Chapter 653

The battle erupted in an instant.

Uchiha Madara appeared out of thin air above the Demon Mother Tree, a powerful force erupted from his body, and he slapped down with his palm.

The terrifying might crushed down, as if the heavens and earth had collapsed.

At this time, the Demon Mother Tree's reaction speed was also very fast.

Its branches and leaves all over its body retracted rapidly, shrouding its entire body, while simultaneously activating all its defensive-type Devil Fruit abilities, instantly strengthening its own defense.

"Boom!"

A world-destroying power erupted. The Demon Mother Tree's branches and leaves were directly annihilated, and its main body was even driven directly into the sea, kicking up a wave thousands of meters high.

At this time, countless black vines broke through the water surface and coiled toward Uchiha Madara.

"Sage Art: Yin Release Lightning Dispatch!"

Black lightning erupted from Uchiha Madara's hands, sweeping out and directly cutting through all the black vines below.

At the same time, the Truth-Seeking Balls beside Uchiha Madara flew out, directly rushing into the sea to bomb the Demon Mother Tree.

"Hiss!"

A harsh, shrill scream came from the sea, and then the Demon Mother Tree pulled its roots from the seabed, directly detaching from the mud in the sea and soaring into the air.

In an instant, various Devil Fruit abilities erupted again.

"Attacks aren't powerful just because there are many types!"

Uchiha Madara smiled disdainfully, activated his Sharingan, and the Complete Body Susanoo appeared, simultaneously covered in Armament Haki. The four long swords condensed from chakra in its hands slashed out rapidly.

"Rumble!"

The Demon Mother Tree's attacks were directly slashed open, and the Armored Susanoo appeared rapidly. The long sword in its hand slashed down, cutting through the Demon Mother Tree's defense and leaving a long, narrow knife mark on the trunk.

However, the knife mark healed in the blink of an eye under the Demon Mother Tree's powerful recovery ability, and the Demon Mother Tree also launched an attack again, with various different Devil Fruit abilities coordinating to bomb Uchiha Madara.

"Powerful recovery ability, huh? A bit like that idiot Hashirama!" Uchiha Madara said, curling his lips.

Inside his body, Senju Hashirama protested with dissatisfaction.

After dispersing the Demon Mother Tree's attack again, Uchiha Madara thought for a moment, and he and the two-faced Susanoo formed hand seals simultaneously.
