Chapter 697: The Light Faction's Power Surges!

The boundless darkness was gone, and Fordelay, who had originally stood high in the air radiating purple light, was nowhere to be seen.

The Night Elf Nasir hurriedly looked down toward where Fordelay had originally been, and saw Fordelay lying in a pool of blood, dead beyond any doubt.

His hair stood on end; he dared not think further, and with wind springing beneath his feet, he suddenly fled toward the rear.

At that moment, a voice like a divine sound rang out:

"No need to flee. My Lord Chenxi's domain does not strike those who have lent a hand!"

As the words fell, the Night Elf Nasir instantly felt pinned by a terrifying presence.

The scene of Fordelay lying in the pool of blood surfaced again in his mind, and he immediately stopped channeling energy beneath his feet, standing quietly in the air.

Slowly turning his head, he at last saw the man radiating brilliant radiance, standing atop the head of an enormous Dark Dragon.

A name instantly surfaced in his mind—a name he had heard countless times.

'Lord Chenxi!'

Startled in his heart, he hurriedly saluted and said:

"Night Elf Nasir, pays respects to Lord Chenxi, my lord."

Li Yue slowly raised his hand, and Fordelay's storage ring slowly flew toward the Night Elf Nasir.

"No need for such ceremony. Consider this storage ring a reward for your having stepped in to protect the subordinate forces of my Lord Chenxi's domain."
