Chapter 291: , Rainy Night Longing (Part 1)

~2 min read 244 words

_______ Walking with Love Twenty-Five

Night brings wind and rain sounds; waking, I am accompanied by a lone lamp. In hatred of being a guest, time is squandered. Where does spring go? Flowing water and fallen flowers are both unfeeling; once gone, no trace remains, only empty sighs!

Longing most, youthful affairs. Gazing at the hazy homeland, hatred piles up, bleak. Sinking in thought before the lamp, pear blossoms outside the village, willow shade, smoke threads weaving green.

In uninhabited places, I most like leisurely seeking old traces. Like in a dream, tears drip silently. Broken cliff trees, ancient city willows, after asking a thousand sails, none are the same; desolate sandbank, cold.

How abundant is the rainy night? I pat the railing all over, no one understands, the feeling of climbing aloft! Listening closely to the lanes and homes, no human speech is heard; cold winds gust, cold rain drizzles.

Clouds deep, goose shadows; night deep, people still. The lone lamp shines alone, wordless, speechless, thoughtless, only feeling the night cold.

Spring night long, good dreams short. For whom do I slowly drift my orchid boat? Life is like duckweed flowers, carrying hometown thoughts; who will gather my heart's intent before the lamp for me?

(Heart tied to the disaster area, affection tied to the disaster area, I use a sincere heart to pray to the gods: may peace, courage, confidence, strength accompany and be with the people of the disaster area!)
