Chapter 548: Cleanup Plan

Li Yue nodded in satisfaction; the Witch Wang Hou Carol at the peak of the Legendary stage, just like the Holy Angel Angel, could rival a powerhouse at the mid-stage of the Saint Domain.

However, the difference was that the Witch Wang Hou Carol had not gained any new special skills, but this was all within Li Yue's budget.

Leader creatures only acquire relatively powerful skills when breaking through major realms; breakthroughs within minor realms merely make their original skills more potent.

Indeed, with this single breakthrough, within the Witch Wang Hou Carol's talents,

the spellcasting speed of the witch troops under her command directly increased by a staggering factor of two, reaching forty percent!

As a wizard, Li Yue naturally knew what this forty percent improvement represented.

And the amplification of the other mental attribute also doubled, reaching forty percent!

What made Li Yue even more delighted was that with this breakthrough, the Witch Wang Hou Carol's elemental affinity directly increased by three points.

This single item directly raised the combat power of the entire witch troop formation by more than thirty percent.

With the Witch Wang Hou Carol's buff, combined with his own Lord bonus, the nine witches and the warlock Serxi, who had just become early Legendary, saw their strength directly rise to the Late Legendary Stage.

They could even contend with some weaker creatures at the peak of the Legendary stage.

Raising the Witch Wang Hou Carol to the peak of the Legendary stage took a full ten days.

Compared to before, it was a full four times faster.

Thinking of this, Li Yue could not help but feel secretly pleased; fortunately, he had upgraded the territory level first, otherwise, who knows how long it would have taken to raise the Witch Wang Hou Carol to the peak of the Legendary stage.

Afterwards, Li Yue spent another 29,491,200 energy points to synthesize nine witches at the peak of the Shi Shi stage to supplement the witch ranks.

After this round of synthesis, the original 340,000,000 energy points were reduced to only 583,000.

The biggest expense was the Holy Angel Angel; she alone consumed nearly one "small goal" (one hundred million) in energy.

The combined upgrades for the Elf Wang Hou Sherry and the Witch Wang Hou Carol cost just a little over two "small goals".

The Elf Wang Hou Sherry's promotion to the early Legendary stage added ten squads to the Moon Elf Archer Legion, bringing ten Shi Shi Moon Elf Archers and numerous Diamond and Gold-level Moon Elf Archers, doubling the mid-to-high-end strength of Lord Chenxi's domain.

The Witch Wang Hou Carol's promotion to the peak of the Legendary stage added nine early Legendary witches and nine Shi Shi peak witches to the Witch Legion, raising the high-end combat power of Lord Chenxi's domain to a new height.
