Chapter 247

"No one is willing!"

"But resources are finite; if the Uchiha eat one more bite, others will eat one less."

"Humans and animals are actually no different; do you remember what I taught you before?"

"Wolves eat sheep to survive, and sheep eat grass to survive!"

"This is the law of the jungle, survival of the fittest!"

"And humans, in order to snatch resources, actually have no bottom line."

"A few months ago, when I was on a mission, the mission failed completely because of a useless member."

"Do you know how my friend from the Nara clan solved this problem?"

"We embezzled the supplies and pinned the blame on that useless person."

"And do you know what he told me?"

"During every war in the Hidden Leaf, that is when the major ninja clans make their fortunes."

"They embezzle all the supplies at the front-line camp, and then when the enemy village attacks, they proactively destroy the storage site and report to the village that the supplies were destroyed by the enemy."

"The Hokage won't investigate."

"Because the Hokage's own Sarutobi clan is actually the one embezzling the most."

"So, do you understand now?"

"Every ninja clan is like this, ninja villages are even more so, and enemy ninja villages are the same."

"This is a world of competing to be the worst!"
