Chapter 1014: Spitting Silk

Damage this high?!

At this moment, Su Sheng's head kept bleeding!

It jumped nearly a thousand!

Just like those ghost-faced spiders outside, almost touching them means poisoning!

Moreover, the poison damage is ten times that of a normal ghost-faced spider!

However, toughness has resistance against these abnormalities.

And Su Sheng's toughness, thanks to the colossus's passive buff, is quite high!

So this poison effect doesn't affect Su Sheng much; if we swapped in another tank without his toughness, the poison plus the boss's own damage would make healing pressure enormous!

As for purification, it's not realistic; although we can cleanse the poisoned state, the boss poisons on contact, so we can't truly purify it!

The Yanhuang side's people saw the boss land and deal damage directly, and they couldn't help but be shocked!

That's our own Chairman!

They knew our Chairman's damage tolerance, but just like that, in one face-to-face, he lost a third of his HP!

This boss is just too abnormal!

Of course, our side's reaction wasn't slow either; the priests' healing techniques all landed on Su Sheng at once.

In the Thousand-Person Team situation, the Priest Guild's numbers are not small.

Su Sheng's HP was almost instantly filled to full!

Su Sheng threw a taunt at the boss's face, and naturally the boss's hate value landed on Su Sheng.

After landing, the boss's sharp foot spikes stabbed at Su Sheng again!

Su Sheng narrowed his eyes, braced his shield, and his spear thrust out from the edge!

Fang!

Because when he was just attacked, Su Sheng didn't move a muscle, so his Defensive Stance skill remained active.

Crack~

The shield precisely blocked the spike, and at the same time Su Sheng's spear turned into a Lion Fang, stabbing into this spider boss.

Puff~

-20558

-14037

Two damage numbers popped out!

The top is from Su Sheng's head, the bottom from the boss's head, and Rend triggered simultaneously.

"The damage is still within tolerable range; the first hit should be an entry mechanism!"

Su Sheng spoke up!

Su Sheng had been wondering earlier; just an elite boss, how could it hit him for over eighty thousand HP? That's unscientific!

"Output!"

After Su Sheng threw another taunt, hate was basically locked!

It seemed the Yanhuang side's firepower began to wildly pour onto this boss!

Moreover, the boss now has Rend on it; a boss without healing is really quite ordinary!

The most surprising part is that the Rend Su Sheng applied hasn't faded, and the boss is now shrouded in a faint layer of flame!

Phoenix Flame Trigger!

Tsk~

Then, as the Phoenix Flame effect just ended, Su Sheng directly used the Magic Snake Poison skill!

The boss's healing was suppressed again!

Su Sheng also realized that the Magic Snake Poison skill, unless used against Demon Race units, only very few special monsters can ignore its poison.

And the Magic Snake Poison hasn't faded yet; Phoenix Flame triggers again!

By now, Su Sheng has found one of this boss's weaknesses!

It seems its toughness is especially low!

These abnormalities hardly have any resistance!

However, there should still be some control resistance!

Because Rend + Phoenix Flame + Magic Snake Poison + Phoenix Flame!

Continuously suppressing healing!

In just twenty seconds, the boss's HP actually dropped to ninety percent under the Yanhuang Thousand-Person Team's focused fire!

Health Axis triggered directly!

Too fast!

Everyone hadn't reacted yet; after a round of output, they found the boss had directly triggered Health Axis.

Puff~

All that was seen was the boss spewing spider silk all over the sky!

Irregularly, it almost covered the entire plaza's area!

Faced with the sky-full of falling spider silk, everyone was shocked, and many instinctively tried to dodge, causing some chaos.

Zhang Zhi saw this and showed a bit of helplessness; although it's an elite team, they're ultimately not soldiers and can't enforce strict orders.

But that's already pretty good.

Zhang Zhi immediately issued an order!

Don't panic, don't be chaotic! The boss's hate value hasn't been cleared! Moreover, this spider silk is just stasis plus poison, it doesn't do any damage!

Zhang Zhi oversaw the whole situation, and immediately discovered that although the boss had triggered the health axis, the hate had not been cleared.

As for that spider silk spraying all over the sky, if it hits a person, it's just the stasis effect plus the poison effect; although this spider boss's poison effect is ten times that of ordinary spiders, it still isn't enough to instantly kill someone!

Hearing Zhang Zhi's command, the slightly chaotic thousand-person team then stabilized again.

At this point, the boss had also finished spraying silk, and it directly locked onto the first hate target...

Su Sheng!

At this moment, Su Sheng was also immobilized by the spider silk; there was no way to avoid it because the spider's sprayed silk was simply too much, covering everything in large patches.

Su Sheng was at the forefront, naturally he didn't dodge; if not for the mounted state, Su Sheng could have dodged, but mounted combat isn't that agile, and besides, his size is also large.

Swish swish swish~

The charging spider boss's two sharp forelegs were like two long swords, waving a sheet of cold light that enveloped Su Sheng.

It's still an area-of-effect skill!

However, at this moment several purification spells landed on Su Sheng, removing his stasis and also his poison!

Su Sheng directly unleashed a line of suanni, leaping!

Although Su Sheng didn't think the boss's health axis skill could instantly kill him, if he could dodge, he naturally wouldn't just take it head-on.

Swish swish swish~

The cold light enveloped Su Sheng's original position, but after missing, the boss's forelegs' flailing state continued unabated!

Su Sheng wouldn't just watch; he immediately turned his direction and greeted the spider boss with his long spear!

At this point, under Zhang Zhi's command and Huang Mingxin's coordination, the surrounding melee players who had been immobilized were freed from the spider silk's stasis effect by one purification after another.

Fortunately, the boss's health axis didn't clear the hate; otherwise this strike might have directly caused casualties.

After all, there were still many melee players around pitching in damage!

Hiss~

After the spider boss's health axis ended, it turned and continued attacking Su Sheng.

However, afterwards, the earlier chaos having passed, under Zhang Zhi's command, everyone's attack rhythm began to slow.

This boss doesn't seem very strong, so what we need to watch out for next is to avoid casualties as much as possible, after all this is the first wave.

Going by yesterday's exploration pace, this dungeon's cycle probably won't be too short; if we lose members now, it would be somewhat troublesome.

However...

Soon everyone changed their minds...
