Chapter 520: [Save Me] (Part II)
Seeing Xu Mitian drawing ever nearer, Hu Xiaotian shouted loudly: "A day as husband and wife brings a hundred days of gratitude; although we have no husband-wife title, we did after all share that night of affinity." Although Hu Xiaotian couldn't recall what happened that night, he could still infer a little; saying this now was merely to dispel Xu Mitian's killing intent and preserve his own life.
Xu Mitian's gaze was like two sharp blades, wishing to split Hu Xiaotian's chest and dig out his heart, but as she walked her body swayed on the verge of collapse; halfway, she suddenly spat a mouthful of fresh blood.
Seeing her condition, Hu Xiaotian understood Xu Mitian must have suffered serious internal injuries; all along she had merely been gritting her teeth to endure, and that appearance just now was no act. While he quietly regulated his breath, striving to regain mobility as soon as possible, he sighed and said: "You're injured; I know a bit about medicine—how about we make a deal? I'll heal your wounds, you let me go."
"A deal, only thinking of it now—isn't that too late?" Xu Mitian came up to Hu Xiaotian, grabbed his collar, gritted her teeth and stared at him, as if wanting to say something, but in the end she still didn't speak; with a puff! she spat another mouthful of blood, staining Hu Xiaotian's front lapels completely red.
Hu Xiaotian secretly thought, "Not good." It seemed Xu Mitian was badly injured; had he known, he would have kept his distance, just watching her vomit blood and die—why risk using the Violent Rain Pear Blossom Needle on her? Now it's a case of losing the chicken and losing the rice, even dragging his own life into it.
Xu Mitian raised her right hand; her fingertips turned rose-red. Hu Xiaotian knew she was poisoned and cried out: "Wait! We can discuss things, we can discuss..." Before he finished, a puff of rose-red smoke shot from her palm; Hu Xiaotian opened his wide mouth, still begging for mercy, and ended up inhaling a lot of it.
After doing that, Xu Mitian seemed to have exhausted all her strength, collapsing powerlessly into Hu Xiaotian's embrace.
Hu Xiaotian, however, felt a scorching heat inside his body, as if a fire were about to ignite from within. This sensation was somewhat like when she had shoved seven Blazing Yang Scorching Yin Pills into him at Bright Moon Palace. But Hu Xiaotian's meridians were far stronger than that day, and his Dantian Qi Sea naturally produced a counteracting qi flow trying to dispel the fire; yet not only could it not dispel it, the feeling of agitation grew ever stronger. Hu Xiaotian exclaimed in alarm: "You... what did you give me to eat?"
Xu Mitian lay on him, their faces close, breaths mingling. She whispered weakly: "It's the Nine Yang Blazing Heart Pill, far stronger than what you took before..."
Hu Xiaotian suddenly felt a certain part of his body begin to stir, his head buzzing loudly—damn! This woman actually made me take an aphrodisiac.
Xu Mitian panted, her voice trembling: "You... either die... or..." Her delicate face was flushed with an alluring blush, her voice bashful as she said: "Save me..."
Hu Xiaotian's limbs remained numb and unable to move; now he fully understood. Xu Mitian had gone through all this trouble merely to get his attention; it seemed that night at Bright Moon Palace had given her a taste of pleasure, and she had painstakingly tracked him here, her goal being to have him sleep with her!
Although Hu Xiaotian's inner fire raged, he had not yet lost his reason. Xu Mitian was no innocent maiden. This body was indeed Le Yao's, but inside that beautiful shell dwelt a genuine old demoness, an old poisonous hag; thinking of it made his hairs stand on end, goosebumps falling everywhere. He deliberately said: "I... I'm like a mud Buddha crossing the river—unable to save myself, how could I save you?"
Xu Mitian suddenly sealed Hu Xiaotian's acupoint, slowly rose to her feet, and said softly: "If it weren't for you using the Blood Shadow Golden Toad to harm me, how would I have ended up like this?" She spread her hands; the flower petals on the ground rose without wind, falling from their calyxes, piling up layer upon layer, swirling around them, merging with the icy crystals to form an arched flower house that enclosed both Hu Xiaotian and Xu Mitian.
The petals glimmered with light, flickering bright and dim; Xu Mitian loosened her garments, her snow‑white tender shoulders revealed above the skirt, then the skirt slid down along her graceful curves.
Hu Xiaotian lay on the ground gazing at the breathtakingly beautiful Xu Mitian before him, mouth agape, gulping saliva: "You... what do you want to do?"
Xu Mitian stepped toward Hu Xiaotian and suddenly tore open his clothes violently.
Hu Xiaotian's limbs were still numb: "You've got the wrong person—I... I'm not just anyone... ah... ah... you... you're committing a crime... help... help..."
Hu Xiaotian lay naked on the ground, mouth still wide open, his expression half‑smile, eyes staring blankly upward; the little hut made of piled petals shifted colors, enchanting and intoxicating.
Xu Mitian had already redressed; her black hair fell like a waterfall over her shoulders, her beautiful eyes gazed at Hu Xiaotian. Seeing his state, the killing intent in her gaze vanished. At this moment Xu Mitian seemed like a completely different person—her spirit inwardly gathered, energized; her previous sickness and lethargy swept away.
She snatched Hu Xiaotian's clothes and threw them onto him, then pointed a finger at his acupoint from mid‑air; Hu Xiaotian felt his chest loosen, his limbs finally regaining sensation. He first glanced at the Blood Shadow Toad King perched on the tiger's mouth of his right hand—it had vanished at some point—then he grabbed his clothes to cover his lower half, flattened his mouth, tears nearly falling; he felt truly wronged, never having felt so wronged in his life, having been... used by a woman.
Xu Mitian said: "I won't kill you, but you must not let a third person know what happened between us, otherwise I will show no mercy."
Hu Xiaotian raised his right hand, waving five fingers in front of Xu Mitian: "Five times—you've tortured me five times in a row, you slut, I never thought you'd be this... licentious..."
Xu Mitian's fingertips were sharp, glowing with a faint green light, hovering less than an inch from Hu Xiaotian's face.
Hu Xiaotian laughed again: "Just joking... we've come to this point, can't we even say a joke?"
Xu Mitian said: "Try saying another word and see if I'll kill you."
Hu Xiaotian tossed his clothes aside, stood up naked: "Kill or cut, do as you wish—Xu Mitian, what kind of person are you, what kind of bearing? Having eaten your fill, you beat the cook; first rape then kill, or first kill then rape—anyway I've lost face, if you've got the guts, kill me!" He thrust out his chin, displaying the resolve to sacrifice his life.
Xu Mitian raised her hand, but still did not strike; she turned away and said coldly: "Put on your clothes, truly taciturn and shameless."
Hu Xiaotian felt stifled inside: "I'm the taciturn and shameless one—when you were riding me and tormenting me earlier, why didn't you say so?" Yet he understood Xu Mitian wasn't acting merely to satisfy her own desire; she was using him as a medicinal guide, having just used him to cultivate, earlier making him vomit blood and tremble, tormenting him five times until she was reborn like a phoenix, spirited and radiant—truly a withered tree meeting spring.
Hu Xiaotian felt utterly stifled: his first time, muddled and losing consciousness need not be mentioned; this time, while clear‑minded, from start to finish he never moved a finger, completely becoming Xu Mitian's tool for release; acting like a man to this extent is truly a failure. Although his body felt some pleasure, his heart was utterly depressed, sunk to the lowest point, utterly miserable. This woman surely practices a yang‑absorbing yin‑nourishing art; not killing me isn't because she feels anything for me, but because I'm still useful. Am I a fruit? Are you treating yourself as a juicer!
Hu Xiaotian said: "Those few warriors who died—were they also drained by you this way?"
Xu Mitian suddenly turned, furious: "Damn bastard, what are you saying? Do you think I'd be as shameless as you?"
Hu Xiaotian could only chuckle helplessly.
Xu Mitian said: "It's not that you haven't harmed me; since you know the Demonic Seed Great Law, I won't hide it—I finally found a suitable body, only for you this scoundrel to ruin it."
Hu Xiaotian said: "One palm can't make a sound; that night at Bright Moon Palace I remember nothing."
Xu Mitian said: "I don't want to mention what happened that night, nor allow you to bring it up in my presence again."
Hu Xiaotian said: "You followed me all this way just for this?" Speaking strangely, he now felt less afraid of Xu Mitian; although there was no feeling between them, they had shared several intimacies, a relationship that, while not noble, was not ordinary either—in modern terms they'd be called fuckbuddies. To say he was forced into it, always passive, if word got out it wouldn't be shameful; being able to call the world's top poison master a fuckbuddy is quite an achievement.
Xu Mitian said coldly: "Hu Xiaotian, my patience with you has limits; if you want to live, you must help me."
Hu Xiaotian feigned ignorance: "Help you with what?" He sighed inwardly, feeling this was neither beginning nor end—she still wanted to scheme against him.
Xu Mitian said: "My body has encountered some problems; I need your help to get through this crisis." Saying this, her face was cold, lacking any maidenly bashfulness, as if discussing a mere transaction.
Hu Xiaotian said: "Did I hear right? You're negotiating terms with me!"
"How so?"
Hu Xiaotian said: "We're neither husband and wife nor lovers; doing this seems improper, doesn't it?"
Xu Mitian said coldly: "You seem to have suffered no loss!"
"How can there be no loss? I've lost a lot—one drop of essence equals ten drops of blood; calculate how much I've lost today." (To be continued~^~)
