Chapter 652: The Arrival of Qinglong

That is to say, the Sirens elite unit currently appearing on Donghuang's coast, which we have never seen before, is the Executor of the Arbitration Agency? It is equivalent to the enforcer of the Testers we have seen before.

After hearing Qin Ge's introduction, the Prince of Wales said somewhat incredulously.

"Yes." Qin Ge nodded to confirm.

"Just the Executor is this strong; how strong is the Arbiter then?" A Furore said in surprise.

Qin Ge said solemnly, "According to my estimate, a single Arbiter can easily destroy all forces in this world."

"Ah!"

"No way?"

Surprise and disbelief instantly overwhelmed everyone; aside from Qin Ge and those who already knew the situation like Belfast and Guanghui, everyone else was instantly dazed.

However, Qin Ge paid no attention to what they were thinking and directly dropped another bomb: "Furthermore, according to the information I have received, there is currently an Arbiter stationed on Donghuang's coast. She is merely observing for now and has not taken action."

"No, it should be considered that she has already taken action; those Executors are likely what she released."

"Huh?" Even the usually carefree Maryland couldn't help but open her mouth wide; obviously this information was hard for her to accept even for a moment.

"Isn't Donghuang then in imminent danger right now?" Mikasa asked urgently.

Qin Ge nodded and said, "In theory, that's correct, and without our intervention, the Commander Academy would likely be destroyed today. How long other defenses can hold is unknown, so Donghuang is likely already in imminent danger."

"This..." Yixian and the others were suddenly speechless.

At that moment, a voice came from the boarding hatch: "What Qin Ge said is correct; Donghuang is already in imminent danger."

Everyone turned to look, and the Prince of Wales said in surprise, "Qinglong?"

"Long time no see, Commander Qin Ge, and also, Prince of Wales, sorry I'm late. But seeing you all safe and sound is truly wonderful." Qinglong said to everyone.

"Long time no see, Director Qinglong." Qin Ge replied with a smile.

"Thanks to Qin Ge; if it weren't for him, we would likely have suffered heavy losses now." The Prince of Wales said to Qinglong.

"I know; yesterday Ninghai informed Commander Yixian of this news, and the route assigned to him was precisely for the Commander Academy here. After all, this place is the spark of Donghuang." Qinglong said to the Prince of Wales.

"Then why didn't you tell me earlier?" The Prince of Wales looked at Qinglong, speechless.

"This lets us know that Qin Ge is coming, but when he will arrive, how much combat power he will bring when he comes—all of this is unknown, so we cannot tell you uncertain information."

"Moreover, rather than hoping, it's better to fight with one's back to the river." Qinglong said to the Prince of Wales.

"Alright, you win." The Prince of Wales said helplessly, "But is the situation really as serious as you say?"

Qinglong nodded and said, "Yes, and it's much more serious. The reason I'm so late is that Commander Yixian was injured."

"Ah?" Everyone on board exclaimed in surprise.

"Is that unexpected?" Qinglong shook his head and said, "Commander Yixian is also a shipgirl; she merely stands at the top of all shipgirls now, but she is still a shipgirl."

"An elite Sirens of the heavy cruiser type damaged her equipment with a special barrage; although after emergency repairs she can continue fighting, she can only exert eighty percent of her original power."

"To recover her strength, she must undergo a period of recuperation, but the current situation simply does not allow her to do so."

"Executor!" Anshan said in a deep tone.

"Huh? Executor? Are you referring to the unknown Sirens elite unit that injured Yixian?" Qinglong wondered.

"Yes, Qin Ge just mentioned that newly appeared Sirens unit." The Prince of Wales said.

"Oh?" Qinglong looked toward Qin Ge.

Only saw Qin Ge nod and say, "Yes, and I also have a shipgirl who fell under the Executor's attack. You all know her; she is Biyu."

"When encountering a battleship Executor, she was struck by a charged laser, entering a damaged state that requires lengthy recuperation to fully recover."

"And the Executor is to the Arbiter as the enforcer is to the Testers; they are mass-produced elite units, so you can imagine the Arbiter's strength."

"Arbiter? A new Sirens?" Qinglong exclaimed in surprise.

Qin Ge nodded and said, "The Sirens we have encountered before, such as the Testers and Purifiers, belong to the Sirens' research institution; simply put, they are researchers mainly responsible for experiments and data collection."

"But the Arbiter belongs to the Sirens' Arbitration Agency; according to the information I have received, they are the Sirens' true combat personnel."

"What surprising news." Qinglong said with a shocked expression, "We've actually been competing against a few researchers all this time? And we're still at a disadvantage."

"More importantly," the Prince of Wales said to Qinglong, "there is an Arbiter near Donghuang's waters, because the Executors appearing in Donghuang are all released by her."

Qinglong's eyes widened, then he fell silent. But soon he raised his head to look at Qin Ge and said, "Qin Ge, immediately take the Prince of Wales and bring the Commander Academy's students, leave Donghuang."

"No, don't bring the students; you yourself must leave Donghuang immediately and not return before the war ceases."

The Prince of Wales instantly reacted, saying, "Indeed, Qinglong is right; Qin Ge, you must quickly leave this place, the farther the better. You are Donghuang's last hope, and possibly the last hope of the Nine Major Factions; hurry and leave this place."

Qin Ge couldn't help but exchange a helpless smile with Belfast and Guanghui, then said to Qinglong and the Prince of Wales, "Rest assured, both of you; since I have come all this way here, I certainly won't leave like this."

"Moreover, with the Nine Major Factions collapsed, where in this world is there still a safe place?"

"Furthermore, who says what we face now is a dead end? We have an opportunity, but it is so small that I cannot even tell you about it now."

"In short, I will not leave; not only me, but my shipgirls as well."

"What the commander said is correct; even if we are buried here, that is our destination as shipgirls. How could we abandon our comrades' lives without care?" Guanghui said with a smile.

"You..." the Prince of Wales wanted to say something, but did not continue.

"Alright, now is not the time to talk about this; Director Qinglong's arrival is perfect. Could you help us explain the current defense situation of Donghuang on the naval chart? We need a preparation and an entry point." Qin Ge said to Qinglong.

"If that is your choice, then there's no problem. However, I suggest we go to the Commander Academy immediately, because the Sirens have cut off communications, so your communicators cannot link with Donghuang's and must be replaced."

"Moreover, there are also supply matters; detailed diagrams are there, and my explanation will be clearer." Qinglong said.

"Alright, no problem!"
