Chapter 6

Everyone in the Beasts Pirates was jolted awake; even Jack and Page One, who were locked in fierce combat, involuntarily halted their movements.

Only Kaido, the strongest creature, could cause such a commotion with mere laughter.

"Queen, you must eat the SMILE cells. King, you must eat them too. And all of you, everyone must eat SMILE cells!"

Kaido's voice was more excited than ever before.

"Luo Xing, my good son-in-law, no matter how many SMILE cells you can produce, I will give you whatever money you ask for!"

Begging for flowers! Begging for evaluation tickets! Begging for comments! Please!

6. Soaring Points (Begging for flowers)

Producing one Tiger-class SMILE cell costs one hundred thousand Berries.

However, Luo Xing told Kaido it was three hundred thousand... Ahem, one must charge a labor fee, after all.

"Father-in-law, as long as the funds are sufficient, I can produce any number of SMILE cells."

"Really? That's wonderful!"

Kaido rubbed his hands, excited like a child.

With SMILE cells, the strength of his subordinates could instantly skyrocket, enough to double the Beasts Pirates' overall power!

In this way, he had taken a huge step toward his dream of becoming the Pirate King and ruling the world!

"King, give all our money to Luo Xing." Kaido gave the order impatiently.

The face of the Scourge of Fire, King, showed a hesitant expression.

The Scourge of Plague, Queen, thinking King was reluctant to part with the money, sneered:

"King, you bird, I didn't expect you to be a miser!"

King ignored Queen's mockery and said to Kaido:

"Boss, it's not that I'm reluctant to part with the money, but we don't have much money."

"What?"

Kaido was startled; he had no concept of money at all and usually left it all to King to manage.

Therefore, he had no idea how much money the Beasts Pirates actually possessed.

King explained:

"Wano Country implements a policy of isolation and has almost no economic contact with the outside world; it is already extremely poor. We cannot squeeze any money from the common people."

Not only can we not squeeze money, but the people of Wano Country are on the verge of starvation.

"We also have to buy artificial Devil Fruits from Joker, conduct weapon trades in the underworld, and cover the daily expenses of tens of thousands of Beasts Pirates members; our cash flow has never been tight."

Even though Kaido is one of the Four Emperors reigning over the New World, he still cannot compare to the Marines or the World Government in terms of controlled money and resources.

Of course,

the main reason the Beasts Pirates' financial situation is worse than that of the other Four Emperors is that the Beasts Pirates have always holed up in Wano Country, with too little contact with the outside world.

Unlike Big Mom Charlotte Linlin, who frequently receives envoys from the Wano Kingdom.

Nor like Whitebeard, who has the largest territory and loves exploring the seas.

As for Red-Haired Shanks, with the fewest members under his command, he doesn't need much money.

Kaido's face darkened.

Seeing Kaido looking as if he were about to explode with rage, even King, the head of the Three Calamities, felt a chill of fear.

"No money? Then go demand it from Orochi! Then go raid outside!"

Kaido let out a roar.

Who are they?

Pirates!

The very job of a pirate is to fight and raid!

King stammered his agreement.

Thus,

the Beasts Pirates, who had been quietly lying low in Wano Country, suddenly mobilized en masse and began to plunder money on a massive scale throughout the New World.

Although the New World is filled with powerful beings, there are still very few who dare to provoke Kaido's dragon whiskers.

Countless great pirates and countless Marine fortresses were stripped bare by the Beasts Pirates!

For a time, the entire New World fell silent in fear.

Those high-profile figures who were usually so arrogant no longer dared to show off their wealth, fearing the Beasts Pirates would target them.

Such critical intelligence naturally reached the ears of the other Four Emperors.

On the Moby Dick.

Whitebeard, covered in IV drips from head to toe, widened his eyes in shock upon hearing his subordinate's report.

"What did you say? The Beasts Pirates are raiding on a massive scale in the New World?"

"Yes, Dad!"

That little lackey, sweating profusely, said, "One of our ships was even robbed!"

"Damn Kaido!"

Whitebeard flew into a rage at the news, tore out the medical tubes from his body, and stood up.

"Does he want to start a war with me?!"

As the world's strongest man, Whitebeard, despite his old age and illnesses, still possessed undiminished heroic spirit and was completely unafraid of Kaido.

"Dad, don't be too angry." The immortal bird Ma Erke hurriedly advised, "The Beasts Pirates are still sensible; they only robbed one of our ships and did not enter our sphere of influence. Just instruct your subordinates in the future not to go too far."

Ma Erke, the Whitebeard Pirates' doctor, knew clearly that Old Man's health was worsening day by day.

Starting a war with the Beasts Pirates was hardly a wise move.

Whole Cake Island.

Big Mom, who was eating cake, also received the news.

"That old rascal Kaido must be up to something evil again."

Big Mom and Kaido were old acquaintances; back in the day, they both worked under Rocks.

The Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu that Kaido possesses was given to him by her during the God Valley incident.

"Katakuri, send someone to Wano Country to investigate Kaido's purpose in this raid."

"Yes, Mother."

Katakuri, the first of the Four Sweet Commanders, solemnly accepted the order.

Red Hair Pirates.

Captain Shanks and Vice-Captain Benn Beckman were gathered together in discussion.

Both agreed that behind the Beasts Pirates' widespread looting, there must be some secret that could not be revealed.

Seven one two five

Seven six three six eight

"We must keep a constant watch on the Beasts Pirates' movements!"

Shanks and Beckman said in unison.

On Onigashima.

With a steady flow of funds, Luo Xing locked himself in the laboratory, continuously manufacturing Devil Fruit cells.

One, two, a hundred, a thousand...

Watching the points on the System panel skyrocket and his own treasury grow ever fuller, the smile on Luo Xing's face never ceased.

In the blink of an eye, Luo Xing had manufactured a full ten thousand Tiger-class Devil Fruit cells.

Ten thousand Tiger-class Devil Fruit cells should have provided Luo Xing with one million points.

But a problem arose.

The side effects of the Devil Fruit cells were too severe; except for Zoan-type users or those with exceptionally strong constitutions, ordinary people simply could not withstand them.

As a result, only five hundred Gifters successfully gained the power of the Devil Fruit cells.

Even so, the Beasts Pirates' strength had increased significantly, and Kaido's face was nearly split by his grin.
