Chapter 1370: The Primarch Returns to Shuluo Holy Star (1)

~5 min read 892 words

The first ship to land was that of Horus.

The hatch opened, and Horus walked out.

He wore a long black coat, dark trousers, and military boots, striding down the boarding ramp.

His face still bore the exhaustion left by space combat, but upon seeing Yingxin on the viewing platform, the exhaustion was instantly replaced by a smile.

"Xiaoxiner!"

Yingxin ran out from the viewing platform and threw herself into Horus's arms.

Horus picked her up and spun her around.

"Brother Horus! You've worked hard! Is fighting very tiring?"

Horus said with a smile.

"Not tiring."

Yingxin grinned and said.

"That's good. Did you bring me a gift?"

Horus laughed out loud.

"I did, can you guess what it is?"

Yingxin tilted her head and thought for a moment.

"Is it... is it an Alien's tooth?"

Horus shook his head. "That's not it."

"Is it... is it a fragment of a Zerg carapace?"

Horus shook his head. "That's not it either; I brought you a planet."

Yingxin was stunned. "A planet??"

Horus took a small box out of his coat pocket and opened it.

Inside was a crystal-clear stone, glowing with a pale purple light under the sunlight.

"This is a fragment of the experimental planet in the Viridian Sector. After the rift closed, I picked up the smallest piece to give to you as a souvenir."

Yingxin picked up the stone and held it to her eyes, looking at the sun through it; the light refracted into iridescent colors.

"So pretty!"

Horus smiled.

"As long as you like it."

Behind him, Sanguinius's ship also landed.

Sanguinius was wearing white casual clothes, his long golden hair shimmering in the sunlight, his wings folded behind his back.

When he walked out of the hatch, the sunlight shone right upon him, and he looked like a painting.

Yingxin poked her head out from his arms.

"Brother Sanguinius!"

Sanguinius walked over with a smile and bent down to pat her head.

"Xiaoxiner, you've grown taller again."

Yingxin raised her chin proudly.

"Grandma said I grew two centimeters this year!"

Mortarion was the third to walk out.

His face was expressionless, but when he saw Yingxin, the corners of his mouth lifted slightly.

Yingxin climbed down from Horus's arms and ran in front of Mortarion.

"Brother Mortarion!"

Mortarion crouched down.

"Xiaoxiner."

Yingxin leaned in close to look at his face.

"You didn't get hurt, did you?"

Mortarion said.

"No."

Yingxin patted his shoulder.

"That's good, Grandma made the stewed meat you like."

Mortarion's gaze softened a little.

"Thank you."

Vulkan walked out behind Mortarion.

He was wearing a dark green hoodie and black cargo pants, his skin gleaming with a polished luster in the sunlight.

"Xiaoxiner!"

"Brother Vulkan! You've gotten a tan!"

Vulkan laughed out loud.

"I wasn't fair-skinned to begin with."

Yingxin took his hand.

"Grandma said you saved a lot of people, is that true?"

Vulkan patted her head.

"It is true, but I didn't save them alone; your other brothers saved them together with me."

Yingxin nodded vigorously.

"Then you are all heroes!"

When Lion walked out of the cabin door, he was wearing a black jacket with a white T-shirt underneath.

His long golden hair was tied behind his head, his face was cold and stern, and his gaze swept over everyone present.

"Brother Lion!"

Lion crouched down. "Xiaoxiner."

Yingxin pointed at his hair. "Your hair has grown long."

Lion said. "I'll cut it when I get back."

Yingxin shook her head. "No, long hair looks good."

"Then I will keep it."

Horus, standing nearby, heard this and let out a snort of laughter.

Lion looked at him, expressionless, but his ears turned slightly red.

Corax was the last to walk out of the cabin door.

He was wearing a black trench coat, black trousers, and black boots; his whole person was like a shadow.

His footsteps were silent, and he only stopped when he reached the crowd.

"Brother Corax!"

Yingxin ran over.

Corax crouched down.

"Xiaoxiner."

Magnus's ship landed at the furthest berth.

When he walked out of the cabin door, his red hair was exceptionally striking under the sunlight.

"Brother Magnus!"

Magnus walked over with a smile.

"Xiaoxiner, you've grown taller again."

Yingxin said.

"Grandma said I grew two centimeters this year!"

Magnus nodded.

"You've grown taller. In a few more years, you'll be a big girl."

Yingxin giggled.

At the entrance of the Spaceport, two tall figures walked in.

"Brother Dorn! Brother Ferrus!"

Yingxin shouted.

Dorn crouched down.

"Xiaoxiner."

Ferrus said with a smile from the side.

"Have you been good at home?"

Yingxin took hold of Dorn's hand.

"I... have been very good! Have you eaten?"

Dorn said.

"No, we just arrived."

Yingxin pointed to the restaurant inside the Spaceport.

"There is food there, Grandma made snacks, you should eat something before going home."

Dorn stood up, looked in the direction of Yingxin's mother, and nodded slightly.

Yingxin's mother also nodded in response.

He walked toward the restaurant, and Jaghatai appeared behind him.

"Dorn, did you just return from the border? How is the situation over there?"

Dorn said.

"Stable. The border defense line has been reinforced, there are no signs of the Tyranid, and the Daikong Star Alliance is behaving itself. But we need to continue monitoring."

Jaghatai nodded.

"That's good."

The two walked into the restaurant.
