――――Autumn Reverie No. 42

Autumn

Besides the scent of chrysanthemums

Can no longer smell floral fragrance

Unlike spring

Without stepping outside

There are many floral scents

Delivered to your lips

You still can't find a reason

To reject those

The arrival of floral scent

Especially in the countryside

When rapeseed flowers

When they bloom across the fields

Even the birds' voices

Carry the flower's fragrance

Now it is deep autumn

All the flowers have withered

Many birds

Have also flown away

The wind has turned cool

My heart has also turned cool

The birds by the water

When will you fly back?

Because you have flown back

Spring then came along as well\
