Chapter 1728

Yang Yingjie glared at his daughter, snorted, and followed them out the door.

Sun Xiaohui sighed helplessly, and then the group came to the model room on the sixth floor.

This was a Chinese-style decoration, but compared to traditional decoration, the overall colors were much brighter, making people feel very comfortable being in it.

Sun Ming wandered back and forth, his excitement never slowing down: "This one also looks good."

Wang Juan also nodded, touching the shoe cabinet for a while, then touching the wardrobe, her eyes always carrying a glow.

"I also like this decoration."

Sun Xiaohui also walked around; this new Chinese-style decoration style still made her eyes light up.

But she still liked the modern-style decoration downstairs; it was truly every detail that hit her aesthetic point.

Yang Yingjie walked around inside and out; for her, who was traditional, she was still quite satisfied with this Chinese-style decoration.

"This kind of decoration is not bad; you can consider it."

After being warned by her daughter, Yang Yingjie did indeed restrain herself, only letting the young couple consider it, not daring to say it was a must.

Immediately after, they came to the seventh floor, which was European-style decoration; the overall color matching was a bit brighter than the Chinese style.

"This style of decoration also looks very good."

Wang Juan really didn't know which decoration style to choose.

No matter which one it was, it overturned her cognition.

Before the year, she went to Panhe to attend her cousin's wedding. The new house decoration cost over seven thousand, which was said to be the very popular European style in the south, looking very luxurious.

Moreover, the furniture was all the latest popular styles. At that time, she was so envious, thinking that when she got married, she would also decorate like that.

But now she wasn't envious of her cousin's wedding house decoration at all. Compared to the decoration of the model room here, it was simply ugly to the extreme.

Sun Xiaohui also walked around, and then stood in front of the large floor-to-ceiling windows again.

She liked these floor-to-ceiling windows too much. This was the seventh floor; if it were on a higher floor, the view would be even more open.

Looking at the scenery outside, she truly admired her old classmate in her heart.

Currently, all residential buildings had no design to speak of, and the layout and space utilization were very poor.

And they were all big bedrooms and small living rooms. High windowsills, cramped spaces, and extremely poor light transmission.

Before, she didn't feel anything because it was all like that. But after seeing it here and thinking about her own home, she felt that sense of oppression.

"Officer Sun, these three model rooms are all 92-square-meter layouts." Dong Chang said with a smile: "In addition, there are two-bedroom 68-square-meter small layouts, as well as four-bedroom 138-square-meter large layouts.

The small layout model room is in Building Nine, Unit Three, and the large layout model room is in Building Eight, Unit Six. We can go take a look now."

"No need." Sun Xiaohui said: "We'll just buy the 92-square-meter one. How many are left, and on which floors?"

Dong Chang said: "There are twenty-one 92-square-meter ones left, on floors 24, 23, 22, 18, 17, and everything below 9."

Sun Ming said: "Didn't you just say the highest is the 25th floor?"

Dong Chang said: "The 25th floor is the 138-square-meter large layout."

At this moment, the sound of a key opening the door came from outside, and it was immediately opened.

A girl in professional attire walked in, about twenty-two or twenty-three years old.

Behind her followed several people wearing distillery work uniforms.

The girl didn't expect anyone to be inside and was stunned for a moment. Seeing it was Dong Chang, she smiled and greeted him.

"Manager Dong, you're bringing clients yourself."

"It's Xiao Wu." Dong Chang also smiled: "Just right, my clients are also preparing to find your 365 Decoration."

"Is that so?" Xiao Wu looked at Sun Xiaohui's family.

Dong Chang introduced: "This Officer Sun is our chairman's classmate and must be very familiar with your boss. Since you're here, why don't you introduce it."

Then, Dong Chang said to Sun Xiaohui: "This Xiao Wu, don't look at her young age, she is a gold-medal designer at 365 Home Furnishings. Many of the ones currently being decorated were designed by her."

"Hello, Officer Sun."

Xiao Wu didn't expect that this person was the classmate of the boss's big brother. While being polite, she also expressed a sense of closeness.

"What size layout are you buying, and what style do you like?"

"I like the modern style." Sun Xiaohui looked at Wang Juan: "Xiao Juan, what style of decoration do you like?"

"I like them all." Wang Juan laughed: "I really don't know how to choose. However, before the year, I went to Panhe to attend my cousin's wedding. Her house was decorated in a European style, which is very similar to this European style."

Xiao Wu said with a smile: "Currently, dark colors are generally the main focus, and combination sofas and combination cabinets are still the mainstream. Those with conditions at home will also paint green or blue wall skirts and lay soft board glue on the floor.

But just starting last year, many wealthy people moved the so-called beauty they saw on TV, in hotels, and guesthouses back home. Things like hotel style, extravagant style, and European style began to become popular.

Today, you have a comparison. Do you feel there is a gap between your cousin's European style and our 365 design?"

"Yes!" Wang Juan nodded: "Although the decoration style is similar, after visiting the model room, I only then felt that my cousin's house decoration was too ugly."

Speaking of this, Wang Juan smiled: "At first, when I saw my cousin's house decoration, I was very envious and really felt it was very beautiful."

"Right!" Xiao Wu said: "And you know, design is not immutable. This model room is in light colors; if you like dark colors, that's also possible.

In addition, sofas, cabinets, wardrobes, shoe cabinets, etc., can all be designed and customized according to the style you like. There are also lighting fixtures, which we will also customize at our city's lighting factory after we finish the design."

Wang Juan was still hesitant. Xiao Wu continued: "Let's put it this way, the modern style is mainly based on practical functionalism, also known as functionalist style. Texture and simplicity are the main themes of home design.

No excessive decoration, everything starts from function, mainly practical, paying attention to moderate modeling proportions, smooth lines, and visual effects that are simple and generous without losing personality.

As for the new Chinese style, the works designed by our 365 furniture design director are based on the Chinese style with modern design added.

Cleverly combining modern elements with traditional elements, it creates a home experience full of traditional charm according to the aesthetic needs of modern people. The materials are mainly wood, the modeling pays attention to symmetry, and the colors pay attention to contrast.

As for the European style, the style is based on romanticism in form. The entire style is luxurious, rich, noble, and elegant, and also pays attention to overall harmony, without losing comfort and romance.

Another point is that the European style has certain requirements for space size. Using the European style in a small layout cannot reflect the momentum and effect of the European style, and it will also make people feel a sense of oppression.

Therefore, how to decorate and what style to choose depends on how big a house you buy. If you buy a 68-square-meter small layout, the modern style is more suitable."

Wang Juan was still indecisive and looked at Sun Xiaohui: "Big sister, shall we go back and discuss it?"
