Chapter 443: All-Star Game, funny

Tomorrow night is the biggest highlight of All-Star Weekend—the All-Star Game.

The whole nation is looking forward to it.

However... before this, major teams were also busy with another thing, which was team reinforcement before the season's trade deadline.

Yes.

It is the last day before the All-Star Game arrives.

Major teams, either reinforcing the team or looking forward to the new season, were conducting some trades, more or less, big or small.

The Bulls were no exception.

They put Jerome Williams, who had been nursing an injury since the start of the season and was about to return, on the trade block.

Last season, he averaged: 10.4 points, 10.2 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 1.8 steals, and 1.0 blocks, a "double-double" power forward.

The Bulls sent him to the 76ers in exchange for this year's second-round rookie Kyle Korver + a 2004 first-round draft pick.

And the team made a decision in the summer that seems very stupid at the moment.

Traded Antonio from the Raptors, and this player with an annual salary of 13.5 million dollars played at his worth.

You know.

An annual salary of 13.5 million is already a top-ten salary in the league, and should at least be at the level of the "Four Great Shooting Guards".

But Antonio was completely not.

This failed trade also made the Bulls' salary space not very sufficient.

Fortunately... this year is the 3rd year of Antonio's 5-year "3+2" contract, and next year is a player option.

The team can choose not to renew and let him become a free agent.

It sounds a bit cruel.

But reality is just like that.

In the basketball world, strength is respected.

Even someone as strong as the current "Prediction Master" Su Yan could only sign a 10-day short-term contract when he first entered the league.

One day later.

The All-Star Game arrived.

8:00 PM.

Staples Center.

One hour before the game, the seats were already full, packed, and the cheers and shouts were deafening.

This is a night full of stars.

The extremely high atmosphere in the arena, the cheers of the fans were like the noise produced when a Boeing 747 takes off. ===== CHAPTER 445 =====
