Chapter 67: Walking Wake Sleeps Everywhere

Xiang Guangtai was stunned!

How could he see this guy near the Dragonspiral Tower?!

Although it is a dream, it is really a bit strange. Walking Wake first appeared in the Burnt Tower, and then appeared in the Dragonspiral Tower. Could this be the "fated encounter" mentioned by the Legend Plate before?

But... this reunion is still in a dream!

And Walking Wake tilted its head after seeing Xiang Guangtai, then walked over happily. At this time, Petilil was nervous and was about to use a move, but was hugged by Xiang Guangtai!

"Don't attack, this is a friend!"

"Wawa?"

This dragon... is a friend?

Petilil was very confused and still a bit nervous.

And Walking Wake looked at Petilil, a bit strange.

"Awoo?"

Where is that straight sword that was canceled last time? Was it canceled? Why didn't it appear? Changed to a Pokémon, huh.

But it's really happy to be reunited!

Walking Wake was quite happy!

Isn't this my little dragon Trainer!

"How did you get here? It's great to be reunited, although it's still a dream."

Xiang Guangtai stepped forward to stroke Walking Wake's crown, mane, and lower jaw. Walking Wake also maintained a submissive posture just like last time, and made a comfortable purring sound like a big dog.

Then, it gave a low roar and looked at the high tower.

And Xiang Guangtai possesses the knowledge of a Dragon Tamer, so he understood Walking Wake's heart. Plus, this is a dream, so as long as Xiang Guangtai thinks about it, he can communicate without hindrance.

At the same time, the "Crystal Heart" obtained from the Rock Mountain ruins also played a role.

Walking Wake is also an ancient Pokémon. Although its classification is Paradox, it was summoned from the past of another timeline.

"You mean, this is the dream of a giant dragon, and you have been here several times to look for Pecha Berries?"

Xiang Guangtai was stunned.

Walking Wake let out a sigh of "gurgle-gurgle" and then complained with "awoo-awoo" sounds.

It is currently sleeping in a strange forest. That forest is full of pink mist and there are no Pokémon, but occasionally some berries fall out of the dream. It planted those berries in the forest, but they grow very slowly and are not enough to eat.

Dreaming in that forest allows it to come to the dreams of other Pokémon and search for more berries in them, bringing those berries to that strange forest. They can become real edible berries. It has been digging things out of other Pokémon's dreams like this, and now they are all piled up in that strange forest.

And there is a giant dragon in this dream, which has been saying "the real world is here". Whenever it approaches this tower, it will cause a forest fire, as if it is having a nightmare.

Xiang Guangtai suddenly realized: "So that's it. The one in the Dragonspiral Tower is... the legendary Dragon Pokémon, the white dragon Reshiram!"

The reason for the forest fire was also understood!

In the narrative of the Unova region's mythology, if humans despise truth and indulge their desires, the white dragon will burn their kingdom clean with flames.

And in the distant past, the white dragon Reshiram and the black dragon Zekrom broke out in a battle, fighting until they were exhausted with the twin heroes they followed. After the heroes died, their sons reignited the war. The angry white dragon and black dragon descended with huge flames and lightning, burning the Unova region to the ground. Afterwards, one slept in the ancient city, and one slept in the Dragonspiral Tower.

"The memory of 2500 years ago is still repeating in the dream... So this forest will catch fire..."

Xiang Guangtai looked at the forest around him. At this time, the forest is recovering quickly. After all, this is a dream.

However, Reshiram's dream has nothing to do with Xiang Guangtai. Xiang Guangtai is mainly concerned about the location where Walking Wake's body is currently located.

A strange forest, connected to the dreams of many Pokémon, and can get real fragments from the dream... It is indeed the Entree Forest, right?

Walking Wake took out a Poké Ball from its mane at this time. That pink Poké Ball surprised Xiang Guangtai.

Dream Ball!

"This is, the heavy ball used in the dream was materialized and turned into a Dream Ball?"

So, Walking Wake has been carrying this ball all along, and the Dream Ball is a ball that can be used in both dream + reality.

Walking Wake, who should have been summoned to Paldea, entered the forest in the Unova region for some unknown reason due to a dream. And the Entree Forest is a secret location that few people in the entire Unova region know about. Xiang Guangtai felt a bit tricky for a while.

Dream Seeker can take one thing away from the dream, but Walking Wake's true body is in the Entree Forest, which means he should not be able to take it into the dream and then bring it out.

"The pink mist floating in the forest should be 'Dream Mist', which is the necessary thing to enter the Dream World."

Xiang Guangtai held the Dream Ball and looked at its information.

【Crafted Item: Dream Ball (Walking Wake's Poké Ball)】

【Description: A dream Poké Ball that appeared in the bag at some point in the Entree Forest. It can catch any Pokémon in the Entree Forest.】

【Crafted Item Effect: If the current location is the Entree Forest, catch rate × 255, otherwise catch rate × 1; catch rate for sleeping Pokémon × 4, otherwise catch rate × 1.】

【Hint: This is a unique Poké Ball "made" using Dream Mist and dream materials. Since Walking Wake has already been captured, and Walking Wake's location is already the Entree Forest, it cannot be brought out of the dream through Dream Seeker. You need to go to the Entree Forest.】

【Corresponding Craft: Dream Ball Crafting.】

Xiang Guangtai was a bit disappointed.

Sure enough, I can't take it out.

The Entree Forest in Unova is a very strange place, possessing unique power, and only that side has the ability to materialize Pokémon, so it is normal to be summoned there.

"By the way!" Xiang Guangtai thought of his "Dream Home". There is fixed loose soil there. Why not try bringing Walking Wake back there?

In that case, Walking Wake can get berries from near his dream cabin every time, and in that case, every time he and his Pokémon enter the dream, he should be able to see it.

However, Unova and the Divine Capital actually have no time difference... No, it is estimated that Walking Wake simply slept in. Anyway, it has nothing to do in the Entree Forest and can only sleep everywhere.

Xiang Guangtai immediately said to Walking Wake: "Come back to my dream cabin with me. You can also plant berries there. If you want to eat any berries, I will plant them for you there!"

"Awoo!"

Walking Wake was happy immediately after hearing Xiang Guangtai's explanation, and kept making affectionate purring sounds.

Little Dragon is still the best to me!

Oh, there is one more thing! Walking Wake suddenly thought of something, pointed at the Dragonspiral Tower, gave two "awoo" calls, and made a "gurgle-gurgle" sound to Xiang Guangtai again.

Then it began to shake its body, and a round white stone rolled out from the mane on its back. Walking Wake picked it up with its little claws and handed it to Xiang Guangtai.

And Xiang Guangtai was stunned on the spot after understanding Walking Wake's words.

Not to mention why Walking Wake always hides treasures in its mane, and, this stone...

"You said you touched this from this dream? But not from the tower?"

Walking Wake scratched its face with its little claws and tilted its head strangely.

So what!

Anyway, no one wants this stone. If it appears in the giant dragon's dream, it must be a good thing!

Xiang Guangtai held the round white stone with both hands:

【Crafted Item (?): Light Stone (Cannot be brought out)】

【Description 1: The appearance of Reshiram after its body was destroyed. It is said that it is waiting for the arrival of the hero.】

【Description 2: The surface is scarred. The Light Stone in the dream is still repeating the dream of destruction 2500 years ago. It seems to have anger and hatred for something in the Dragonspiral Tower. Perhaps through polishing it, the scars on the surface of the stone can be eliminated, and its anger can be calmed.】

【Crafted Item Effect: Perhaps it can be used as a fire source during forging.】

Xiang Guangtai: ".?"

It really is the Light Stone!

Walking Wake, you really pick up everything!

"Awoo~" Walking Wake gave a happy roar!

This thing is not bad, right? I even touched more things from the dreams of other Pokémon!
