Chapter 121: Name of the Grand Fleet

Qin Ge stared blankly for a moment; he really hadn't thought of that. Then he said to everyone, "You said this Grand Fleet's name—I really haven't thought of it. Otherwise, since everyone is here today, let's discuss it together? After all, I never thought of being a dictator; when something comes up, we should discuss it together."

"Alright, how about calling it the Flood Dragon Grand Fleet?" Zhang Xiaotian said to everyone.

Chen Bo Jun glanced at him, "Someone already called it the Flood Dragon Grand Fleet, and that Grand Fleet is stationed in Taizhou City as the largest Grand Fleet."

"Well, that's how it is." Zhang Xiaotian scratched his head somewhat embarrassedly.

"How about calling it the Lute and Harp Grand Fleet? It means our commander and the ship girls are in harmony like lute and harp, and everyone in the Grand Fleet also gets along well?" Wang Yueqin said to everyone.

"If I remember correctly, 'qin se he ming' describes a married couple, right? What does it have to do with everyone in the Grand Fleet..." Zhang Yingwei complained.

At this moment Li Chenming speechlessly rubbed his forehead, "If we call it the Lute and Harp Grand Fleet, it's very easy to be heard as an erotic Grand Fleet, so I suggest we reject it; otherwise it's really easy to get stabbed in the back."

"Well... okay." Wang Yueqin's face flushed red upon hearing Li Chenming's words; she had never thought of that when thinking of the name, but once spoken it changed its meaning.

"How about calling it the Tiger Shark Grand Fleet?" Chen Bo Jun said.

"Heh, I didn't expect Senior Chen to still have a chuunibyou heart." Zhang Xiaotian laughed beside him.

"This isn't chuunibyou; it should be resounding. After all, a Grand Fleet's name needs to have presence when spoken, leaving a strong impression at once." Chen Bo Jun hurriedly explained.

Qin Ge smiled, "The Tiger Shark has presence, but it's too aggressive, sounding somewhat confrontational. However, this name is currently the best; let's keep it for now."

"How about calling it the Chrysanthemum Blast Team?" Zhang Yingwei laughed.

Li Chenming was speechless, "You've played too much Mount Huang? Chrysanthemum Blast Team, come on, there are girls here..."

However, it seemed Wang Yueqin didn't understand the meaning of Chrysanthemum Blast Team, and instead stared blankly at Chen Bo Jun beside her, "Senior Chen, what does Chrysanthemum Blast Team mean?"

Chen Bo Jun's mouth twitched, "Well, it's just a guild name from an anime; how to put it, this name has some ambiguity, you're better off not knowing..."

After saying that, he glared fiercely at the smirking Zhang Yingwei beside him. Then he raised his head and said to Li Chenming, "What about you, have you thought of any good names?"

Li Chenming rubbed his head, "I'm just terrible at naming; if you ask me to come up with a name, it'll probably be no better than Zhang Yingwei's earlier suggestion."

"At least you should say it out loud." Chen Bo Jun said, not wanting to be embarrassed alone.

Li Chenming rubbed his chin and said to everyone, "Sword Pointing to the Heavens, how do you feel about that?"

"Haha, the heavens... big brother, we're the navy, the sea! It's not exactly empty up there!" Zhang Yingwei laughed.

Li Chenming spread his hands, "So I've told you all, this is my level; you still don't believe me."

The sea?!

At that moment a flash of light appeared in Qin Ge's eyes; how could I have forgotten that phrase?

Our journey is the sea of stars; wasn't that something I used to say often back then?

So he raised his head and said to everyone, "How about calling it the Star Sea Grand Fleet? Our journey is the sea of stars, which both expresses our goal and points our direction."

"Star Sea?" The people exchanged glances and all nodded.

"What a magnificent sea of stars! Instructor Qin Ge truly lives up to his name; this name is far more evocative than the Tiger Shark I just mentioned!" Chen Bo Jun also said excitedly.

"Star Sea Grand Fleet, what a beautiful name!" Wang Yueqin was also very delighted; as a female commander, she pays extra attention to the fleet's name. And the name Star Sea made her think of the ocean under a night sky full of starlight, suddenly feeling very poetic.

"I agree too!" Zhang Xiaodao said, "Our journey is the sea of stars, what an uplifting sentence! Instructor Qin Ge, could we also use this phrase as our Grand Fleet's publicity slogan and motto?"

"Of course." Qin Ge nodded.

"It seems everyone agrees with this name; from now on, the Grand Fleet we establish will be called the Star Sea Grand Fleet!" Li Chenming said while looking at everyone.

"Good!" Several people nodded, all developing a sense of belonging to the name Star Sea Grand Fleet.

Qin Ge nodded, "Now that the Grand Fleet's name is confirmed, the next step is to increase our Grand Fleet's strength. After all, strength is the foundation of everything; if our strength doesn't meet the requirements, then facing the Sirens will only lead to death."

"Hmm." Upon hearing Qin Ge's words, everyone's expressions turned solemn.

"So next, you each report your fleet's strength, and then I'll go back to consider how we can improve our fleet's strength moving forward." Qin Ge said to everyone.

"You know my situation, Z1 is my initial ship; she is currently level 32 in training, having undergone two breakthroughs." Li Chenming said to Qin Ge.

Qin Ge nodded, turned his gaze to the crowd, and said to Zhang Xiaodao sitting at the far edge, "Zhang Xiaotian, how about you?"

"Hu Ti, level 30 in training, also completed two breakthroughs." Zhang Xiaotian stood up and said.

"Hmm." Qin Ge nodded and said to Zhang Yingwei, "How about you, Zhang Yingwei?"

"Aierwen, level 35 in training, underwent one breakthrough." Zhang Yingwei said.

"Your training level is higher than both of theirs, why did you only undergo one breakthrough?" Qin Ge said to Zhang Yingwei.

"Because I spent most of my oil on food for the ship girls, so under this boost my training level is relatively high, but I lack sufficient supplies for a breakthrough." Zhang Yingwei replied.

Qin Ge nodded, then turned to Chen Bo Jun, "How about you, Chen Bo Jun?"

"Yinghuochong is currently level 64 in training, with two breakthroughs. Weiqita is level 38 in training, also with two breakthroughs. Neihuada is relatively low, just summoned recently, level 14 in training, with one breakthrough." Chen Bo Jun said.

Qin Ge nodded, turned his head to Wang Yueqin, "How about you, Wang Yueqin?"

"Reporting to Instructor Qin Ge, my Atlanta is currently level 30 in training, with two breakthroughs." Wang Yueqin said.

Qin Ge nodded and said to everyone, "I have a rough understanding of your specific situations. For you now, supplies should be the biggest constraint."

"That's right, the ways for freshmen to obtain supplies are extremely limited, and as a second-year like me who just started taking on missions, I also can't accumulate much supplies." Chen Bo Jun said.

Qin Ge nodded and looked at everyone, "This problem is actually not difficult..."
