Chapter 1078: Ksitigarbha Becomes Buddha

The corpse of a Legend mage lay on the ground.

The Shadow Master, or rather "Namo Void Treasury Dharma Buddha," toyed with the God-Slaying Dagger in his hand, revealing a faint smile: "Next... where should I go?"

As the master of the Shadow Plane, combining Shadow Jump with the teleportation ability of "Shadow" itself, he is now the Greater Divine Power with the strongest mobility!

He can instantly appear in the Material Plane, the Astral Plane, the Abyss, or even the Gods Battlefield!

He looked toward the direction of the Far North Wasteland: "A new War God? I choose you..."

However, the next moment, he seemed to hear some sound.

"Abyss... Lord of the Nine Hells!"

"Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is actually almost beaten to death?"

"Sure enough, that Lord of Hell had hidden much of his strength before!"

The Lord of the Nine Hells is, after all, only a Greater Divine Power!

And he is being besieged by "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva" and "Vipasyin Buddha," and was also ambushed by "Namo Void Treasury Dharma Buddha"!

Almost instantly, he was heavily wounded!

【You have obtained Godhood Ability:...】

And at the very moment the Lord of the Nine Hells died, Aaron had already accumulated enough War Primordial Force, not only successfully ascending to godhood but also raising his Godhood!

"Shadow Lockdown!"

Aaron closed his eyes slightly, able to perceive the passage of time.

The Chaos Abyss Will was ecstatic!

Clearly, Aaron did not meet the standards.

【Your level has increased!】

This avatar split off by a Greater Divine Power would originally have been difficult to become a Greater Divine Power!

But this time it is different!

Before long, the Nine Hells will completely disappear, turning into nine layers within the Endless Abyss.

【Divine Value +100!】

"But... time, is it?"

His feet are flat and full, manifesting the thousand-blessed wheel...

Even though they are the most orderly army, after losing their leader, they inevitably fell into chaos.

Aaron muttered a self-deprecating remark.

If he just teleported over, he could destroy the god-ascension Ritual and make Aaron's scheme fail completely!

This Instinct was also making him hesitate, delaying his decision.

——After all, he is just a Greater Divine Power created by temporary cramming; one cannot expect too much!

His voice was terrified, as if he had seen some great object of horror!

"Moo! Vipasyin Buddha... why do you not quickly reveal your true form?"

【Godhood Ability — Comprehend Languages and Scripts, Immunity to spells below 3rd circle, Change Shape, Control Life and Death, Change Reality, Create Large Objects, Create Life, Divine Power Shockwave, Divine Power Initiative, Divine Power Shield, True Damage, Plane Travel, Divine Immunity (Poison, Fire, Paralysis, Sleep, Polymorph...)】

【You have obtained Sun Divinity!】

【You have obtained class skill: Control Time (Epic)】

【Special Specialty: Bodhicitta, Supreme Perfect Enlightenment (Legendary), Mastery of All Dharmas (Epic)】

Well, the reason he ascended so slowly was entirely to collect more War Primordial Force and ascend to Greater Divine Power in one go!

And at this moment, Aaron gave a light shout and began a fierce upgrade!

His divine body was as if cast from gold, standing tall between heaven and earth, and he began to rapidly consume War Primordial Force to raise his Godhood Rank.

【Health Points: 5000/5000】

【Divine Value +150!】

"Shadow" can also divine, representing the authority of "Small Miracle"!

"Father of Oaks" murmured in his heart.

Aaron sighed and looked toward the Abyss.

——Great Vow (Completed)!!!

He is the Lord of the Nine Hells, but he has already been heavily wounded! One of the devil horns on his head is even broken, making him appear very Weakness.

But within the Abyss, the situation changed instantly!

This is also the credit of "Silent Venerable Secret Lord Buddha"!

【Divine Value: 400 (Strong Divinity) (All Attributes +8)】

Above the Gods Battlefield, even if "Vipasyin Buddha" left, there were still five great Buddhas.

If "Vairocana" were still here, he would surely be able to see through the fog and make the correct choice.

【You have obtained Legendary Specialty: War Intuition, Divine Flame】

"Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva" pressed his palms together: "Hell is destroyed, Ksitigarbha becomes Buddha!"

Among the Secret Teachings deities, "Vipasyin Buddha," who was entangled with the Master of Earth, instantly disappeared and returned to the Underworld.

At the time of his ascension, "Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva" also began his ascension.

"It is Secret!"

He sensed the cheers of the Abyss, and this represented the strengthening of "Vairocana's" power.

Within the attribute panel, dense data cascaded down like a waterfall, constantly refreshing the screen:

【Godhood Value: 17】

A terrifying war!

A terrifying Buddha of immense size appeared, with numerous corpses and souls moving in and out of his body!

Although he did not like that Lord of Hell, once the other party fell, the situation would develop in a direction extremely unfavorable to the gods of the Crystal Wall System!

"Your Majesty Ao... is this also within your plan?"

However, his feats and skills were quite formidable, so when truly fighting, ordinary 【Medium Divine Power】 entities were not enough to contend with him.

【Personal Feats: Scholar, Cold Resistance, Mobile Spellcasting, Spell Penetration, Intuitive Evasion, Stealth, Extraordinary Charisma, Extraordinary Intelligence, Extraordinary Strength, Extraordinary Agility, Extraordinary Perception, Extraordinary Constitution】

The Far North Wasteland.

The demons continued to act chaotically, as if the Abyss originally had so many layers that losing one was no big deal.

【Class Feats: Jack-of-all-trades, Endurance, Sense Time】

The devil armies screamed and collapsed.

【Alignment: Lawful Evil】

Even if manifested as a Buddha, the essence remained the same; both were the controllers of the 'Underworld'!

Even against a 【Greater Divine Power】, he could fight to a draw!

However, 'Namo Akasagarbha Dharma Buddha' was still hesitating.

And at this moment, abilities like divination unexpectedly failed.

Countless pitch-black liquids boiled, attempting to shrink back into Hell.

After all, he was not a true professional.

【You have gained 18 free attribute points! 400 skill points!】

A golden body appearance, with seven places full and rounded...

A war where 【Greater Divine Power】 entities died one after another!

The Abyss roared and surged... infinite chaotic power began to pour into Hell.

After countless years of Blood War, the demons could not wipe out the devils.

The entanglement with five 【Greater Divine Power】 entities could be called a draw.

Just at this moment, a sudden anomaly occurred within the Gods Battlefield!

Even the gods who were in the midst of intense combat paused one after another: "Two at the same time? War and Death? Truly incredible!"

The 'Great Black Heaven' opposite him had fallen into a state of frenzied combat, even faintly suppressing him.

'Namo Akasagarbha Dharma Buddha' was shrouded in shadows, attempting Shadow Jump or Shadow Shuttle, but both failed!

Subsequently, he saw a figure arriving from the Material Plane: "Lord of War? No... you are... you are..."

'Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva' held the Spirit Bone Prayer Beads in his left hand and a Vajra Pestle in his right, smashing it fiercely onto the head of this aged devil!

Bang!

After a loud sound that seemed to shake the Abyss and Hell, the remaining Eight Layers of Hell instantly crumbled and collapsed.

Immediately, his attribute panel underwent earth-shaking changes:

【Name: Aaron】

Sanskrit sounds appeared, causing the listener to feel peace and joy...

【Class Skills: Inspiring Score, Courage Score, Weakening Score, Rhythmic Sound, Wind Chord, Fire Chord, Secret Mantra, Fear Song, Hell Psalm (Legend), Diamond Palm, Body Protection Palm, Crushing Palm, Flame Fist, Cold Ice Fist, Lightning Fist, Penetrating Force (Legend), Control Time (Epic)!】

【Divine Power Value: 170】

Aaron formed seals with both hands, chanting the Secret Mantra in his mouth.

Why did he feel that 'Hell-Not-Empty-Achievement Buddha' was subtly different from 'Vapasyin Buddha'!

The previous Nine Hells Lord, in order to kill 'Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva', had already come to the Abyss, leaving his home field!

The current situation was unfavorable to the extreme for him!

These were the characteristic 'Thirty-two Marks' and 'Eighty Auspicious Features' unique to a Buddha.

This was absolutely the best nourishment for the 'War' Divine Duty!

【Attributes: Strength 30, Agility 27, Constitution 30, Intelligence 31, Perception 25, Charisma 29】

The massive golden body of Vapasyin Buddha trembled, chunks of flesh rotting and falling off... leaving only a humanoid skeleton, holding a Kapala Bowl, wearing a Five Skull Crown, standing upon a Lotus Sun and Moon Wheel Cushion.

When Aaron went to the Pantheon, he deliberately concealed his appearance.

【Absorbing War Original Force... You have gained War Divinity!】

【You have promoted to 'Strong Divinity', all attributes +8!】

It was a very reasonable development that the 'Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva' he had slashed out was about to fall, and 'Vapasyin Buddha' had come to rescue him!

Seeing this, 'Namo Akasagarbha Dharma Buddha' no longer hesitated, using the Shadow Plane to jump directly behind the Nine Hells Lord, striking with a god-slaying dagger!

——Shadow Jump!

——Backstab!

"The Ancient Sun God actually wanted to dabble in the time domain, and even condense the Time Divine Duty? No wonder he fell..."

Within the Abyss, the Secret Mantra echoed everywhere.

Aaron let out a satisfied sigh; his divine body expanded subconsciously, simply because he was stuffed.

An old devil emerged.

【Divine Duty: Gimo, Story, War, Sun, Law】

【Divine Rank increased!】

【The Deification Ritual is successful!】

"Hmm..."

——Time Domain!

This is a realm that the gods of the Crystal Wall System cannot currently reach!

In ancient times, the ancient Sun God once briefly touched upon this domain; light and time, after all, have some similarities!

Therefore, being able to obtain information regarding time can be considered an unexpected joy!

"Truly marvelous... The laws of time in the Crystal Wall System seem somewhat different from the rules of the Spirit World from before..."

【You have advanced to 'Medium Divinity', all Divine Attributes +4!】

【You have obtained partial information on an Epic class; you can change your class to 'Lord of War' or 'Lord of Sun'!】

War!

"With these six-dimensional Divine Attributes, I am likely the weakest 【Greater Divine Power】..."

【Race: Human】

And in this battle, finally... the Nine Hells Lord died, and the Nine Hells collapsed...

【Legendary Specialty: Spell Quicken, Chant Speed Increase, Chant Range Increase, Order Strike, Transcendent Sanctity, Immunity to Charm, War Intuition, Divine Flame】

Within a layer of the Abyss that was hidden.

"Amitabha!"

Yet they did not know what exactly the other party was hiding.

Therefore, the 'Shadow Master' only knew that he was the 'God of Gimo and Storytelling', and was still plotting to advance to the God of War.

【Absorb Natural Divinity!】

【Domain: Light, Order, War】

That Buddha, who stood tall and seemed to contain countless dead within his body, suddenly shone with great light, absorbing the countless pitch-black liquid into his golden body.

His mind was incomparably calm, and he completed the stat allocation in an instant.

The side of the Crystal Wall System gods could no longer spare any more manpower!

Suddenly, at this moment, two powerful Divine Power fluctuations boomed across the entire Crystal Wall System!

"This is... advancing to 【Greater Divine Power】?"

The Nine Hells is His Divine Kingdom!

But it was already too late.

At this moment, 'Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva' finally completed his merit, advancing to become the 'Hell Unemptied Achievement Buddha'!

'Namo Akasagarbha Dharma Buddha' nodded slightly, but at the same time noticed something, his expression changing slightly.

【Personal Skill: Accordion 99, Recorder 100, Harp 150, Wilderness Survival 87, Magic Potions 68, Alchemy 34, Stealing 88, Medicine 55, Singing 105, Scribing 88, Storytelling 621, Craft Magic Items 530】

The surging Chaos Primordial Force poured continuously into the body of 'Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva', making Him an existence like a 'Son of the Abyss'.

【You choose to take the class 'Lord of Sun', you gain 5 class levels!】

【You gain 5 free Divine Attribute points! 100 skill points!】

Upon one of His palms, He held up a kingdom!

At this time, He flipped His palm and pressed down, striking toward the Nine Hells Lord.

"Hell is destroyed, Ksitigarbha becomes Buddha!"

Dim light shrouded this layer of the Abyss, and not a shred of information could leak out anymore.

And under the infusion of the Abyss's Chaos Primordial Force, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's golden body was also constantly expanding, and various peculiarities emerged upon the sixteen-foot golden body.

The Abyss Will descended, filled with ecstasy!

Vast Original Force surged down!

But it was already too late!

Unfortunately, He had already been held back by 'Ao'.

'Father of Oaks' repelled Great Black Heaven and was suddenly stunned.

【You have become a 'Greater Divine Power'!】

At the 【Greater Divine Power】 level, the main Divine Attribute should reach above 40 points!

The remaining Divine Attributes should also be above 25!

'Shadow' after all possesses the symbol of Small Miracle and hope!

And at this time, 'Namo Akasagarbha Dharma Buddha' finally had a flash of inspiration and realized the profound mystery.

Subsequently, with the help of a tributary of the River Styx in the Underworld, he arrived in the Abyss.

And the four Elemental Lords were also entangled by the Silent Venerable Secret Lord Buddha, the Ten Directions Victorious Peacock Ming King Buddha Mother, the Great Mani Pearl King Wisdom Buddha, and the Eastern Immovable Victorious Buddha.

【Class: 20th Level Bard/20th Level Secret Teachings Monk/5 (+17 Godhood) Level Lord of Sun】

'Namo Akasagarbha Dharma Buddha' suddenly let out a roar: "Silent Venerable Secret Lord Buddha... what are you doing?"

"Hell is destroyed, Ksitigarbha becomes Buddha!"

【Secret Teachings Monk 2→20!】

【Godhood 6→17!】

If it were those adventurers, they would have long since used every means possible in adventure after adventure, such as using magic items, obtaining blessings, or even using wish spells to improve their Divine Attributes.

Gods Battlefield.

Increasing 23 free Divine Attribute points and 500 skill points in one go is an extremely terrifying fortune!

【Divine Value +100!】

A massive plane emerged, and countless shadows spread from the void, sealing the path leading to the Nine Hells.

"The Nine Hells Lord... has fallen?!"

—The Lord of the Charnel Ground!

Three 【Greater Divine Power】 beings joined forces to besiege the 'Namo Akasagarbha Dharma Buddha'!

No, it is four!

The Silent Venerable Secret Lord Buddha has cloaked this battle in Secrecy!

And the defection of the 'Hell-Emptying Accomplishment Buddha' signifies a shift in the camp of the Abyss's countless Demon Army!

The scales of war have tilted once again!
