Chapter 1056: A Terrifying Hour
A Terrifying Hour
Yesterday after posting a single chapter, I happily went to watch a movie, but after watching it I still felt it wasn't as good as Godzilla 1.
Speaking of, there really aren't many movies where the sequel is better than the original. Terminator counts as one; a master's work is indeed a master's work, and there's no arguing with that.
This is also my worry; as the book enters the middle period, I will write what needs to be written—medical daily life, the climax of Earthquake Relief, winning the Nobel Prize, and finally concluding with a life-and-death note. All of that has been planned, but what comes after?
Not thinking about what comes next, just focusing on telling the present story well—Zheng Lao Ban is still hard at work performing Shou Bing, and the upcoming story is still very good.
After watching the movie and returning home, the first thing I did was check the chapter's statistics.
Then I was dumbfounded.
The chapter's stats took a huge plunge! Indeed, indeed, indeed... I was completely dazed—why?!
Although I'm a new author, I can feel that the amount shown in the chapter's stats indicates how good or bad today's chapter is. Hmm, I can barely make out that assumption.
I immediately started self-checking, wondering if I had overdone the chapters and where the problem lay.
After fiddling for an hour, my wife finally told me that the Function of the chapter's stats had malfunctioned; it's under repair, and it should be fixed in a few days.
Really a terrifying hour.
I still need to tell the story more seriously, like Zheng Lao Ban practicing Shou Bing in the System Space, being cautious and careful, as if treading on thin ice.
Moreover, earlier a respected reader asked in the chapter's stats about the 515-fan reward; after contacting them just now, the reward will be issued soon, and our Rank is 19th.
I've reported all of this, and finally, while still doing extra updates today, I'll continue asking for monthly tickets.
As above.
