Chapter 1420

~13 min read 2,449 words

The next night, Jimmy lost an ear.

There were no sharp objects in the prison, so Dog bit Jimmy's ear off alive, chewed it up, and spat it in front of him.

Jimmy wailed like crazy, but the prison guard didn't seem to want to provoke the Mexican gang, or rather, Amanda hinted that they didn't need to care about the life or death of this group of ordinary criminals. So, except for two sounds of knocking on the railing, Jimmy heard nothing.

The Bandaged Murderer sat on his bed and watched all this coldly, watching Jimmy collapse and wail, constantly cursing all the names he could think of, and then curled up stiffly in the corner, seeming to have become completely numb.

"This kid is very lucky." Dog said with his legs crossed on the bed: "He got familiar with a drug dealer on the border. As soon as he came in, he mixed into that group of drug dealers and got this good job of delivering goods in Zone A."

Dog spat on the ground and said: "His good luck has come to an end. The leader of those drug dealers, Golden Finger, specifically named you, and also gave him some good stuff, telling him to put it in your water. Damn waste!"

After finishing, Dog looked at the Bandaged Murderer again and said: "If this is your first time in prison, listen up. Whether you look like Bruce Wayne or not, or whether you are disfigured or not, now your reputation makes you have to find a backer. Otherwise, unless you can not eat or drink, sooner or later you will have to fall here."

"I have already fallen here." The Bandaged Murderer answered.

Dog narrowed his eyes and looked at him: "You don't intend to get out of prison, do you? You don't want to live?"

The Bandaged Murderer didn't say anything, turned around, and continued to sleep. Dog cursed fiercely twice, but didn't say anything more.

There is a type of person in prison who is the most difficult to deal with, and that is someone who has no worries and doesn't even want their life. They are like time bombs. If they explode in front of you, you are very likely to have your sentence increased because of it.

Although people in this prison have a hard time getting out even without an increased sentence, at least they want to survive in this prison. Fighting for your life with someone who is determined to die is obviously against the survival principle.

Early the next morning, when the prisoners went to wash up, the Bandaged Murderer walked to Jimmy's side. Jimmy stared at him angrily, as if he couldn't believe why the Bandaged Murderer would come to find him again.

"Do you have an extra toothbrush?" The Bandaged Murderer asked.

"You damn devil!" Jimmy cursed in slang.

"Compared to Dog, you hate me more?" The Bandaged Murderer's tone contained some curiosity, but it wasn't heavy, it was very light. He turned his head and looked at Jimmy with one eye and said: "Even if you know that standing from my perspective, not provoking Dog is correct, and not saving you is a matter of course, you are still angry."

"I lost an ear. You don't know how painful that is!" Jimmy gritted his teeth and said.

The Bandaged Murderer said while washing his toothbrush cup: "I know, of course I know."

Jimmy was choked. He looked at the wound vaguely revealed under the bandages. He swallowed his saliva and said: "At that time, you could..."

"I couldn't. I couldn't even save myself."

"But you and Amanda..."

"I couldn't contact her under those circumstances."

Jimmy squeezed his toothbrush hard and said: "Then why did you come to find me? To comfort me? To satisfy your guilt for not saving me?"

"I don't have that kind of thing."

Jimmy felt a chill on his back again. The person in front of him was different from him. He killed for a living, while this freak with a face full of cloth strips was likely purely to satisfy his bloodthirsty desire.

"Then why did you come to find me?"

"I asked you, do you have an extra toothbrush?"

Jimmy's gaze fell on the toothbrush in the Bandaged Murderer's hand. He couldn't help but ask in surprise: "Don't you have one yourself? Unless the toothbrush is lost, they won't give you another one."

The Bandaged Murderer didn't answer this question, but said while squeezing toothpaste: "Do you know? As long as it's a columnar object with a diameter smaller than the eye socket and a length similar to a toothbrush, it can reach the brain through the hole in the eye socket of the skull."

Jimmy opened his mouth in horror. He almost screamed. He stared at the Bandaged Murderer and said: "You want to kill..."

"Do you have an extra toothbrush or not?" The Bandaged Murderer seemed impatient. He said: "I can't lose a toothbrush less than a week after coming here; I will be suspected. If you still want to find me to do things, then find a way to hide one, and then hand it to me... Dog won't make things difficult for you for too long."

Jimmy's hands were already trembling so much that he couldn't hold the toothbrush cup. His chest kept heaving until everyone finished washing and returned to the cell. He was still trembling.

Jimmy seemed to have sunk into a train of thought, so much so that he didn't react the first time when Dog called him. Dog seemed to see this as a kind of resistance, and he absolutely didn't allow anyone in this room to resist him. He grabbed Jimmy's neck directly and slammed his head against the bed frame of the upper bunk.

Immediately, Jimmy was bleeding from his head. When he fell to the ground, Dog stepped on his back and said: "You really think you can give me a look just because you know that group of drug dealers? Damn it!"

After finishing, he lifted Jimmy from the ground again, and punched him in the face like a sandbag. With a "pop", Jimmy's nasal bridge was broken. He tilted backward against the wall. Dog kicked him again, and his ankle instantly swelled up.

Jimmy cried and screamed. The prison guard finally couldn't take it anymore. He walked over and knocked on the guardrail hard and said: "Stop making trouble!"

After a while, the medical staff took Jimmy away. But when Jimmy came back, there was no change. Clearly, the infirmary here only handled bleeding. For injuries like soft tissue fractures and bruises that required certain skills to handle, they didn't have the patience to deal with them. And Dog was obviously very clear about this point.

When Jimmy came back, Dog was cracking his knuckles at the Bandaged Murderer. Beating Jimmy didn't allow him to fully vent his violent emotions. And the Bandaged Murderer just made a defensive posture, his muscles tense, staring at him coldly, seeming ready to give him a fatal blow at any time.

Just when the two were on the verge of breaking out, Jimmy came back. Dog immediately gave up the move to attack the Bandaged Murderer, and instead continued to toss Jimmy around.

This wasn't Dog's first time in prison, so he could clearly distinguish who was a soft persimmon. The Bandaged Murderer wasn't particularly burly and should still be a young man. But from his muscle traces, it could be seen that he had been trained for a long time, and his defensive posture was also very professional. Although Dog had an advantage in body shape and height, it was easy to get injured if they really fought.

Conversely, Jimmy's body shape was much smaller than the Bandaged Murderer's, and he had no muscles at all, completely an ordinary person. If it weren't for the fact that he was familiar with drug dealers and could get some contraband, Dog would have already taken action against him.

But now, since he had already taken action, there was no need to show mercy. In prison, if you show mercy, it will make the other party look down on you. As a frequent visitor to the prison, Dog knew very well how to torture an opponent and then deter more opponents.

The next day, when Jimmy, limping with a broken nasal bridge and two missing teeth, appeared in the cafeteria, the eyes of everyone looking at Dog were even more fearful.

And Jimmy just sat in the corner of the cafeteria, wolfing down his food, trembling every time someone walked past him.

When the Bandaged Murderer sat over, Jimmy trembled even more violently. The Bandaged Murderer asked him: "Did you get me a toothbrush?"

"No, no, I didn't dare." Jimmy didn't dare to look at him and turned his eyes to the side. But after a while, he still looked at the Bandaged Murderer and said: "Will you really kill Dog? At most, the ankle shackle will discharge electricity in two seconds..."

The Bandaged Murderer seemed impatient. He said quickly: "It's indeed very difficult for you idiots. Letting you kill someone is like taking your life. You have to find a sharpened weapon."

"You don't understand at all. The human body is as fragile as a thin piece of porcelain. Facing him, grab the brush head of the toothbrush, stab it hard into the eye socket from bottom to top, and then twist it. Does this need two seconds? You damn idiots, brainless bugs..."

Jimmy stared in horror at the Bandaged Murderer who seemed to be having a seizure, listening to him mutter words like "burning" and "disemboweling" in an extremely fast tone.

Jimmy finally couldn't suppress his fear, carried his tray, and fled the Bandaged Murderer's table quickly.

He killed just to make money, and clearly, there was another group of lunatics who understood it as art, as simple as eating and drinking.

Jimmy couldn't eat, returned to the cell early, sat by his bed, looked at the fragments of the ear still stuck to the bed sheet, and the wound that was throbbing with pain. He reached toward his waist and pulled out a hidden toothbrush from the inside of his belt.

His hand gripped the brush head tightly. The muscles of his arm were tense and twitching like an epileptic seizure. He gritted his teeth, let the airflow in and out from the gaps in his teeth, and cut the cursing words into pieces.

Suddenly, he seemed to wake up, hid the toothbrush back in his waist in a panic. With a "clatter", the door opened. Dog and his follower walked in swaggeringly again.

But what was unexpected was that the Bandaged Murderer followed closely behind them. Dog's attitude toward the Bandaged Murderer seemed to have changed suddenly. He twitched the corners of his mouth, showing a smile that was even considered gentle, and said.

"I didn't expect you to be able to persuade that group of freaks to stand on our side. That group of black guys is annoying enough, but that group of Aryan idiots is even more damn bastards. Now they don't dare to speak loudly."

Jimmy widened his eyes. From Dog's few short sentences, he heard that it seemed the Bandaged Murderer had persuaded the neutral forces in the prison, that is, that group of strange serial murderers, to stand on the side of the Border gang to deal with that group of racists together.

Jimmy certainly couldn't be happy about their turning swords into plowshares. On the contrary, he was even more terrified. If the other three people in the whole cell stood on the same front, he would become the only punching bag.

Dog didn't have to worry about the Bandaged Murderer sneaking up on him, so he abused Jimmy even more unscrupulously. Jimmy began to tremble all over, but couldn't reverse the fate of being lifted by Dog again.

Dog threw him on the ground. The action was not as rough as before. Jimmy still held a glimmer of hope. Then he saw Dog start to take off his pants.

Dog tilted his head at the Bandaged Murderer and said: "How about it, join in?"

The Bandaged Murderer still watched all this coldly, without moving or answering. But Dog seemed to be just being polite, turned his head, and pounced directly on Jimmy.

Jimmy screamed in horror, but didn't hear any sound of the prison guard standing up at all. Dog bit Jimmy's nose directly. The entire nasal cartilage on the tip of his nose was bitten off.

Pain, fear, anger, all emotions intertwined together. The blood flow began to accelerate constantly.

Jimmy saw the hazy halo of the ceiling light. It turned into the Bandaged Murderer's red-glowing one eye for a while, and then into the cochlea on his ear for a while.

Blood flowed out from every orifice. Jimmy's breathing frequency became faster and faster. His pupils dilated. A heat surged from his chest.

Just as Dog started to pull down his pants, he grabbed the toothbrush at his waist, gripped the brush head tightly, and stabbed it hard toward the eye socket from bottom to top.

Jimmy didn't even have time to complete the twisting action before Dog let out a terrible scream and crawled off him staggeringly. Jimmy used all his strength to push him toward the wall. The toothbrush hit the corner of the wall and inserted deeper.

Saliva flowed from the corner of Dog's mouth. The toothbrush destroyed a part of his brain, making him smile involuntarily. Jimmy exerted his strength, pounced on him, grabbed the toothbrush, stabbed it again, and then started stirring like crazy.

Not long after, Dog opened his arms, leaned against the corner of the wall, and fell down. Jimmy trembled all over, and felt infinite power surging from his heart again.

In his field of vision, one after another colorful vortexes kept overlapping and collapsing. The intense euphoria made him hit the wall without knowing it, constantly hitting the wall with his head and starting to vomit.

The Bandaged Murderer stood up slowly. Under the terrified gaze of Dog's follower, he put an empty paper bag that still had a little medicine powder stuck to it back into Jimmy's upper pocket scattered on the ground.

When the prison guard rushed in, the Bandaged Murderer just sat on his bed, watching the chaotic flow of people calmly.

Facing the prison guard's inquiry, he just said in the same calm tone.

"Jimmy got high and killed Dog."

Here it comes, here it comes.
