Chapter 509: Schiller's Death (Part 1)
On the border between Germany and Austria, not far from the town, it was still drizzling. The degree of rain was not enough to wash away the smell of blood in the air. This smell reminded Stark of the days when he was kidnapped to Afghanistan.
On his first day there, those terrorists cut off a person's head. The scene of blood flowing like a river was the same as it was now.
And for Steve, the smell of blood was commonplace. Therefore, he was the first to react from that stunned state. He raised his shield, looked at Schiller, and asked incredulously, seeing the strange indifferent emotion in his eyes: "Who on earth are you?"
Schiller, who retracted the umbrella knife full of blood, did not answer. The sound of mechanical parts rubbing sounded. The faceplate of the iron battle suit rose. Stark stared at Schiller with his eyes and asked: "Are you his other personality? Or rather..."
Steve wanted to walk up, but Stark stretched out his arm to stop him. Schiller did not look at Baron Baron Zemo's corpse lying on the ground. The blood was washed away by the rain, flowing past Schiller's feet along the gullies on the ground, but he just turned around and looked at the Egyptian gods who were confronting each other.
Schiller's sudden act of killing also attracted the attention of these people. Their eyes flashed with light of various colors, staring at here, like ghost shadows floating in the dark rainy night.
Losing the sunny weather background of Egypt, this group of gods no longer looked so glorious. One of the leading women opened her mouth and said:
"Khonshu, it seems Ammit was right. You have fallen to be with these sinners!"
Another man's voice was even angrier. He said: "You gave such murderers power and let them create slaughter. Khonshu, you are crazy!"
"Stop talking!" Khonshu opened his mouth through Marc's mouth: "I don't want to argue about anything. I will only do my best to ensure that Ammit will not harm the world..."
"But you are harming the world!"
A black-haired woman walked out. Micro-winds always circled around her, blowing the rain lines into several small storms. Those storms were extremely unstable, showing her angry mood. She said:
"Khonshu, you are one of the three pillar gods of Thebes, as ancient as we are. You shouldn't bring your grudge with Ammit into the human world, and you shouldn't instruct your believers to kill!"
"You should have known long ago that this group of villains has no credibility at all. They only have greed for power. You are destroying the foundation of the gods!" ===== CHAPTER 510 =====
