Chapter 615: Guardians Plan
Energy preparation is complete.
Coordinates have been confirmed.
Proceeding with aberrant singularity.
Linking coordinates, activating beacon point.
As several sounds faded, from the sea surface above the center of the Pacific Ocean came a strange electric sound.
Immediately after, the sky seemed to be torn open, revealing a large black crack. Beyond the black crack stood a tower-like building complex, flickering with strange points of light.
A massive column of light shot out from the top of the tallest tower-like building, shining onto a peculiar device on the sea surface.
At the instant the light column struck that device, the sky suddenly turned blood‑red, and the surrounding waves began to tremble.
That device gradually rose into the air, transforming into a strange black object hovering in midair, like a mysterious totem.
"It's done; the beacon has been erected, and we're just waiting for their response." The Observer looked at the black object in midair and smiled as he spoke.
"Tsk, this world is still too fragile; such power almost can't withstand it, but fortunately the beacon construction is complete." The Tester beside him, looking at the sky torn by the rift, said to the Observer.
"But after they arrive, do you think this world can withstand their power?"
The Observer lightly shook his head, "Since Ling made such a decision, there must be a corresponding countermeasure. For the Numbered World, the terminal's information is no less than ours, so we need not worry about these."
While the two were speaking, three figures flew over from different directions—namely the Purifiers, Cleansers, and Builders who had previously stabilized sea sectors and constructed the beacon singularity.
"Observer, the beacon has been activated. When will the people of the Primordial World arrive?" the Purifier asked the Observer.
"I'm not sure. After our side finishes building the beacon, they should have a response. As for when they'll come, it's not definite; it depends on their intentions." the Observer said.
"So all we can do now is wait here?" the Cleanser said, somewhat doubtful.
"That's right. Since the Judgment Plan has ended, our mission is over. Until a terminal mission is issued, all we can do is wait." the Observer replied.
After the Observer spoke, the Purifier felt somewhat dazed, "Our mission is already completed? Really feels unreal……"
"Heh, isn't this better? Solving the problem with minimal loss is our greatest fortune." the Observer smiled.
"But……"
"Just as the Purifier was about to speak, the Tester beside him suddenly narrowed his eyes and said, 'The beacon is active.'"
"What? The beacon is active now? Did they come this quickly?" the Purifier exclaimed in surprise.
"Interesting; it seems we all underestimated Commander Qin Ge. Right after the beacon was built, Ling and her crew rushed over without delay—behind this likely lies something we never imagined." the Observer said, looking at the beacon as its light grew stronger.
"Tester, how long will it take for them to arrive?" the Builder asked.
"According to the beacon's fluctuations, at most three days are needed." the Tester, looking at the beacon before him, said with some shock.
"That's fast." the Purifier exclaimed in surprise.
"Then let's just wait; three days will pass very quickly." the Observer said softly, looking at the beacon in the air.
"Hmm."
Just as the Observer said, three days seemed very short to them, and in the blink of an eye they passed.
During those three days, the beacon's emitted light grew increasingly intense, until suddenly it steadied.
"They're here!" Seeing the beacon's reaction, the Observer opened his eyes and spoke toward the front. The others also simultaneously looked toward the beacon, only to see a sheet of blue light suddenly flash beneath it.
The light didn't last long; it quickly dimmed, revealing dozens of figures.
The shapes of those dozens of figures were very distinct. At the forefront was a white‑haired figure sitting on a huge abnormal ship‑equipment, with a giant blue jelly‑like thing on her head. She held a doll, somewhat resembling a Constructor.
Behind that figure were two clearly distinct groups. One side wore exaggerated ship‑equipment and bore various forms, resembling the Observer and her companions.
The other side carried ship‑equipment identical to that of the warship girls, but their attire was extremely worn, as if they had endured countless battles.
"Tsk, the Arbitration Agency and Yujin appearing together—truly a once‑in‑a‑century sight." Seeing this scene, even the Observer couldn't help but sigh, then he said to the leading figure, "Ling, I never expected you to come this quickly."
Only then did the white‑haired girl seated on the jellyfish ship‑equipment gently open her eyes, look at the Observer and his companions, and softly say, "Thank you for your hard work, Experimental Agency. The Judgment Plan has been completed; next we still need to trouble you for a while to carry out the next plan."
"A new plan? Could it be that the Primordial World has encountered something again?" the Observer asked.
"The Primordial World is fine; it's currently recovering, and other research projects are proceeding as well." Ling said slowly, "As for the new plan, it concerns the affiliation of all Main World and Numbered World warship girls."
We, in pursuit of the future, have crossed various temporal and spatial singularities, leaving behind myriad possibilities in history, but relatively also leaving instability.
The new plan is to eliminate these instabilities, so that history returns to history, and the warship girls and Sirens will disappear from these histories.
"Isn't this elimination something we already have a contingency for? Why not execute the contingency?" the Observer wondered.
"That Sir thinks our contingency is too cruel; he intends to find a planet in the starry heavens that can sustain the warship girls, and transfer all warship girls and Sirens from every time point to that planet." Ling replied slowly.
"Tsk, what a grand plan. Are you here this time to transfer this world's warship girls?" the Tester beside him asked.
"No, transferring the warship girls will be done later. Because to move all warship girls to a new planet, we need someone who can command them, and that person is in your world; we have come for that reason." Ling said to the Observer and the others.
"Commander Qin Ge?" the Purifier reacted instantly.
"Yes, he is the Child of Heaven, just like that Sir, so letting him rule that planet would be perfect. Before that, he needs to undergo tempering to reach the stature of a true leader."
"This is our reason for coming, and also the plan you need to carry out next." Ling said to the several people.
"So what is the plan?" the Cleanser asked.
"The Guardians Plan!"
