Chapter 717: New season opening game: Twin Stars vs Three Musketeers!

The last preseason game between the Magic and the Bobcats.

The duel between Howard and Okafor.

Howard scored 24 points, 11 rebounds, and 4 blocks.

And Okafor also had amazing stats of 22 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 blocks.

Although it was just a preseason game.

But the duel between the No. 1 pick and the No. 2 pick, both centers played very outstanding performances, making fans feel very surprised.

At the commentary table.

Barkley exclaimed, "Howard and Okafor played really well, both look like All-Star material in the future.

Kenny.

What do you think?!"

"Yes."

Kenny Smith nodded, "Both have strong bodies, and their destructive power inside is very strong; as rookies, they have already played quite well.

However.

I think Howard's absolute talent is higher, which is one of the reasons why he can become the No. 1 pick.

Additionally.

Howard's play is more ornamental, and Okafor's scoring ability is stronger.

But no matter what, it cannot be denied.

Both are very powerful, and the 'No. 3 pick' Ben Gordon also showed eye-catching scoring ability and shooting ability in the preseason.

44.3% three-point shooting percentage, destined that his career will not be ordinary.

The top three picks this year all played well, which is very rare, plus the changing league pattern, the new season is so worth looking forward to!"

"Exactly!!!"

Time flies.

November 3rd.

The new season finally arrived.

There are four very exciting games in the opening game tonight.

Bulls vs Nets, Pacers vs Philadelphia 76ers. Lakers vs Rockets, Spurs vs Mavericks.

Because it is the opening game, almost all are duels between strong teams.

7:30 PM.

United Center.

Half an hour left until 8 o'clock, the duel between the Bulls and the Nets.

At the commentary table.

Mike Breen smiled, "The Bulls of the new season, after these young people grow up, their strength will definitely go a step further.

Without a doubt.

This year's Bulls will definitely be more powerful than last season.

And the Nets, who are already a strong team, after the landing of half-man, half-god Carter, the 'New Three Musketeers' are destined to explode the new season.

The league knows ratings.

Coming up is the Bulls vs Nets, coming up is the Eastern Conference Finals preview duel.

This posture... the new season is going to explode the league from the first game, and make all fans fully look forward to and yearn for the development of this season!"

"Yes, yes, yes!"

Mark Jackson also nodded heavily, "No need to think about it, this duel is destined to be wonderful.

'Twin Stars' vs 'New Three Musketeers'.

Just how wonderful this will be, let us wait and see.

However... before this, the Bulls who won the championship last season.

On the night of the opening game, they will receive the first big gift of the new season: championship rings!"

Saying that.

On the court.

President David Stern presented championship rings to the members of the Bulls one by one.

Of course.

New players like Iguodala and JR Smith who came in the offseason, they didn't have any.

But watching Su Yan, Yao, and others put on championship rings and show off in front of the camera, hot light also shone in their eyes one by one.

How?!

They also want to put on championship rings this season.

Rookies want to win the championship?!

This sounds like a fantasy.

However... because they are in a championship team, because of Su Yan's existence, how can they not fantasize?

And the Bulls players who kept the championship rings from last season were all full of drive and fighting spirit.

For the new season, they also have infinite motivation to defend the championship!!!"

"Boom!"

"Bulls championship!"

"Su Yan FMVP!"

Amidst the high cheers and shouts of the fans in the home arena, time passed and the main game arrived.

Both teams' players started to take the court.

Chicago Bulls starters: PG: Hinrich, SG: Su Yan, SF: Iguodala, PF: Chandler, C: Yao.

New Jersey Nets starters: PG: Kidd, SG: Carter, SF: Richard Jefferson, PF: Nenad Krstić, C: Jason Collins.
