Chapter 140

Watching the Shenyuan Mage absorbed in reading manga, Han Feng found it quite amusing.

"This time it's a Shenyuan Mage, so could the next one to show up be that Prince?"

Han Feng was still somewhat interested in this brother-in-law of his, Kong.

……

Meanwhile,

Westwind Knights, the Captain's office.

Eula was reporting to Qin what had just happened.

"You're saying you and Amber ran into a Shenyuan Mage in the city?"

Qin asked with a solemn expression.

Generally speaking,

a lone Shenyuan Mage alone wouldn't be enough to alarm Qin, the Acting Captain.

But that very afternoon, they had just resolved the Stormterror crisis.

And that evening, a Shenyuan Mage had slipped into Mondstadt.

The Shenyuan Sect might be plotting some new scheme.

Qin felt it necessary to take precautions.

"Yes, Amber already went after them. We should have word soon."

Eula nodded.

The words had barely fallen when Amber walked in from outside.

"Well? Did you catch up to them?"

Eula asked.

Amber shook her head and said apologetically to Qin.

"Sorry, Captain Qin, I lost them again."

Amber recounted the pursuit.

"It's fine."

Qin offered some reassurance.

The other party was a Shenyuan Mage.

Although they weren't exactly powerful, their escape speed was still decent.

Previously, one had already escaped at Starfell Cliff.

Eula, however, after hearing Amber's words, had a slightly odd expression.

"The place you lost them seems to be near Boss Han's manga shop."

"Huh? It really is!"

Amber froze for a moment, then caught on.

Still, she wasn't worried about Han Feng's safety.

If an ordinary person lived there, she would definitely worry about the citizens' safety.

But that was Boss Han's residence.

Let alone a single Shenyuan Mage,

even the whole Shenyuan Sect — she had full confidence in Boss Han!

"Then let's go ask Boss Han. Maybe he knows something."

Qin spoke up.

"Alright!"

The two women nodded as well.

The three of them then set off together, heading for the Jieyou Bookshop.

But the instant they stepped inside the bookshop, all three of them were dumbfounded.

That guy was a Shenyuan Mage?

It was reading manga?!!
