Realms in this Book

To avoid confusion, I bow and apologize. Here is an explanation of the realms in this book.

Qi Refinement: Stage 1 = Martial Master (requires opening three meridians)

Early Qi Refinement: Stages 2–4

Mid Qi Refinement: Stages 5–7

Late Qi Refinement: Stages 8–10

Qi Refinement Perfection.

Foundation Establishment: Early, Mid, Late, Perfection.

Golden Core: Early, Mid, Late, Perfection.

Early Nascent Soul: After the core breaks to form the infant, the Nascent Soul body is seen (Nascent Soul).

Mid Nascent Soul: Refining the spirit of the Nascent Soul (Spirit Refinement).

Late Nascent Soul: The Nascent Soul returns to the void and becomes formless (Void Return).

Nascent Soul Perfection: The Nascent Soul ascends to become an immortal (Dao Integration).

All realms after the Nascent Soul revolve around Nascent Soul cultivation; it is the concept of the Great Nascent Soul. Each stage has early, mid, and late divisions, but they are not as obvious as before the Nascent Soul, and one might even skip stages due to fate. Chapter 24 of this book has relevant explanations.
