Chapter 62: Uchiha Jin Acts, the Hyuga Clan Descends into Chaos

Observation Haki and Armament Haki, both types of Haki in hand.

Uchiha Jin felt a surge of boldness.

Now, he felt fully confident about infiltrating the Hyuga clan.

As night once again shrouded the earth, Uchiha Jin, clad in a night travel robe, quietly slipped away from the Uchiha clan grounds.

He spotted over twenty Anbu members hiding around the perimeter of the Uchiha clan grounds.

"Truly, I didn't expect this."

"Even though the Third War hasn't ended, the Hokage faction is already this wary of the Uchiha."

"As long as it doesn't affect my lying flat and rotting away, why bother with so much?"

Uchiha Jin narrowed his eyes slightly.

He had no intention of acknowledging these Anbu members, simply passing right by them.

Even though he hadn't focused on genjutsu, relying solely on his Mangekyo Sharingan, these Anbu members wouldn't stand a chance of detecting him.

Uchiha Jin arrived at the Hyuga clan grounds again and immediately activated his Observation Haki.

Within his range of perception, he spotted over thirty pairs of Byakugan, finding more than a dozen additional hidden sentries compared to his last reconnaissance.

Seeing this, he silently felt lucky.

Fortunately, he hadn't acted rashly last time; otherwise, he would almost certainly have been caught.

Does the Hyuga clan have a sickness?

This is just the outer perimeter of the Hyuga grounds; I haven't even truly penetrated the inner depths, yet I've already found so many hidden sentries.

Without a word, he quietly infiltrated, then killed and dug out eyes.

This process was executed flawlessly.

After killing several families, he finally arrived at the residence of the Hyuga Main Family member who had bullied Hyuga Ling.

"Who are Itachi?"

Hyuga the Root'ichi, who was playing some indescribable game with several Hyuga Branch Family girls, saw Uchiha Jin suddenly burst in and immediately screamed in terror.

Uchiha Jin said nothing.

Villains die from talking too much; he knew that.

Uchiha Jin returned home quietly and safely, having faced only minor scares.

He changed out of his night-garment and destroyed it with Fire Release.

Then, changing back into his pajamas, he yawned and went to wash up.

"Hmm, not bad."

"Tonight's operation was perfect; no trace was left behind."

"Even if Shikamaru Nara himself were to investigate, he could not detect any evidence."
