The yellow button is the power button, which adjusts forward speed, with a maximum speed set at thirty-two knots. However, this button only accelerates, cannot decelerate. Control is divided into single-click and long-press, like a car: there are four gears total; a single click increases by one gear, with the fourth gear being the maximum thirty-two knots. A long press instantly jumps to the top gear, equivalent to holding the throttle in an automatic transmission.

The red button is the deceleration-stop button; it reduces forward speed, its principle similar to the power button but opposite. A single click reduces by one gear; a long press equals emergency braking, allowing a quick stop. However, it's advised not to use it at maximum speed, because such emergency braking tests balance the most and can easily cause a fall on the water surface.

Qin Ge looked at the controller with interest, saying, "So now we have start/stop and acceleration/deceleration—how do we control direction?"

"Direction control is like skiing—you need to adjust it yourself. That's why I chose the swimming pool for the first trial; if it were out at sea, the Commander might lose control, but here in the pool there's no such worry." Hai Lun Na said.
