He changed into a commander's uniform, and with Guanghui's help Qin Ge tidied his appearance to perfection, then took from the wardrobe a box containing the Oath Ring; amid Guanghui's smile, he left his room and went to the door of Banrenma's quarters.

Arriving outside Banrenma's door, Qin Ge took a deep breath, then through his pants pocket felt the box with the Oath Ring, with a determined gaze he reached out and lightly knocked on Banrenma's door.

As the knock sounded, a voice came from inside the room: "Just a moment."

Before the voice had finished, after just a few breaths the door opened, revealing Banrenma in light clothing.

Seeing Qin Ge standing outside her door, Banrenma was startled; evidently she had not expected that the one knocking was her own commander.

"Commander? Weren't you out with Tianlangxing this morning? When did you get back? Hurry and come in."

Banrenma, while asking, opened the door and invited Qin Ge inside.

Qin Ge shook his head: "I won't go in; I came just to ask if you have time now."

"I have time." Although she didn't know why her commander was so steady, since Qin Ge asked, even if she had something else she could delay it a bit.

"Well, that's great; I was just about to go out for a walk, but I feel a little lonely alone—if you don't mind, shall we go together?" Qin Ge smiled.

"By the way, I also bought some small gifts for the commander, but it looks like the commander has something going on now, so you can come to my room later to find me." Saint Louis smiled.
