Chapter 271: Meat-Body Wrestling in Lostlorn Forest

"Look, that's the tree I mentioned."

In Guang Tai's impression, the most prominent feature of Lostlorn Forest is a hollow tree stump covered with moss at the entrance. However, although that thing has features, it is not an excellent material. At this time, the place where the backpacker took Guang Tai was a location where many tall trees were intertwined with each other.

Located in the eastern part of Lostlorn Forest.

This is a quiet hidden cave.

【Celebration Task: Lostlorn's Hidden Cave.】

【Description: Find the source of the unique power here! Although the illusion of Lostlorn Forest comes from Zoroark, this small forest, which is not vast, seems to still have mysterious natural power...】

【Rewards: Release Orb ×1, Lostlorn Forest Badge ×1, Grass-Wood Sound ×1, Lostlorn Branch ×1.】

Since the Link Tree sent a task, it proves that this forest indeed possesses power that can be borrowed.

"It is indeed excellent wood. Nature, lend me a little."

Guang Tai's hands radiated sunlight, and at the same time, he mobilized "the power of nature."

Natural plants will give guidance and direction at critical moments, get unique help in nature, and occasionally get berries.

And Guang Tai's use of power made the backpacker on the side stunned, until the sound of tree branches breaking suddenly came, but the broken branches could not be seen. In the distance, deep in the tree cave, there was a piece of wood flashing with faint light placed on the ground.

"This?!"

The backpacker widened his eyes, unable to believe what he saw!

This small forest seemed to come alive. Could it be that it was communicating with that human just now?

If that's the case, this human... is very strange! Really too strange, isn't it!

Guang Tai picked up the wood and simply gestured. This could completely make a "ukulele." This is actually a rare musical instrument. In appearance, it is similar to a guitar or bass. Non-musicians can't see the difference, just like many people call bass "a slightly strange guitar."

Afterwards, he put the Silph Scope on his head again.

Hmm... this time it didn't go as smoothly as just now. The Silph Scope could only see some strange ripples, but couldn't observe the Dream Gap.

After all, your Silph Co. has some green-skin genes, but you can't block the path of other subsequent technological creations!

Finding the Dream Gap is the work of the Pokémon Dream Radar!

Non-professional machines, don't point fingers!

Guang Tai could only call out Torterra and Riolu. Like others' reactions, when the backpacker saw Torterra and Riolu, his instinct as a Pokémon told him that these two Pokémon were very strange and extraordinary!

This made the backpacker curious and observed the two Pokémon with great interest. When Guang Tai looked at him, it seemed to be to cover up his interest, and the backpacker said casually:

"Don't look at me like this, I am actually a Pokémon observer!"

Pokémon observer, a profession that appeared in the anime. Famous representatives include Professor Oak and Tracey. They know how to observe Pokémon in appropriate positions and are committed to studying Pokémon's lifestyles, behavioral habits, and interactions, etc. They travel around the world looking for various Pokémon in order to observe and record their personalities and characteristics.

For Pokémon research, the records of observers are very precious and useful because they often travel around the world, they will encounter many Pokémon that are difficult for ordinary people to see and record them.

The backpacker began to sketch Torterra and Riolu. He was really curious about these two Pokémon companions, and Guang Tai thought silently in his heart that this Zoroark disguised as a human had quite a lot of curiosity.

No wonder he looked down on the Zoroark mother and son in the forest.

Compared to passive seclusion, it is better to take the initiative to run out and lead the style of the world... That's right, travel is a good thing. As the saying goes, offense is the best defense.

With the help of Torterra and Riolu, the dream gap soon appeared in front of Guang Tai. The blurry dream clouds dissipated here, symbolizing the dream of Lostlorn Forest.

Black clouds seeped out from the fingertips, gradually swallowing those dream clouds, and perhaps because the scale of the forest was small, the awakening speed of Lostlorn Forest was much faster than that of Pinwheel Forest!

A smaller forest seal stone vaguely emerged, and like in Pinwheel Forest, when the secrets of the forest were presented in the real world, the Pokémon protecting the secrets would follow!

A big guy fell down from the dream gap with a bang, scaring the backpacker!

Such a big movement, almost revealed his original form!

The backpacker complained in his heart, and when he looked closely, he found that the guy who appeared was!

A pink Heracross!

The ability is Moxie!

This is a female Heracross. You can tell from the shape of the horn. Its eyes looked fiercely at Guang Tai, ignoring the backpacker behind, and then Guang Tai's sunlight directly hit its face.

The sunlight had no hostility, but had the power to soothe the hearts of humans and Pokémon, slightly eliminating hostility. At the same time, Guang Tai also possessed the ability of an insect friend, although it didn't work on these different-colored Pokémon jumping out of the dream gap, at least he could communicate with them normally, not to the point of fighting as soon as they met.

Similarly, the blue crystal also had the power to soothe the soul, but generally speaking, it would only shine when warning, and this time was an exception.

"Hera?"

Heracross originally intended to come out to fight, but now it was inexplicably a bit uninterested. However, when Guang Tai pointed to the forest seal stone, Heracross still guarded the stone very vigilantly.

"That stone, no, what is that stone slab?"

The backpacker was shocked. The stone slab was vague, looking like both a real object and an illusion. He rubbed his eyes. He had wandered in the forest so many times and had never seen such a wonderful thing.

"The forest's seal stone, which is the forest's dream. These stones are the secrets of the forest and contain incredible power. Usually, they will not be seen by people."

Guang Tai didn't mind sharing this secret with the backpacker, because the backpacker's body was a Zoroark. It was not a human at all, so there was no need to worry about it spreading it everywhere. In fact, regarding the forest, it was too late to keep these secrets.

The backpacker was very interested: "Usually, saying so, you are that unusual thing?"

"That's right. Defeating the guardian of the seal stone can get the forest's gift." Guang Tai suddenly looked at the backpacker: "Do you want to try it?"

"Ah... but forget it!" The backpacker worried about revealing his original form in front of Guang Tai, so he shook his head.

And Guang Tai originally intended to solve it peacefully, but it seemed that even if the hostility of the guardian Pokémon was eliminated, the power of that stone could not be easily obtained. Just when Guang Tai intended to let Torterra fight, and Torterra also had this intention, that Heracross suddenly pointed at Guang Tai.

"Hera Hera!"

Heracross didn't look at Torterra and Riolu, but made a few movements towards Guang Tai.

Although it had no interest in Pokémon battles, if you want the stone, then come at me head-on!

However, it can only be you yourself!

"Me?"

Guang Tai pointed at himself in surprise.

That is to say, the Pokémon wants him to wrestle with it?!

What kind of village rule is this?

Forget it, it's not that there are no such people. Mayor Drayden of Opelucid City would wrestle with Haxorus, and Professor Kukui of Alola would battle with Incineroar. The fighting gym leaders in various places are basically fierce people who wrestle with fighting Pokémon and slap away Aura Spheres with their bare hands.

Guang Tai felt he could do it too. His current physical fitness might be even stronger than the fighting gym leaders.

After all, he even took a punch from Landorus!

"Good! I'm coming!"

Guang Tai agreed to Heracross's invitation, and Heracross looked silly, but its heart was already blooming with joy, and even the corners of its mouth couldn't help but raise a trace of a smile of conspiracy, which was accurately captured by the backpacker.

Heh! Stupid human!

Everyone says I'm an idiot, but I'm actually very witty!

How can a human compare strength with a Pokémon, especially since I am a Pokémon that excels in strength!

The human in front of him still looks like the kind of person who follows the rules. This kind of person is the easiest to bully.

"I feel like this Heracross is thinking about something rude." The backpacker rubbed his chin, his eyes suspicious, and Heracross stood straight with a bang, his eyes staring straight ahead, avoiding eye contact with the backpacker.

Backpacker: "Hey! It doesn't make eye contact with me at all! Sure enough, there is a ghost in its heart!"

Guang Tai laughed: "It doesn't matter. Maybe it thinks that if it defeats the trainer, it doesn't have to battle with the Pokémon. But this is also good. Trainers should warm up and battle with Pokémon occasionally. I heard that there are such people in many places."

Backpacker: "You say so... it seems true. No, you wouldn't be that kind of monster who wrestles with Pokémon, would you?"

"But, this is Heracross! Its strength is very great, and at critical moments, it will use the horn on its head to fork you up and throw you away! If you fall from the sky, you will break your bones!"

"It doesn't matter, it doesn't matter!" Guang Tai moved his body, and Torterra and Riolu also turned into bloodthirsty spectators, cheering and shouting in the back. This scene made Heracross full of question marks.

The Pokémon is the spectator in the back, and the trainer is on the field. You guys are not worried at all!

Hmph! This is the fragile bond between stupid humans and Pokémon. Rather than saying it's trust, it's better to say it's stupidity!

Heracross patted its chest. It was sure to win this contest, and then both sides set up their postures. When the breeze blew through the gap in the forest cave, Heracross moved immediately!

Strike first! Look at my Fury Attack!

"This guy actually used a move secretly, it's really too shameless!"

Even the backpacker changed by Zoroark said so!

But when Heracross hit Guang Tai, it felt like hitting a wall!

Woo! Heracross couldn't believe the huge power coming from in front of it. This power not only took the move it used but even gradually pushed it back!

Open, are you kidding! Are you really a human!

"What a great strength! Simply not a human!"

The backpacker was shocked beyond measure and couldn't help but complain again, and at this time, Heracross agreed with this "pseudo-human" very much.

Compared to the monster in front of it, the pseudo-human on the side is more like a human!

Damn it! If this continues, won't I lose! The Pokémon was defeated by human power. Why am I having such a dream?

"Hera!"

Heracross felt that it was dangerous if this continued. Its strength was not as good as the human in front of it, so its eyeballs turned wildly and it came up with a plan!

Hmm! Now is the time to not talk about martial arts. I am a Pokémon, my rules are rules, and the village rules are all set by me!

Megahorn!

Heracross lowered its body, and the big horn on its head lit up with powerful brilliance!

Backpacker: "Be careful! This guy is using a move again!"

"Hera~! (Just use it, just use it!)"

Heracross swung the big horn hard, trying to fork Guang Tai up from the ground and throw him away!

If the plan succeeds... anyway, as long as I win!

And then lifted it hard!

Woo! It stopped. Why?

Heracross opened its eyes wide, but found that it seemed to be imprisoned by a kind of invisible power, and Guang Tai's laughter rang in its ears!

"I am a psychic. If a Pokémon uses a move, isn't it natural for a psychic to use psychic power!"

The imprisonment just now was "Extrasensory"!

Although Guang Tai doesn't have telekinesis, Extrasensory can sometimes achieve results similar to telekinesis. Anyway, they are all invisible spiritual powers. Under the amplification of ancient spirit, it can strengthen the technique of spiritual control. Although it takes a little effort, it can also achieve results similar to telekinesis control.

Of course, the object being controlled wants to make a sound!

This is completely different!

Telekinesis is just stopping, while Extrasensory is used for attack. Invisible power will oppress the Pokémon, which makes Heracross feel very uncomfortable, and then it was pushed hard by Guang Tai and lifted directly from the ground!

Woo-wah-wah-wah! Heracross was shocked! In the process of being surprised, it was lifted by Guang Tai and thrown away!

The winner is decided!

"Wrestling between humans and Pokémon, and then the human won... you guy is really a monster!"

The backpacker looked at Heracross, who was thrown away and fell to the ground, and sighed at the physical fitness of the strange human in front of him. Not only is he a powerful fighter, but he is also a psychic!

There are really many strange people in the Unova region! Hmm, but the stranger the person, the more you can believe. On the contrary, the guy who looks like a good person might be a disguise. This is the deception of human society.

After throwing Heracross away, Guang Tai waved to his Pokémon. Riolu and Torterra cheered and helped, and Heracross, who was thrown away, lay on the ground with his eyes wide open, his little brain blank.

Who am I, where am I, what did I just do?

Lost, lost, lost, the whole brain is full of such meaningless words!

And then curled up in the corner, as if it had become a burnt slag, and even the color vaguely became white, and there was a ding sound in the trance...

"Losing to a human makes it so frustrated..." The backpacker complained.

Guang Tai let the Pokémon come over, and at the same time bent down to touch the forest seal stone.

The forest stone cannot be taken out, so he could only get the corresponding blessing from the stone, although he could also make it through craft and then insert it on Torterra...

【Obtained: Blessing of Lostlorn Forest.】

【Description: The forest seal stone contains the power of the forest. The source of this power is VSTAR Heavenly Power. Because you defeated the forest guardian, you got the blessing of this power, which can be given to Pokémon that can accept Heavenly Power!】

【Torterra obtained special power: Evolution Suppression! When facing unevolved Pokémon, the suppression power will increase! Will cause extra damage.】

The blessing of the forest is of course most suitable for Torterra, and at the same time, it absorbed part of the power from the dream world. This power nourished the small tree on the back, and also made the three white stones radiate hazy light.

To say that he granted Heavenly Power, Torterra indeed didn't have it. The seal stone of Pinwheel Forest didn't give Heavenly Power. Guang Tai tried to grant this power to Torterra and found... no.

Torterra could not accept the power from Heaven. Although the three stones on the back had completed the connection with the Guardian Stone, Heavenly Power just wouldn't work. However, the forest's buff could be stacked infinitely.

This made Guang Tai sigh.

It's all Arceus's fault for not giving Torterra a VSTAR card. However, he vaguely remembered that Torterra should also have a special mode. It seems that he can't get it for the time being.
