Chapter 829

But it's also good; if it weren't for the single core, we wouldn't be able to see such a violent Kobe, not knowing he could be so pervertedly strong on his own."

"Truly fierce."

"..."

The fans are excited.

On the court.

The Raptors, who were leading by 6 points in the third quarter, lost 15 points in a single quarter; after three quarters, the Raptors lost 9 points, looking completely confused.

It's just... they haven't realized the seriousness of the problem.

They didn't realize that Kobe, who was completely rampaging, would also stage a "Dragon Slaughter" against the Raptors tonight, just like Su Yan.

Watching O'Neal doing well in the Heat.

Watching the name "OD Duo" constantly stir up heat in the league.

Kobe feels increasingly unhappy inside.

Tonight... on the stage of the final regular-season game, he is going to vent all this dissatisfaction and unhappiness.

The final quarter.

Only played for one minute.

"Coach, I want to play!"

Kobe speaks up voluntarily.

"Hmm?"

"Zen Master" Phil Jackson is a bit surprised; even though the team is leading by so much, he could have rested for a while longer.

However.

Seeing the intense fighting spirit flashing in Kobe's eyes.

Phil Jackson focuses and nods, "Okay, you continue to play."

"Okay, Coach."

Kobe continues to play.

However... he explodes for another 17 points in the quarter, and with amazing efficiency; the Raptors have no way to stop him at all.

The strongest second-year, Chris Bosh, facing Kobe tonight, also has no way, just defending.

Purely a background board.

Under Kobe's rampage, the two teams, which were originally equal in strength, ultimately end with the Lakers winning by 17 points, slaughtering the Raptors.

After the game.

In the CCTV-5 studio.

Wang Meng is very excited: "'Little Flying Knight' Kobe, in the final game of the regular season, facing the Raptors.

Exploded for 70 points in the whole game.

Like Su Yan not long ago, he staged a 'Dragon Slaughter'."

Amazing~ Kobe's scoring explosiveness is too strong; he is truly amazing."

"Hey~"

Zhang Zhidao also dances happily: "Before Su Yan, I was Kobe's fan.

70 points in a single game.

This is completely unreasonable scoring for an average player, but that is Kobe, the 'Little Flying Knight,' so... it's reasonable.

That is truly amazing.

Just in the first season after O'Neal left, Kobe could stage a 'Dragon Slaughter'; it seems he has been feeling aggrieved for a long time.

It seems... only as a single core can Kobe's full combat power be truly stimulated.

I also prefer Kobe, who lets go and goes all out.

He is still very young; give him a little more time, and he will definitely grow into... a true leader with top-notch individual ability who can also lead the team to win."

"Yes."

Wang Meng nods, "Kobe's potential is infinite, which is exactly why the Lakers management chose Kobe when the 'OK Duo' broke up.

Looking forward to the Lakers' future with Kobe leading as a single core!!!"

On the court.

A reporter also finds Kobe and says excitedly: "Congratulations to Kobe, tonight is your 70-point night, a night that will go down in history.

Congratulations.

However... I am also curious, why did you play so hard and seriously in the final game of the regular season?!"

"Treating every game seriously is never wrong."

This is Kobe's answer.

He lied.

He didn't say he played like this to vent because O'Neal was doing well.

He knows... even if he said it now, it would have no meaning.

He wants to wait until... the moment he holds the championship trophy in his left hand and the FMVP trophy in his right hand to talk about the meaning of his hard work.

That would have meaning.

The next day.

【Kobe: 70 points】, 【Kobe: Dragon Slaughter】, and other keywords rush to the hot searches of major basketball websites, and... the headlines of newspapers.

This is truly amazing.

Shocking the entire league.

"Tsk tsk... this is too fierce!"

"The second 70-point man of the season, 'Little Flying Knight' Kobe deserves it."

"To be honest, I thought Su Yan's 70 points would be the only player to score 70 points this season, because... it's really too hard.

Kobe is truly amazing."

"WOW~ Double 'Dragon Slaughter,' the games this season are truly good to watch."

"Although... the Lakers didn't make the playoffs, Kobe, who scored 70 points and surprised people, we can fully look forward to his next season!"

"Exactly."

"Uh... the closing stage of the regular season, 'two joys and one sorrow,' draws a perfect period for the regular season!!!" ===== CHAPTER 831 =====
