung away like a broken doll. Cutting through the air with immense speed that within the blink of an eye, it crashed into a half destroyed structure further crumbling it to the ground like it was nothing.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>’Well, I will be damned.
