Chapter 165: After the Start of School

Although the Spring Festival holiday is relatively long, the actual time spent celebrating is also relatively short.

After the third day of the new year, Qin Ge again took the fleet girls and started a new round of commission missions.

Gradually, the students began to slowly return to school, and the quiet campus during the Spring Festival gradually became lively again.

The training grounds in the staff area were also used again, becoming the practice grounds for the members of the Grand Fleet.

With Qin Ge's fleet girls as sparring partners, the fleet girls of Li Chenming and the others quickly improved their levels and proficiency. However, overall, Qin Ge's fleet girls still improved faster.

Because in each exercise, their cooperation resulted in more wins than losses. Moreover, from time to time they held a comprehensive confrontation similar to the one at the end of last year, and the changes in their formations each time brought Qin Ge new surprises.

When his own fleet girls began to enter a rapid growth period, the other several commanders finally prepared to summon fleet girls again. And the supplies and cubes they used this time were prepared by Qin Ge for them, deducted from the 100,000 supplies.

Although everyone had moments of failure, they ultimately succeeded in summoning the fleet girls they wanted—of course, except for a certain someone!

"Why is this happening! Why?" Li Chenming looked at the Hipper Naval Admiral beside him and, speaking to Qin Ge, felt like crying but had no tears.

Qin Ge glanced at the smiling, squinty-eyed Ou Gen Qin Wang beside him, turned to Li Chenming and said, "I say, isn't the Hipper Naval Admiral also quite good? Not only is she a strong protective heavy cruiser, but she is also an exquisite purple fleet girl."

"Look at Zhang Yingwei—he summoned the Tennessee, which is merely a blue rare fleet girl."

Li Chenming glanced at Qin Ge and said, "You know, I'm not talking about rarity or strength."

After saying that, he glanced at Ou Gen Qin Wang beside Qin Ge and couldn't help but say, "Clearly she's supposed to be the older sister, yet she doesn't act like one at all—look at your Ou Gen Qin Wang, then look at mine; I really doubt they're the same type of fleet girl."

"Huh? Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid—idiot! Go die! Sink into Kiel Port!" the Hipper Naval Admiral beside him said, grabbing at Li Chenming's hair.

Qin Ge saw this and was speechless; Ou Gen Qin Wang beside him also laughed, saying, "Hehe, Commander Li Chenming, it's their tradition to be flat-chested and golden-haired."

Li Cheng Ming, who was under verbal attack from the Hipper Naval Admiral, involuntarily nodded, while the Hipper Naval Admiral then turned her aggression toward Ou Gen Qin Wang.

"Ou Gen! Who are you calling a flat-chested tsundere?" the Hipper Naval Admiral said, somewhat afraid but mustering courage.

"Huh?" Ou Gen Qin Wang said with a smiling squint, "Isn't your current behavior exactly that? Or, could you tell me what your current behavior is called, Hipper?"

"Huh? Ou Gen... you!" the Hipper Naval Admiral stammered, unable to speak, and Li Chenming, not being an idiot, quickly took the opportunity to apologize properly to Hipper, which calmed her down.

Qin Ge reached out and pulled Ou Gen Qin Wang beside him, then said to Li Chenming, "Well, we'll be going now; you and your fleet girls should first cultivate your feelings, and we'll meet at the training grounds later."

"All right!" Li Chenming also knew why Qin Ge was leaving, so he didn't try to stop them, because if Qin Ge and Ou Gen Qin Wang stayed longer, Hipper Naval Admiral might start becoming angry from her tsundere attitude.

Leaving the construction center, Qin Ge walked with Ou Gen Qin Wang down the road and couldn't help laughing.

"Hehe, it looks like the commander is in a good mood today—could it be because you saw Li Cheng Ming Commander summon Hipper? Or do you just want to see someone else's embarrassed expression?" Ou Gen Qin Wang said to Qin Ge.

Qin Ge quickly waved his hand, saying, "Nowhere, it's just that thinking of Li Chenming makes me feel a bit amused."

"Huh? Why? Could it be that his wish is to summon a ……" Ou Gen Qin Wang said to Qin Ge.

"Exactly." Qin Ge nodded with a smile, "That guy Li Chenming seems especially obsessed with the chest area of fleet girls, always wanting to summon a big older-sister type fleet girl, but each time his wish goes against reality."

"Hehe." Ou Gen Qin Wang laughed, "So, is it because you summoned Hipper this time?"

Qin Ge nodded, "Actually, I don't think it's a big deal; from my observation, among fleet girls, those similar to Z1 and Hipper are still relatively few."

I believe that if Li Chenming summons again, there will definitely be a change. After all, if all the fleet girls he summons are flat-chested, that would also be a miracle.

"That could be the case." Ou Gen Qin Wang said, "Perhaps Li Chenming Commander is someone who is very fated with flat-chested fleet girls."

After all, this time others needed three or four attempts to summon their own fleet girls, while Li Chenming Commander succeeded with just one attempt, summoning Hipper—this cause-and-effect makes one feel that it's indeed fate.

Qin Ge smiled and said, "Well, I can't do anything about it; all I can do here is pray that he can summon a fleet girl of his own dreams."

"Heh, the commander can certainly say that, after all, looking at the fleet girls you've summoned now, aside from Nengdai having a slightly smaller chest, everyone else is someone else's dream existence—of course, except for destroyers."

"So, with all these big-sister fleet girls, does the commander feel no attraction to any of them?"

Qin Ge paused, showing a somewhat flustered expression, "Um, this is hard to say; how about we go to the academy's port to see if Guanghui and the others have returned from their commissions?"

"Haha." Ou Gen Qin Wang looked at the flustered Qin Ge and couldn't help laughing.

Qin Ge felt depressed, "Ou Gen, why are you laughing like that?"

"Hehe, seeing the commander's flustered appearance makes one especially happy; this laugh truly comes from the heart, hehe……" Ou Gen Qin Wang said, looking at Qin Ge.

Qin Ge was speechless, then said while walking forward, "Before, I was always alone, so I didn't have to consider these things. But now, with you all by my side, these many excellent girls—"

"If I said I wasn't moved, that would be impossible, since I'm no saint. Actually, from the time the centaur called me out before, I already felt this emotion."

"Hehe, then how does the commander plan to deal with it?" Ou Gen Qin Wang said with a giggle, while she also wanted to know Qin Ge's true thoughts.

Qin Ge sighed, "Just let things take their natural course; I've never dated before and don't know how to accommodate, so I can only be like this now."

"It seems my commander is currently in a state of confusion, but I can give you a suggestion: you can go to the library and look at books about fleet girls and commander romance; then you'll know what to do." Ou Gen Qin Wang said to Qin Ge.

"That's also true."
