For example, during the SARS period, I wore protective gear and was on the front lines.

For example, during the Influenza A period, I was in the ICU rescuing patients. A lot of fluid seeped into the patients' pleural cavities, and when doing chest compressions it felt like pressing on a water bag.

Later I also contracted Influenza A, for which I still have to thank the director. At that time I had a continuous high fever for three days. One day the director came in to check on me many times; the last time, he took out half a box of Tamiflu from his pocket and left me two pills.

At that time, the Tamiflu box was marked 'military supply' and commercial sale was strictly prohibited.

After taking it, my fever subsided. After the Influenza A passed, I had a lung CT, which showed a solid opacity in the lower lobe of the right lung about the size of a thumbnail.

Thanks to the director's Tamiflu, otherwise I probably wouldn't have made it through then.
