Chapter 406

Currently, only the NBA database and a small number of internal staff know the terrifying number of votes Su Yan received on the first day.

The outside world wants to know.

They have to wait a week for the league to announce the first week's All-Star voting results.

By then.

Su Yan will definitely shock the whole league once again.

After the Christmas Day game, teams basically have about three days off, so... after the Bulls' Christmas Day game.

There were no games in December.

The next duel is exactly on January 1, 2004, the first day of the New Year.

The east-flowing water passes, leaves fall one after another, time passes quietly.

Soon.

The first day of the New Year arrives.

Tonight... the Bulls have a game against the Nets.

10:00 AM.

The NBA officially announced the Player of the Month for last month.

On the Western side.

The Timberwolves' "Wolf King" Garnett was selected again.

Last month's average: 24.5 points, 15.6 rebounds, 8.2 assists, 1.5 steals, 2.8 blocks, leading the team to a proud record of 12 wins and 3 losses.

Performance that is omnipotent to the extreme.

The team's record is also good to the extreme, the single-month record is good, and the team is still the existence of the first in the West.

Very perfect.

"Wolf King" Garnett repeats as Player of the Month.

What about the East?

The Bulls' Su Yan was also selected again, repeating as Eastern Conference Player of the Month.

Last month's average: 42.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 6.6 steals, 4.3 blocks, leading the team to an undefeated record of 13 wins and 0 losses.

How?

Undefeated in a single month.

At the same time... Su Yan is still the leader of the three lists of scoring, steals, and blocks.

In addition, throughout December, Su Yan scored 60+ points twice in a single month.

Besides Su Yan, no other player in the league has scored 60+ points this season, but Su Yan did it twice in a single month alone.

Terrifying.

Terrifying to this extent.

Su Yan's performance throughout December was again an existence like defying the heavens.

His repeat as Player of the Month is also a matter of course.

Garnett and Su Yan, both repeated as Player of the Month, which is also a quite rare thing, and fans are all amazed.

"Tsk tsk... according to this trend, the competition for this year's MVP should be a choice between Su Yan and Garnett."

"That's right.

Both not only have excellent individual performance, but the team is also the first in the East and West respectively, if there are no accidents, this year's MVP should be one of the two."

"Uh... choice between two, who will be chosen?"

"As far as the current situation is concerned, I think Su Yan is more accurate, besides individual performance + team record, the counter-attack is also a major element of the selection.

The Timberwolves are a traditional strong team.

And the Bulls have been at the bottom of the East for many consecutive seasons.

As a result... Su Yan appeared, and in the first year, he brought the Bulls to the height of the first in the East, this counter-attack is too crazy.

This ability to lead the team, this leadership ability is powerful.

Su Yan must be the more favored side."

"Makes sense."

"Since that's the case, let's see how the MVP list for the new month, December, ranks?"

"......"

Fans were saying.

The NBA official is also not ambiguous, announcing the top five of the MVP list.

Fifth place: "Black Mamba" Kobe, fourth place: "Little O'Neal" Jermaine O'Neal, third place: "Stone Buddha" Tim Duncan, second place: "Wolf King" Garnett.

First place: "Prediction Master" Su Yan.

There were not many surprises, on the MVP list, Su Yan also repeated as the top for two consecutive months, repeating as an undrafted player!!!

Immediately after.

The NBA official also announced the monthly DPOY list.

Fifth place: "AK-47" Andrei Kirilenko, fourth place: "Block King" Theo Ratliff.

Third place: "Big Ben" Ben Wallace, second place: "Bad Boy" Artest.

First place: "Gentleman Thug" Su Yan.

Once this result came out, fans were in an uproar again.

"Hiss... did I read it wrong, "Scoring King" Su Yan, he actually surpassed Artest, Ben Wallace, and topped the DPOY list.

How exaggerated is this."

"Can't be, in NBA history, there is and only "Basketball God" Jordan, he won the Scoring King + DPOY in one season.

Now... Su Yan wants to replicate it?!"

"My God, this is too crazy!"

"Worthy of being the "Jordan Successor", worthy of being the "Bulls New King", Su Yan is truly an "Omnipotent Warrior" who is integrated in offense and defense."

"No, why can he surpass Artest and Ben Wallace."

"Why can't he? Please look carefully, Su Yan's monthly average is 6.6 steals and 4.3 blocks, which no one has ever done.

In fact.

Last month, Su Yan should have been the top of the DPOY list.

It's just that... the league perhaps felt that Su Yan didn't defend much, or he had only played for a month, there might be suspicion of continuous explosion, etc.

So.

When this month, Su Yan can still have such terrifying steals and blocks, he is destined to top the DPOY list!!!" ===== CHAPTER 408 =====
