Chapter 130: Hatching Experience

Hatcher's Experience... Wait, the content in this knowledge is not right.

When Xiang Guangtai understood the content of this knowledge, he keenly noticed some key contents in it, such as "Taking Pokémon eggs to specific locations can allow Pokémon to learn some knowledge in advance, and affect its personality and ability after birth, for example, going to the amusement center will..."

"This wouldn't be Gold's experience, right?"

Gold, a character in the Pokémon special chapter world, one of the protagonists of the Gold and Silver era. The corresponding character in the game is "Ethan". As a Pokédex holder, his special ability is precisely "Hatching"!

But Gold's own personality is somewhat bad + careless, his personality is free and loose. As for hatching, although his ability is this, in fact, he often does nothing in the process of hatching Pokémon eggs—this is his own self-statement.

Later, he had a little understanding of hatching. For Pokémon eggs, Gold only needs to hold sincerity, protect or care for it, and it can quickly promote its hatching!

Xiang Guangtai carefully understood this knowledge.

The information in the knowledge was very bookish. Because it did not contain tone and emotion, he could not notice any problems when he first understood it. But after careful understanding, he would find that this thing was not right!

However, setting aside the content related to amusement centers, game halls, and billiards, the essence of this knowledge was still very useful!

At different locations and environments, the personality and ability of hatched Pokémon will indeed be different. In Professor Elm's recent research, it is pointed out that Pokémon eggs can perceive the surrounding environment and situation before birth, and make corresponding responses. At the same time, the mood and behavior of the hatcher will also affect the state of the Pokémon.

Eggs in the research institute must be carefully cultivated to prevent the eggs from receiving too much external information and forming bad personalities in advance... If a novice trainer just goes out and the Pokémon he receives is a problem child or a delinquent, and is proficient in billiards, poker, and dice games like Gold's Togepi, then that would be a shame!

Novice Pokémon (wearing black glasses): Trainer, go and fry two dishes for me!

This scene just imagining it in his mind already made Xiang Guangtai unable to hold back.

"Well, as long as the content about Gold is removed, this hatching experience is still quite good!"

Of course, after removing the content suspected to be Gold, there is not much left in this experience... This is called taking the essence and discarding the dross!

And regarding the egg in his hand, in the "Black/White" game, there is a Larvesta that has lived for hundreds of years under the Ancient City in the Desert Resort. In the special chapter, this Larvesta was captured by Ghetsis and laid an egg, which hatched into a Larvesta and was driven by the "Shadow Triad".

In the game, this Larvesta was not discovered by anyone, quietly waiting in the deepest room of the Ancient City. That room was piled with many exquisite pottery used for sacrifice, as well as an ancient mural recording the "Legend of Larvesta".

The Sun Pokémon Larvesta is a Pokémon that has been worshipped as the incarnation of the sun since ancient times. In legend, when the sun was obscured by volcanic ash due to a volcanic eruption, Larvesta used fire to make its wings glow, replacing the sun to shine on the world.

Perhaps that Larvesta that has lived for hundreds of years was missing the people of the past, so it never left. However, what is strange is that the Ancient City is full of sand. What does this Larvesta eat to live to the modern day? It is truly an unsolved mystery!

【Is the thing in your hand a Pokémon egg? The power of life is very weak. Let me help it grow.】

Calyrex was still holding energy cubes, with food residue left on the corners of its mouth. Its dull eyes looked at the ancient egg that was already somewhat petrified, and it raised its arm, slightly condensing psychic power.

A weak life force surged out from Calyrex's body and injected into the ancient egg.

【.. Hu... hu... I... am I only at this level now?】

Calyrex looked at its hands speechlessly. The power it could exert now was truly too weak!

Xiang Guangtai was somewhat curious: "Is this power the same as the power to catalyze land and plants?"

In the game, Calyrex also once said that it would show its power in front of the game protagonist, but it took a lot of effort to catalyze a radish in the farmland, but perhaps that is also a manifestation of the life power mastered by Calyrex.

Calyrex: 【It is my 'Healing Wish', but my power is too weak, and I can't fully restore this egg to its original state.】

"Ao~" Bodangshui roared low.

It thought this was some precious stone! It turned out to be a Pokémon egg!

"Do you also know Pokémon eggs?"

Bodangshui, as a Paradox Pokémon, cannot lay eggs in the game. The egg group belongs to "Undiscovered Group". Although that is because of game mechanics, Xiang Guangtai raised a question about this:

For ancient Pokémon like Bodangshui, in the era they lived in, were they also born through eggs?

"Ao roar?"

Bodangshui's eyes rolled up, revealing an expression of confusion and thought.

I don't know, it has never thought about this problem!

Primitive creatures don't have so many strange needs. Every day is just fighting and eating! However, things like eggs also existed in that era.

Xiang Guangtai: "Then you don't have any Pokémon you like..."

"Ao~" Bodangshui indicated that it liked Pecha Berries, and then looked at the petrified egg, and the ancient memory seemed to be awakened...

Hatching this kind of thing has a shortcut, just use Flamethrower directly...! Bodangshui roared while opening its mouth to spray fire. Xiang Guangtai hurriedly pressed Bodangshui's mouth!

I see you don't want to hatch the egg at all, but want to roast this egg and eat it. Your drool is about to flow out!

"Ao ao!" Bodangshui protested, indicating that it had really seen the scene of eggs hatching from fire. Flamethrower can indeed accelerate the hatching of this kind of egg. This time it was not making trouble!

The "egg hatching from fire" that Bodangshui had seen... Xiang Guangtai pondered, maybe it was the egg of a Pokémon named "Slither Wing", this kind of Paradox Pokémon is considered an ancient species of Larvesta.

Although the lower form of Larvesta, "Larvesta", is considered a Pokémon born from the sun and can absorb fire, that is just a legend of the ancients. According to the weak life force in this egg, a Flamethrower might directly burn away those life forces.

"I have a good method." Xiang Guangtai had a flash of inspiration, held this almost petrified egg and walked into the house, and then placed it beside the Light Stone!

The power of the Light Stone will make the surroundings full of vitality. By absorbing the power released by the Light Stone, perhaps this Pokémon egg can gradually recover its original appearance!

【The Light Stone feels confused about this egg.】

In order to accelerate the hatching progress, Xiang Guangtai, after understanding the hatching cultivation experience, directly created a stone statue of Arceus in the dream!

The statue of Arceus can affect the Pokémon egg that is hatching, making the new life born from the egg obtain stronger individual values, and even possibly become a shiny form!

However, just when the statue of Arceus was put down, the Light Stone and the Dark Stone trembled slightly at the same time!

【This statue... seems to be affecting me?】

【I... I also felt it...!】

A strange thought arose in the hearts of the Light Stone and the Dark Stone.

This statue possesses magical power, made by the "hero candidate" they selected. And for the special items and special abilities made by this craftsman, the black and white dragons had already personally felt them.

And now, this statue that can be used to hatch eggs... could it be... could it be that it also treats the two stones as "eggs"?!
