Chapter 459: Yixian's Letter

This is our base, which can also be called our port area.

Qin Ge walked ahead while introducing the people behind him.

In total, there were twenty-one summonings, and each of the light, heavy, and special-type constructors built seven times.

Apart from the previously appeared Z23, Zhao He, Portland, Prince Heinrich, Enterprise, and Glory, the light-type constructor later produced He Min, Long Wave, Leipzig, Cleveland, and Karlsruhe.

The heavy-type constructor produced Nachi, Exeter, Tierbici, Washington, and Zala.

The special-type constructor produced Vest, Casablanca, U81, Nautilus, and I-13.

For Qin Ge, this construction was very successful; not only did it summon legendary warships like Enterprise, but it also further strengthened the fleet's submarine strength, such that the current number of submarine squadrons is already enough to begin wolf-pack tactics.

More importantly, it strengthened the fleet's front-line strength, since this round alone built five heavy cruisers, and adding the Eugen Prince and Atago that the fleet already possessed, the fleet now has seven heavy cruisers.

Moreover, the fleet's number increased from the original forty ships to the current sixty ships; this progress is extremely powerful.

And after Qin Ge finished summoning all the shipgirls, according to convention, he had to register.

After completing registration at the somewhat stunned Hu Feng's place, he then took the summoned shipgirls to tour the base.

After all, this place is not the academy; although it's not very large, there are also areas for other shipgirls and commanders, so we need to give a detailed introduction.

On the pier, Enterprise released her bald eagle; as everyone walked, she spoke, 'Commander, I feel our surroundings are rather desolate; there don't seem to be many people here.'

Qin Ge nodded, 'Indeed, this is an island outside the continent, surrounded by sea; aside from some local residents, few live on this island, most having gone to the continent.'

So this is Donghuang's position closest to the front line; the waters here are basically level three to four sea zones, so everyone must be extra careful during battle.

'Understood,' everyone nodded, after all they were all newly summoned shipgirls with generally low proficiency; level three and four sea zones are still somewhat challenging for them, so Qin Ge's words received everyone's attention.

'However, you need to know that, according to our current fleet plan, we will not conduct stationary training within level three sea zones, but will directly enter level four sea zones.

Furthermore, according to our current fleet configuration, there are a total of four special mixed squadrons; although strictly speaking it's three, it can be understood as four.

Just like the special mixed fleet previously formed by White Eagle, the fleet's flagships are respectively Guanghui, now changed to Monarch, and the other three fleets are Bisimai, Weineituo, and Lisailiu.

Afterward, I plan to expand these special mixed squadrons to five or six. One of them will have Sakura Empire's Tiancheng or Akagi as flagship, and another will have you, Enterprise, as flagship.

However, considering your current proficiency is not high, we still need more training and combat to raise proficiency before we can form the corresponding fleet.

Upon hearing those familiar names, many shipgirls showed expressions of understanding; each person is basically one of the top leaders or strongest powers in their faction, and indeed possesses the qualifications to become a flagship.

As Qin Ge continued his introduction and led the tour, the newly summoned shipgirls also gained a rough understanding of Qin Ge's fleet and their own position, after which Qin Ge led them back to the fleet's dormitory.

After all, the top priority is arranging their living quarters; especially since this batch of summoned shipgirls is relatively large, everyone needs to take action.

Originally Qin Ge also wanted to help, but all the shipgirls refused this request; according to their words, the commander is responsible for fleet command, and these matters don't yet fall to him, so Qin Ge could only return to his own room.

And in the room, he saw a familiar box.

This box was previously given to Qin Ge by Li Chenming, who said it was sent from Donghuang General Headquarters; because they were about to summon shipgirls, it had not been opened.

Now those shipgirls don't need Qin Ge's help, so he has time; thus Qin Ge wants to open it to see what exactly Yixian from Donghuang General Headquarters has sent him.

This box is very similar to a tech box, with button layouts almost the same, so Qin Ge opening it posed no difficulty.

Upon opening the box, the first thing that caught the eye was a letter; beneath the letter were many volumes similar to booklets, as well as crystal-element block-shaped items.

Qin Ge did not rush to examine those things, but instead picked up the letter.

On the letter it read, 'Qin Ge Commander, to be opened personally, Donghuang General Headquarters Yixian.'

Qin Ge smiled, then opened the letter.

'Qin Ge, seeing the report that upon arriving at Sun Moon Island you began advancing into level four sea zones to fight, my heart is especially relieved. Still, I hope you can proceed step by step and not be too impatient.

'You are an outstanding commander, so I know you will certainly have your own plans, but remember when thinking about these plans, you must also give due consideration to your own shipgirls.

'They are warriors at the same time as being some girls; they hope to receive human care, so be sure not to forget to communicate with them often.

'This time, the box I sent you contains the achievements you earned from battling the Sakura Empire; inside are ship drill data and cognitive units.

'Ship drill data can quickly raise your shipgirls' proficiency; I believe you are very much in need of this. There are eighteen volumes in total in the box, each faction provides two volumes, and this arrives every month.

'One volume of ship drill data can raise a shipgirl from initial proficiency to over thirty proficiency; generally, a novice shipgirl using ten volumes of this data can reach full proficiency.

'As for the cognitive units, I actually previously considered not giving them to you, because you can let the shipgirls undergo autonomous awakening.

'Shipgirls who undergo autonomous awakening are much stronger than those awakened by cognitive units, but after consideration, I will still give you some each month. You can accumulate them; if at some point a shipgirl truly cannot undergo autonomous awakening, you can also give her cognitive units to awaken. This likewise increases her combat power, but after such awakening, she can no longer undergo autonomous awakening.

'This scale is for you to grasp; finally, I hope you can become ever stronger, truly standing on equal footing with the nine major factions.

Qin Ge, upon reaching this point, carefully folded the letter.
