"Did these Aliens not discover us entering here?"

Claudel leaned against the wall to one side, took out the Chainsword in his hand, and said.

"Isn't that just right? It gives us time to rescue the survivors."

"That's true, I don't know what the situation is like inside now... I'll be damned! They're coming!"

Katuo had just nodded in agreement with Claudel's point, but he hadn't expected that the Zerg Alien swarm, which had been surging forward just a second ago, would split off a detachment to rush toward them.

The Combi-Flamer in his hand sprayed a twenty-meter-long orange-red flame, burning the carapaces of the six rushing Hormagaunts until they burst.

These two-meter-long Hormagaunts twisted in the flames, let out painful hisses, and finally turned into charcoal.

Claudel used his Chainsword to pierce the chest cavity of a Warrior Bug, and when the saw teeth were pulled out, they brought out green blood.

"Katuo, if it's not working, save some fuel first. These Aliens aren't very strong; the Chainsword can block them just the same!"

As he spoke, Claudel raised his foot and kicked away a rushing Hormagaunt, the massive footprint of his Ceramite Battle Boots imprinted directly onto the Hormagaunt's body.

Claudel backhanded and split the head of another Hormagaunt, green blood splattering all over him.

"Ah, what you say makes sense!"

While Katuo put away the Combi-Flamer, he drew his own Chainsword and started it.

He saw a Tank Bug charging through the wall of fire; its blue-gray biological carapace was scorched black, but its forward charging pace did not stop.

"What's so great about being big!"

Katuo cursed and retreated half a step, then the Chainsword stabbed directly into the head of a Tank Bug.

The Tank Bug's massive body finally fell, and after Katuo pulled out the Chainsword, he punched a Spiker Bug that wanted to ambush him, shattering it.

"Switch positions!"

Katuo instantly moved half a body length ahead of Claudel, his Chainsword carving out a slash.

He severed the forelimbs of the leading Scyther Bug at the root, then kicked away the Scyther Bug that had lost its forelimbs.

Claudel retreated half a step, switched to his Bolter, and aimed at the Spitter Bugs in the swarm that were charging up.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

Although these Spitter Bugs were positioned very sparsely, Claudel relied on his reflexes and precise marksmanship to pick them off one by one.

"Katuo, Claudel, what is the situation over there? We are leading the survivors and heading toward your position, report your current status."

Katuo used his Chainsword to pierce the body of a Hormagaunt, pulled downward with force, and tore the Hormagaunt into two halves, its internal organs spilling all over the ground.

He smashed another charging Spined Devil flat with a punch, and replied to Huokan in the communication channel.

"These Aliens have gone mad for some reason and have started attacking this Breeding Ground! Do not bring the survivors here yet!"
